Everytime my daughter and I come in here the employees are genuinely kind and make my typically grumpy morning so pleasant! They're very sweet to my kiddo and it's an amazing experience. They snuck in a few donut holes for my diagrams I this morning and acts like that are just impossible to ignore- THANK YOU! Their donuts are AMAZING. I've been to many donut shops across the U.S. in search of the perfect donut and I am happy to say that after my second visit, Daily Donuts is in my top tier of donut shops. Located in Orange Park, Daily Donuts is without a doubt the best spot for donuts in the southern Jacksonville area (with America's Donuts being the best in the north). The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable (no $4 hipster donuts here, kids), and most importantly, the donuts are absolutely delicious. On my latest visit, I purchased a dozen donuts, a bearclaw, and on a whim, three beignets (which was a spectacular decision) for less than $20. My family and I enjoyed them all. Glazed: Sweet, pillowy soft, and all around one of the best glazed donuts you'll ever have. Even better, they continually make new batches all morning. Old fashioned: Crispy on the outside, still moist on the inside, with a subtle level of sweetness. Apple fritter: Extremely crispy, sweet, with chunks of apple. The one I had today was probably a little overdone, but I'll take a well done apple fritter over an underdone fritter any day (I had my fair share, and they aren't good). Bearclaw: Giant, sweet glazed donut with apple filling inside. If you like sugar and apples, give this a shot. Vanilla cream-filled: Good, with a decent amount of pleasantly sweet vanilla cream in the middle. If the exterior were a little crisp, this donut could go to a new level. Beignets: Utterly amazing. Crispy, flaky, sugary fried dough is always wonderful, but this was executed perfectly. I had my doubts since I'm used to fresh beignets, but was floored by how great this beignet was. I will definitely have these at the top of my list to buy when I return. I am shocked that Daily Donuts is such a top-notch shop and has been open less than a year. Their level of service and quality is as good as it gets. The only negative about this shop is that they close at 1 p.m. since they open up crazy early in the morning, so no late afternoon or evening Daily Donuts for me, but they are open on Sunday, which is a bonus. If you are a donut fan and live in Jacksonville or are passing through town, you owe it to yourself to stop and Daily Donuts and buy a dozen. You will not regret it! read more

FINALLY my prayers have been answered! When it comes to local, family-run donut shops, I'm nothing less than obsessed. Orange Park is overrun with chain establishments and really needed a place like Daily Donuts to come in and save us. I work a few miles up the street in Fleming Island, so this is a convenient location to make a pit stop for breakfast. The offerings are plentiful, from warm tasty breakfast sandwiches, assorted baked goods, a good variety of Boba Teas, and the donuts being the shining star of the show. There are so many, I could never pick just one, and if I told you all of the ones I selected, I'd look like a total heifer, so let's just say I got a "variety" (my picture is 1 of 2 boxes) and leave it at that. The only drawback....and it's just because they're my absolute favorites...is that I didn't see a chocolate frosted yellow cake donut, or frosted chocolate cake donut. There were cake donuts that were glazed, but not the frosted variety, so that was the only minor disappointment. I was, however, delighted with the ones I had chosen, with each being just as fresh and tasty as the next, and I WILL be back for that Apple Fritter that everyone's raving about. I am ecstatic that I no longer have to make a road trip across Jacksonville to find actual home-made, non-mass-produced, made with love crown jewels of breakfast that we call donuts. The shop is impeccably clean, well decorated, and the staff is very welcoming and patient as you make your choices. The drive-through is also a plus if you're an on-the-go patron. Yum, yum, yummy! I have been meaning to try this place since they opened and on a recent day spent in the car decided to stop by and grab a treat (or two!). I opted for a apple fritter and a pig in a blanket. The roll around the dog was so flaky and light. They heated it up and that made it even more delicious. The apple fritter I saved for later on, and that was so fresh, sweet, and tasty. They were quite busy inside and in the drive-through. They were busy in the back making fresh trays that they brought out frequently. They're much closer to me than The Donut Shoppe and a good option but they won't be knocking out the 50+ year Jax staple anytime soon. The donuts were also good but the powdered sugar was chocolate cake donut vs. an old fashioned which is what I was expecting.
