It was one of those rainy nights I didn't want to think hard about food. I ended up going to Zbest around closing time, but no worries, the food is made to order. Be prepared to wait briefly in the parking lot after ordering to receive your food. I ended up going with a gyro. It was very tasty and the serving was generous. I always have a good experience here. Helpful tip- if you get anything fried make sure to remove your tray from the bag and open it. It will be nice and hot. Hands down the best Tunis.

BLOWN AWAY BY THE QUALITY! I had the fried chicken wings, oysters, & chicken tenders. The batter and seasoning rival the New Orleans undisputed Best Fried Chicken in the world Willie Mae's. The oysters were the best my big back self has ever had anywhere. The staff was super friendly and engaging of refills, condiments, etc. the ambience was great the building seemed brand new or newly remodeled. Newly paved parking lot with plenty of space. The prices are also very reasonable. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place. A PLUS

I decided to dine in for lunch today. The food here was looking real good today, and the service was really good today. For lunch I decided to have one of their combo meals. I decided to try out their wings and shrimp combo meal. The meal comes with fries. The shrimp was very well fried and flavorful, and tender on the inside. The wings were very good and flavorful, but I didn't like the sauce that I chose. I think I'll go with ranch the next time. The fries were awesome and crispy on the outside. I'll definitely return here to eat, whenever I'm in this area again.

I've eaten at this Tunis many times. Today I received the worst meal ever. I ordered a fish basket with Flounder. That Flounder was way over fried. It was so overcooked that it was the same color and just as crunchy as the breading on it. The piece on the lid shows what I mean. You can't tell that's supposed to be white fish. I peeled the breading off half of it. As I broke this apart looking for edible parts, most of it went to my cat and dog. It's a shame when the fries are the best part of the meal. I feel like I wasted almost $13 on a very substandard meal. Do better Tunis!

They have several locations but this one is the best! They have a very organized order taking/ pull around system and it works. No matter how busy they are the wait is never that long especially since the food is cooked to order. They have one of the best wings in the city. I understand this Friday have very busy day went to drive-through. They hand me a menu. I appreciate that I drove around as she asked me to go and park so I could go over the menu to make my selection. Call to order in. The lady told me to go back around to drive thru two meals only received one and I understand they're rushed. They rushed me my order and I still only receive one meal and crappy service from the young lady at the first window I tried to explain my order she closed the window walked away. I drove to the next window and they all didn't tell me you had called the order in the second window hand me a meal I asked for my second and then was told I only ordered one never received a receipt and I just said never mind and drove off. We're not recommend anyone to go on a Friday evening if you're not going inside first time ever doing a review that's how bad the service was read more

10/10 service! Dining with a big group and little kids can be stressful, but the staff was incredibly kind and understanding. My kids dropped their cups more than once, and when my son's order came out wrong, they fixed it immediately and even gave us a free banana pudding. Amazing customer service! Won't be coming back. No receipt and customer service sucks. My daughter's order was wrong and the lady said she ordered mayo, no ma'am my 15yo does not eat mayo. She asked for a tomato. You claimed you read back the order but you did not, you were too busy rushing to talk to your friend in the window. While we were placing our order she walked away to deal with something, didn't say anything when she left or came back. Very rude. My daughter ordered fries, she didn't ring us up for it. We would have caught it if she had given us a detailed receipt or even actually read the order back. Chicken wrap was awful. read more

I ordered a GRILLED chicken sub 8/15/2026, noonish at the Jacksonville, FL. Westside location off 103rd street. It came with RAW onions on it. If it was grilled, the onions should not be raw. It would be inconceivable they would add raw onions on a grilled sub that they just grilled. If the onions are raw, that means the chicken is likely raw. I took it back up to the counter and the female cashier (acting like she was the manager) refused to acknowledge the raw uncooked onions and refused to cook it more or replace it. I refused to eat it. I don't need to get sick from likely raw chicken. So there was no lunch for me today. THANKS FOR NOTHING "ZBest Tunis". I will never "try" to eat there again and do not recommend others to your restaurant. I note that someone (CJJ) had a similar situation on a 6/1/26 review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! read more

Just opened and went in to be greeted by courteous wait staff. Helpful when asking about menu. Food was delivered in a timely manner and was very tasty. Will try wings next time. Plenty of seating as was an old Pizza Hut. Clean at the tables as well as bathroom, which sometimes can tell a lot about a place. Will def go back again. read more

Got the Philly w/ fries like $12. Think it was like 1 or 2 dollars more to make it cheese fries. Philly tasted bland, meat was very musclely. Cheese fries were just soaked in cheese to where it was soggy. Small portion of fries. Like $3 for a large Arnold Palmer. That had good flavor and was big. Second time here. I ordered the Oyster Basket. It was really good and fresh. Not too spicy. It was just right and I didn't have to wait too long for them to bring it to my car. The cashier was nice and friendly. My fried gizzards were sitting in a pool of oil and they were soaked in oil too. What happened to draining the grease off?! And why are they sweet? The calamari was not cooked through, you can taste raw batter. The wings were old, dry and chewy. It was my first time here and the last. I've never been inside so I can't comment on the dining experience but the drive thru is my go to here. The speaker box doesn't work and you do have to park in a parking spot after you pay and wait for your order but they are generally quick. The wings are tasty and the chicken gizzards are on point! I believe half a pound of gizzards is 3 bucks. My wife has their Greek salad and she said it was good - I have only tried fried food here. Pro tip: Open the containers if you ordered fried food so it's not all soggy from sweating when you get home... read more

The food is really good and well seasoned. Maybe a littleeeee too much salt though. The flavors are great on everything fried. I wouldn't recommend eating here if you are trying to be healthy in the slightest though . The wait times are annoyingly long. I waited over 20 minutes after ordering in the drive thru for 30 pieces of fried shrimp. I get that it's a lot of shrimp but it was only $13 so i'm guessing it's ordered often enough. Why have a drive thru and it be labeled fast food if it takes that long? The prices are a steal though. read more

They were crispy, hot, and packed with flavor. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the dish had an incredible balance of sweet and savory flavors. I've ordered this same dish on all three visits because it's that good. After trying a slice, I can confidently recommend it. On future visits, we'll probably order the pizza as an appetizer to share. The food is always delicious at this location. I especially love the fried swai, shrimp, and scallops. They cook fresh to order each time. They have great seasoned breading and cooked perfectly every time. I recommend this seafood over any seafood restaurant in Jax AND at a much reasonable price point. The employees that work there are great! Katie, Caitlin, Jammie, Bre, and Lexi and all the cook staff work well together and make an awesome team that is kind, friendly, efficient, prompt, and most important they collaborate and put out delicious food each time.
