It wasn't overly seasoned, and it was tender and juicy with a fantastic bun. My co-worker had the Chicken Caesar Wrap, cut in half. My family and I were in the Roosevelt area and everyone was craving something different. My daughter suggested The Loop. The food was pretty good and everything came out super fresh. The pinsa pizza is light and flavorful and mother said this was one of the best burgers she had. The food did take a minute to be made but it was for all the right reasons. The tables were cleaned and the booths are super spacious. You can tell this definitely a place the locals frequent. I wish there was more parking. Overall, we enjoyed dining here. read more

Usually have a great experience here, the food never misses. We had a great dinner, and the gentleman who took our order was very nice. Afterwards though, I ordered a milkshake and it took 30 minutes with no one else in the restaurant, then when I finally got it, it was in a half-filled to go cup. The lady with the pink hair took her sweet time and provided the worst milkshake I've had from the loop. I'll be back but I'll pass on ordering a shake from now on. read more

This place never disappoints me every time I go there. The service is friendly and quick. I love all the food I have ordered there, like salads, pizzas, chicken tenders, burgers, and milkshakes. I keep trying to come here for lunch because it's near my work, but the food is just awful. I have been disappointed every time. I've had their burgers, pizza, pinza, a wrap, a chicken sandwich, chicken tendies, and Caesar salad. I've had to choke down all of it. You know a place is bad when even the chicken tendies are gross. This last go I had the chicken Caesar and there wasn't nearly enough dressing, the dressing was lumpy anyway though so maybe that was for the best. And the chicken looks like it came out of a can. Sysco's finest I guess. Not all negative though. The service is fine enough. The girls that work there that I've had interactions with have been nice and helpful enough. They're not the problem. It's just a cheap chain company buying cheap bad food from Sysco and heating it up. read more

I've only been to the one on Southside and so I'm comparing this visit to the one on the Southside. I did get my food a lot quicker than the one on SS. However. It wasn't good The croutons on my Caesar salad were so salty! I've gotten this salad at the other location and it was edible. This one was not. I got the bacon chicken sandwich. Disappointed by this location, used to order all the time. Ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger to go with onion rings for $2 more and only got like 5 rings. They used to be so big. Called the stored and talked to Justin and he said that this is a normal amount, in which I said not really I ordered several times.... And this is so little. Placed an order at 3:27 for one pizza. 20 minutes later I go to the counter to check on order. The girl in the back opens the oven to a burnt pizza. I counted 3 people in the kitchen area and it was only me and 2 other customers. Apparently there's time to chat but not pay attention to the work. Piss poor! And to top it off, manager was in the kitchen with the 3 workers. She gave me a gift card for next time but I'll pass that on to someone else. Management needs to tighten up. My daughter went and picked up our order for 8 people, (she didn't know what all she was picking up) total of $159. She asked if she had it all, and they didn't acknowledge her. So 2 flat bread pizzas, dinner for 2 visiting family members, were left behind! I had to waste 20 minutes to go back and get them. I stood at the counter and was TOTALLY IGNORED!!!! She threw trash away, got a to go box for someone, put a beeper away. The girl never acknowledged me until I asked if she was going to keep ignoring me! I love the Loop. I think it's a highly underrated spot for lunch/dinner. This location is a bit hidden but once you find it you return. It's one of the newer one so the decor is sort of farm psychedelic. They have long tables in the middle as community seating and booths on the sides. Lots of patio seating, too. Food is always great. I love that goat cheese salad. Never too much dressing and it's super fresh! My friend destroyed the bacon burger so it must have been great! He also mentioned the honey mustard was delish and likely homemade. Salad and a cup of soup + drink was $17. Little high but I was hungry! Great service from friendly staff! read more

For me The Loop is the case of "Out of sight out of mind" since they closed the old location on St John's Ave in Avondale, I keep forgetting that they're back. What did not help was it took them a while to open the new location at Sadler's Point Marine Center. Today changed all that. I ordered two entrees, a Burger with Blue Cheese and a Walnut Gorgonzola salad. When I forgot to ask them to split the food for two, Phil the service manager did not hesitate. He made the change as quickly as possible and even brought the food to my table. The burger was so good with the blue cheese melting. It was cooked just right for medium well. Next time I will try it medium rare. The Walnut Gorgonzola salad was delicious with candied walnuts, croutons, cherry tomato and Gorgonzola cheese. I had a candied walnut that was bigger than the croutons, wow. Both the salad and the burger tasted great. The good thing about the Loop is they are consistently turning out good food. Splitting the salad and burger was adequate for two people that are trying watch their girlish figure. With a fountain drink the total bill was $21.00. Good deal! I don't remember service to be this good at the old place. Also, it's great to be in a new facility where the rest rooms work. It did not at the old place for many months. After my visit today I will not forget about the Loop at Sadler's Point. They are here to stay and I will keep coming back. Thanks Phil for great customer service. read more

Delicious food & great atmosphere! I love the 5 cheese pizza, no bleu cheese. My husband says their onion rings are incredible.

My husband and went here previously with some guy friends for lunch. We decided to grab lunch here because he enjoyed it his pizza. We chose to share a burger and get the rosemary chips ($11.19). My husband had a root beer to drink ($2.69). The BBQ Bacon burger was good, but the chips had not flavor. They were made in house and were cooked perfectly. The thing we were impressed with is that they had an employee on top of cleaning tables after customers left. The employee also helped with those eating outside if they needed something. The wait seemed a bit long considering we arrived before the lunch rush. This location is located right across the street from my husband's favorite used book store so I'm sure we'll be back. read more
