For fast food fried chicken, Jollibee is decent but I I might have a different benchmark for fried chicken. This was only my second visit, as I was sent on a mission by a friend to grab the Final Fantasy collab code. The place was packed out the door and most people seemed to be there for the collab meal. That said, they were out of the blue drink, and it didn't come with the Moogle-themed cup, so for anyone who actually cares for it, that's already a letdown. This is just day 2. As for the basics, there was one odd miss. I ordered mashed potatoes as a side and had to walk around looking for a spoon and napkins, only to find out they're kept behind the counter. In a packed store, having to go back to wait and ask for something that should've been included with a dine-in order feels unnecessary. The ube pie was good though. Flaky, hot, and not overly sweet. But overall, it's hard to justify the $21 price tag when the experience feels incomplete and doesn't match what's being advertised for this collab.

2pc Chickenjoy w/ Biscuit + 1 Sides + 1 pie + drink

Surprised I haven't rated this place on Yelp yet. Been here multiple times in past but havent been back in a while. Always liked it. This time around not as good as I remembered: Good Peach Mango pie - this over McDonalds apple pie any day Pineapple juice - refreshing Ok Fried Chicken- overly salty to me, not much unique flavor Mash potatoes - lumpy Biscuit - hard Service was friendly. Place was busy but they had a large section of seating blocked off for cleaning but nobody ever came to clean it while I was there. Some comfy bench seating (blocked off) and hard seating. Overall left a bit disappointed. This time around I can say Jollibee chicken is NOT better than a well-executed Popeyes or KFC.

Jollibee spicy fried chicken is the best. The crispy exterior with some spice between the batter and the chicken. Dunking the chicken into the gravy is just so good. For my lunch I got the adobo rice and mashed potatoes. Washed down the meal with the pineapple juice. When I visited during lunch it was a bit busy so some of the tables were not cleaned. I had to do some cleanup to find a spot to dine in.

This Jollibee location isn't the same anymore. Orders are often missing or delayed, and some staff give attitude when asked about it. I've even emailed customer service about this before, but nothing has been fixed. Grew up loving this place, but the staff even management could really use retraining.

Food was so delicious! First time trying it out. The chicken was delightful so crunchy n moist inside. The added gravy for dipping n mashed potatoes were also good! It tops well with a pineapple drink n pies for dessert not too sweet just right. Not much a fan of the spaghetti it was ok 5/10. Definitely a fan just ordered another round this week already. Minus a star for being too small not enough clean tables to sit down I cleaned it myself.

Don't let the low rating scare you! The food at Jollibee is solid for fast food, but people complain about the service. Their fried chicken is crunchy on the outside, with moist and tender meat. The gravy is a must! I ordered their 2pc Chickenjoy w/Jolly Spaghetti ($11.99), which came with a full side of spaghetti (it was a lot of food). My husband just got the spaghetti ($7.49), which is not enough food for a meal IMHO. You either love or hate Filippino spaghetti - my fam loves it! You can browse Seafood City while you wait. Plenty of parking in the lot.

Food is good, it just not very hot when it came out -- especially the 2 dessert pies. They were lukewarm at best, but the flavor was still there... if I buy these again I would probably put them in a toaster oven to warm up a bit more. They were also completely sold out of chicken sandwiches at this location when we came in at 5pm on a Sunday Service was very fast though and there's plenty of seating

Word of advice, check your orders before you leave the store. Jolly chicken with spaghetti didn't have chicken; that's why it was at the bottom of the paper bag, tsk tsk...

Although there is a wait bec of the ff xiv collab the chicken is juicy and delicious, the crews are friendly and area is nice and clean.

Ordered takeout so cannot comment on service or ambience. Best place for fried chicken ($16) and peach mango pie ($3). Passion fruit ice tea ($4) was also good. Highly recommend if you've never had Jollibee before.

JOLLIBEE YO So check it out. I got sick and tired of watching all these random weirdos on TIKTOK mukbang tHE fudge out of the new KATSEYE SPECIAL: KOREAN BBQ items Naturally, I had to go settle the score for myself. Turns out they were completely sold out of all KATS EYE STUFF. I was so devastated I almost fainted in Korean. So then my friend and I decided to order some sandwiches. I hadn't ever tried em cus I always get the damn bucket of chicken with a bunch of sides. They were OUT OF ALL SANDWICHES AND the FILETS they use for them. I seriously almost called the cops, I was spiraling out of control. Palms were so sweaty, knees weak, arm be heavy, vomit on my lululemons already, jolli's spaghetti. Turns out mgmt came and saw I was a mess and offered us 20% of our order. Incredibly nice gesture and overall impeccable customer care by the jollibee team. This was my 3rd or 4th time eating here and honestly I love this Filipino concept and the fried chicken is pretty fire. GASOLINA CON CHICHARON BEBE.

Two-piece Chickenjoy meal with adobo rice, biscuit, and gravy

Just inside the Seafood City supermarket. My first time at a Jollibee! Fried chicken with a Filipino influence. Had the two-piece Chickenjoy meal with adobo rice, biscuit, gravy, and drink. Liked the juicy chicken and the adobo rice. The coating was OK, not a very deep flavor. Biscuit and gravy were OK.

Food is good long lines. Order chicken! Would skip on the fries. The pies are really good but you should eat them straight away.

Both times I've been here the owner (I think it's him) sees me and before I can even finish saying 你好 (nihao, hello) he's got a sample of dumplings in my hand. The dish I've pictured is something called Cold Lamb. A better translation would be "cold-prepared lamb" but don't let the name fool you, it will be one of the best things you've ever eaten. Huge portions of meat, slathered in chili oil, with sliced cucumbers and lots of roasted peanuts. Then there's the amazing chili oil dipping sauce and a dipping powder that Im going to be thinking about for weeks. This meal was about 30 bucks but it comes with so, so much food that you could easily split it between two people. Will definitely be coming here any time I'm at SNA!

Stopped by during the lunch hour after seeing social media posts about this hidden gem. I order the double chicken sandwich and although in the pricey side ($20) it is a must try. The chicken is crispy and flaky on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. I've had plenty of chicken sandwiches in my day and this is top 3, no question. Ordering was quick and I was able to score some sample dumplings from the cashier while I waited. This is in a food court so the eating area is shared with other eateries. Get here early during lunch time if want to get a parking spot. It gets crowded.

The oyster mushrooms were also surprisingly good -- crispy, light, and addictive. The staff was friendly, service was quick, and the outdoor seating made it a nice casual place to hang out. The ordering counter is on the front side of the building. Once parked, you can either walk around the building, or walk through the open-air covered patio. I walked around to get a closer look at the unique chicken-head Beatles' Abbey Road mural on the side of the building. The menu is obviously chicken-focused, and features various sandwiches, wraps, and salads, along with several sides. They also have a small breakfast menu served until noon on the weekend. After ordering, they will give you a number and bring your food when it's ready. I really enjoyed the dining area, which is a covered, open-air space with a high ceiling. I sat in one of the booths towards the front. Each booth has a classic painting on the wall with chicken heads on it. There are also many different types of tables thoughout, and more seating upstairs on the second floor. There is also additional seating in front of their full bar. I had the Coop Deville sandwich (fried breast, pickled fresno chiles, pickles, napa cabbage, lime mayo, artisan brioche bun, $14.50). The chicken breast was thick and piping hot, and had a great crunchy crust on it. All of the ingredients went together well and I loved the flavor. The bun was very fresh, and the sandwich wasn't as messy as I thought it might be. I was still a little hungry, so I went back and ordered the regular sized hand cut fries (regular size $4.50, large size $7.50). They are tossed in schmaltz (chicken fat) and a light dusting of spices. They were hot and fresh, and the regular size was way more than I could eat by myself. They have a self-serve sauce bar with five options on tap including ketchup, Srirarcha T000 Island, Sweet Baby G's BBQ, ranch, and pineapple mustard. I dipped my sandwich in the BBQ and Srirarcha Thousand Island, and my fries in the BBQ, ranch, and pineapple mustard. They have a cornhole game towards the back, are dog friendly, and host trivia night on Thursdays. I enjoyed the food and atmosphere, and would definitely return.
