Had a online order at 9 came in at 8:55 was told not ready yet which is understandable. Waited until 9:10 when people who just ordered at 9 were getting their food before us who placed order online for 9. Was told not ready yet. Checked again at 9:15 and still said it wasnt ready yet. Checked again 20 minutes AFTER this pick up time which is absurd. No information was given at all just be ready soon. Once we finally get our food nothing was labelled and food not hot. Been here a couple times and had a good experience but unfortunately this is not one of them. Bagels are awesome. People working are always great. Best spot for Bagel Friday. I've only been in a handful of times to see them out of a bagel or two. Great selection and they have very good cream cheese. Highly recommend the dill on a toasted pumpernickel or everything egg bagel bacon/egg/cheese w/ half a scoop of jalapeño cream cheese. Simply the best bagels south of NY. I live in Jax and order online every six weeks or so abs drive down to pick up on a Saturday morning. Service is always friendly and if there's a mistake they're always quick to correct. And of course the best part is the bagel itself. If you know NY bagels, you know. Drive through NY bagels?! I can't tell you how bad this part of town has needed a hidden gem like this place. They even have a mobile app where you can order ahead and pick up via drive thru during COVID. I ordered an everything bagel breakfast sandwich and to my surprise both the top AND bottom half of the bagel is coated with toppings to create this flavor explosion - really high quality bacon and eggs too! I've been on the hunt for a quality bagel since I moved to Jacksonville. I had honestly given up until I caught wind of Joint Bagel Co. I went in with high hopes and they delivered. A great bagel doesn't need to be toasted. This was a great bagel, chewy with the proper crispyish outer crust, which is achieved by boiling. What can I say about Joint Bagel Co. that hasn't already been said about the wheel, penicillin or the iPhone? The bagels and bagel sandwiches are killer and I highly recommend the Nitro Cold Brew coffee. The associates are super friendly and know a lot of the regulars by name. There's lots of seating; although, you might have to wait b/c they're often packed. There's a reason there's always a line starting at the door but these folks really hustle and I'm usually in and out in a couple minutes. This bagel store is 20 minutes from my house but it's worth the ride to get a fresh NY bagel. I met the baker and he used to make the bagels at another NY style bagel store in Jacksonville. These are currently the best bagels in North Florida. Only problem with this store was while dining the bagel was so good I went back and ordered a second bagel. I needed more Coffee and was told NO REFILLS on the coffee. read more

Joint Bagel Co. was a nice local bagel shop for my recent visit to St. John's County... It was clean, the staff was super friendly, and the bagels were pretty good. Unfortunately, they didn't have either of the two bagel flavors (already sold out) we were sent there for and it was still fairly early in the morning.. but what we did get was good. Prices were a little better than another shop not too far away, and I didn't walk away feeling like I got robbed like I sometimes do after leaving with a few breakfast bagels (+ protein, egg, and cheese) For what it's worth, we had another bagel spot a little closer to us but I had already visited the day before and they were not only more expensive, but they were also more crowded and moved quite a bit slower. It was a toss up which was better, but they were both good bagels to be so far away from New York. I'd definitely visit again. Thanks for a good experience! read more

I am at their soft opening and they are working through their first hours of operating. You walk in and it seems new, sterile. The ordering process was easy. There are two order takers (one on either side of a tall bagel display counter. I had a difficult time noticing the second cashier. We also had to slide past a woman making her decisions through the narrow pathway. After that, then it was easy. We got a Baker's dozen and told them to give us one of everything. They did! Wheat bagels, salted bagels, onion bagels, garlic bagels, jalapeno bagels, sesame bagels, blueberry bagels, cinnamon bagels, everything bagels,... I'm sure I'm missing something. They offered spreads like butter, Nutella, and house mixed cream cheese. We bought a half pound of dill. We walked towards the cash register, grabbing our dill cream cheese on the way. We paid and waited for our items. They had forgotten to ask if we wanted our bagels sliced, so we had to give them back for a few minutes. We sipped our coffees while we waited in one of their high walled booths. The coffee is roasted in Saint Augustine, very good stuff, called Relampago. I'm not sure what variety they are brewing, though. I keep a stash of Relampago's Reliable at home, but the one they offer is bolder. It's so nice to have an option other than Starbucks. The booth we sat in had power, so I'm assuming they don't mind if you hook up, after grabbing some yummy bagels first. We drove home and immediately toasted some of those bad boys...yep, we are not even waiting on the bacon. These are delicious. The blueberry and cinnamon bagels seemed harder than the others, not sure why. The garlic and jalapeno were delicious. I can't eat any more. So full. Nap time. Sorry, Yelp. read more

So good! We have years of experience with this establishment so this review is spot on. My breakfast go to is the egg sausage and cheese on a plain toasted bagel. The kids like to eat a toasted bagel with a little cream cheese. They usually put on a lot (that's the way I like it) so I scrape it off for a side treat... Everything is high quality, and the people are awesome, not just good but great service, always clean. It just smells like good food ... Give this place your attention and I guarantee your life will be better! Did I mention they have a drive through and you can call ahead? Out of all the places in St. Augustine, this is the best place to get bagels. They have multiple options with bagels and spreads (aka different type of cream cheese spreads and different types of bagels). The workers are so friendly, there's a guy with a Boston accent, he is so friendly. The women that usually does the register is so sweet. read more

We absolutely love Joint Bagel. We especially enjoy the Pumpernickel everything bagel (which is nicely seeded on both sides of the bagel) and Jalapeño cheddar bagel (which has just the right balance of cheese and jalapeños). Our fav cream cheeses are the veggie (which is loaded with flavor / veggies while still feeling on the lighter side) and the olive (when we want something a little on the briny side). What sets this place aside from having the best bagels is the quality service and the care that the employees seem to share in working together (which seems to be a rarity these days). My 3 goldens, chihuahua and I go through the drive thru a few times a week and everyone greets us with smiles (even when going in the early morning) and they genuinely seem happy to see us. Even from the drive thru window - it's easy to see the positive teamwork they share and display each time. I never worry if I need to check the bag before leaving - our order is right EVERY time.
