New York Steamer Sub: Corned Beef, Pastrami, Provolone, Italian Dressing, Deli Mustard. This is my go-to when Im not trying the latest seasonal offering. Speaking of which... French Dip: I NEED this to be on the menu full-time, and not on a limited time basis. Savory Roast Beef, Caramelized Onions, Melted Provolone and Italian Seasonings on a Toasted Garlic Roll, served with Aus Jus for dipping. Thanksgiving Turkey Sub: While its not nearly as scrumptious as the legendary Hot Bobbie (RIP Capriottis on San Jose Blvd.), its a pretty good substitute. Turkey Breast, Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce, Mayo. The downside is that this location hasn't had the "side of gravy" available, which would have really made the sandwich sing. Finally, a big thumbs up to Firehouse Subs for donating to first responders, which is always a plus added to my purchase! Till next time, my fellow Yeeps, thanks for reading, and as always...SYOY!

I really love the chicken here and the sauces. While ordering i noticed I had a free chicken sandwich reward to that was expiring the following day. So upon finishing my fine in meal, I ordered the sandwich to go to take my husband while he was at work. Placed my order in the app, refilled my drink and waited by the counter along with another gentleman and lady. The young lady was being helped, even got drinks prepared for twice by two different associates. While the 3 of us waited, a door washer came in and quickly picked up an order as well. After about 10 minutes of waiting the lady got her food and was all set. It was just I and another gentleman still waiting on our food. Mind you, my order was for a single chicken sandwich only, and nothing else. After the lady got her food, I and the gentleman were asked what we were waiting on. We both responded and got an "oh, its ready". I never left the lobby between my dine in order and placing my to go order. So my sandwich sat there behind the counter waiting to be picked up the entire time I was standing there and not once was I asked or my name called out. Had I not been trying to get it to my husband in time so he wasn't waiting longer than necessary between properties he maintains, I would have had them remake it. Thats the only reason this is a 4 instead of a 5. Please acknowledge all customers in your waiting area instead of ignoring them while customer #1 is waiting as well.
