The burger patty was definitely better than their old ones and the pickles were fresh. Overall, I feel the improvements were very satisfying and I applaud shake and steak for the effort. The fries are fine, the cheese curds are ok and the onion rings are ok, nothing special, but what I tend to order. I really like the root beer and is what I prefer to drink at Culver's. The restaurant tends to be kept clean and like I said service seems to depend on the time of day. Overall it's a good burger restaurant and we will keep visiting when we are in Jacksonville.
