Portions are decent, and the menu has enough variety to please most people. Service is friendly but can be inconsistent during busy times, and the atmosphere is more functional than inviting. One day I'll try others there too but for now I'm looking forward to another steak in a sack in the very near future.

The little salad had a very nice dressing and the eggs had a very tasty seasoning. Overall what a nice way to break your fast. Service--9.5/10. The only complaint I have is service was a little slow and it was a very cold morning one of our frozen days here in Northeast Florida. The combination of that meant because the young lady at the counter was taking another order that my food sat for a couple of moments before it was brought to me, and I was starting to get quite cool. Other than that, the food was fantastic, and she was clearly hustling to the best of her ability. Atmosphere--10/10. A very charming little shop. The exterior and interior are both so cute and quaint. It makes you feel very welcome. It could be a little warmer inside, but usually down here in Florida. We're dealing with the opposite end of the thermometer and trying to keep things cool so these few frosty days that we had this month definitely were more than most of us are prepared for.

It was a pretty enjoyable visit overall. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed watching them make all my food to order. The Kimchi Cheesesteak looked great and was freshly prepared, but the gochujang sauce was much sweeter than I expected--both my foodie friend and I thought it tasted a bit like Manwich sloppy joe sauce. It overpowered the sandwich a bit, but I still appreciated the fresh ingredients. The loaded fries were awesome--crispy fries topped with cheese, bacon, and ranch. They were indulgent and a perfect side to pair with the sandwich. As for the lemonade, it was refreshing and hit the spot. I'm not a fan of their flavored lemonades, as they seem to just add syrup or jam, but the classic lemonade was great. Since this is inside the food court, there's the gentle roar of shoppers and other diners in the area, but it didn't take away from the experience. The mall staff keeps the food court pretty clean, which is always a plus.

I also had a mystery drink for three dollars, and I don't remember was it was, but it was fruity and refreshing. The service was very nice. He greeted us as soon as we arrived, took the time to explain a little about the menu, and gave us space to look everything over. He even checked in with us while we were deciding to see if we had any questions. What really stood out was how well he managed both the in-store customers and the steady stream of DoorDash orders.
