I don't have anything bad to say about this fast food restaurant I've eaten there before it's just not my style

So convenient for us, about a 3 minute walk from our home. We just dropped by for a medium size drink, that's it. Clean store, it did however, smelled a bit weird upon entering. The Arby's burger is gross. Everything about it is gross. I ordered and no one was in line. I was asked to wait as my order was being made fresh. 7 minutes later I get my order and the burger and fries are not fresh at all. I took a chance and tried it out so you don't have to. Hi quality roast beef as always. Clean and comfortable dining area. Young man behind the counter was very busy but still gave me his full attention, took time to make sure my order was right and checked order before giving it to me. I hate to say it, but normally I do not get service like that in a fast food restaurant. It was very nice to experience it. Went here for lunch last week and from the bathroom to the lobby this place was clean as a pin! Something I appreciate is having the bathroom well stocked. Toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap. Food came out quickly and was hot. Glad I chose to go here and I will be back. Everything went great until I bumped the high table I was sitting at and spilled my tea all over the flloor. I come to this Arby's location often and I've always had a good experience. My food is always right and almost always hot. I love their roast beef sandwiches and curly fries. My daughter ordered Buffalo boneless wings and they tasted great and were very huge pieces. However, I wish they were made fresh. They were just room temp. Arbys is a little pricey but every once in a while it is exactly what I'm craving. There is something about the sweet Arbys sauce on thin sliced roast beef that just can't be found elsewhere. This Arby's is one of the better ones. The food is pretty much always cooked to order and the service is good whether your dining in or going through the drive thru. The send out coupons which I love because it can be kind of expensive for a sandwich or such. I personally like the roast beef sandwiches very much. Their fried chicken reduces have way too much breaking for me. Their discount menu has also gotten better and I like the new 2 for $5 because the happy hour items aren't the best. I really dislike the rolls that the sliders are on. read more

After hearing about Arby's "secret menu" meat mountain I simply had to try it.. and while pricey at $10, it was worth it! The cashier had no idea what I was talking about at first but luckily the manager came over to show her the button to press. Every meat Arby's uses, all on one bun. Plus cheese. No sauce, it just doesn't need it! Eating it was challenging since it's huuuge.. but I persevered. When I finished, and before the meat coma set in, I noticed that this is actually a really nice Arby's. It has clearly been redone recently. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. There's a bell on the wall to ring if you had exceptional service, I've never seen that at an Arby's before. We definitely rang it after ordering 15 meat mountains (what can I say, I work with a bunch of guys.. they all wanted to go as soon as they heard about it!) read more

After seeing the Arby's advertisement for their new Wagyu burger, I wanted to give it a try. Went to the website for the closest store, (Wells Road location) and started my online order for delivery. I had several delivery options; normally I go with Doordash, but today, I went with UBER EATS, Big Mistake! I ordered $43.00 in food and left a $6.75 tip for the driver. Approximately 45 minutes later, the driver called me stating he was "at the drop off location at the local High School?" I told him he must be mistaken because my food was being delivered to my residence. Also, the drive from my house to the Wells Road Arby's is closer than going to the high school. Driver disconnected stating he'd get clarification and call me back. I never got a return call. I called him back and he answered, my instructions were to cancel the transaction and I'd just drive to the store. I looked at both receipts and both stated my account would not be charged and should appear on my statement as such. This was on 06/02/2022. I kept checking my bank account and the transactions were listed as pending. Then today, 06/04/2022 I checked my account, and I was charged for the food that was never delivered and charged for the tip the driver never earned. My bank said to contact UBER EATS which I did only to be told by them that I waited too long to request a refund. I asked how can I request a refund when the transaction is in a pending status? She didn't have an answer. So now I've got to go through my bank, and I've experienced a similar transaction in the past. The bank sided with the merchant; I don't expect anything different this time. So, beware when dealing with deliveries from Arby's and delivered by UBER EATS. read more

I wish I knew the name of the gentlemen that took and brought us our order. All I remember is that he had a tattoo on his forearm and glasses. He gave my boyfriend and I amazing customer service. Recently updated, this is our local Arby's. We enjoy coming in for the Roast Beef Classics and fries. This was our first visit since they have remodeled. My son and I came in to share a meal before heading to Grandma's. The staff is always friendly and take care of getting your order out. The location is never busy inside, most orders come to the drive thru. The interior is always clean (even before the remodel) and we always have a good experience. There is satellite radio playing overhead but not too loud as someone else pointed out. We dined in with two other tables with patrons as well. As I said, it is clean inside and the workers were also in the dining area making sure everything was tidy as well. Oh, and the food was great. I love their mozzarella sticks. They also mail out coupons every month so you can save a little $$ for your meal. read more

Went last weekend. The Drive-thru was "broken". Fine, tech issues happen. Went inside. The male manager who took my order seemed to not understand how the register worked which was odd to say the least. So after my order I moved back to the divider wall.. then I stand there.. and stand there... and ... stand there some more.. I finally walk back up to the counter and the girl who has just been staring into space the whole time, doing nothing, says (no, I'm not kidding) "did you order some food or something?" NO, I just came in for a SNIFF. She takes my receipt and digs up some fries and the sandwiches, but no shakes. When I asked for them, she says "you got a receipt?" UH, Yea, the one you already took from me? Long story short, it took 3 times for her to get 2 shakes. The "curly" fries we got were burnt nubs. Not one was over 1/2 inch long. The sandwiches were soggy and cold and the "super chocolate shake" was not very chocolate. My family and I have dined at this location at least once a week due to the specials and money saving coupons. My family dined as usual, but the female manager on duty was very condescending and rude towards me while I placed an order and paid. If it wasn't for the presence of family, I would have told her to cancel my order and provide a refund. I called corporate to convey feedback on the experience, but no follow up let alone an apology. My family and I will never dine at this location again let alone recommend them. The female manager on duty was a complete C*NT as far as I'm concerned given her attitude and disposition. read more

When you say unsweetened ice tea twice they said it back as un sweet tea and I still end up throwing it away because they gave me disgustingly sickly sweet sugar tea I am pissed off, I need to stop going there entirely. Haven't been to an Arby's in about one year, so when I saw their sign for 2 Gyros for $6, I decided to drop in and try them. You have to be an Arby's fan to appreciate their Gyros, as I was unimpressed. I have been to Greece many times and I know what a Gyro is and these are no where even close to the real thing. I eat here on a fairly regular basis and the food is always good. On my most recent visit, the kitchen forgot my order. This would have been forgiveable were it not for the attitude of the staff. Excuuuse me for asking about my order after numerous people who were in line behind me had gotten theirs. They had in fact forgotten to prepare the order.
