Quick service and love the options from large to mini cookies. I went mid day and no issues with availability.

It seems like I saw this a lot LOL but their caramel pumpkin cookie is my absolute favorite. The pumpkin cookie is so moist and soft. I don't usually eat the frosting but my god this frosting is amazing, it's got the tang from the cream cheese and the sweetness and the caramel comes through. Get this cookie!

I finally have crumbl cookies a shot because I had a free chocolate chip cookie from T mobile Tuesday. I'll rate the staff and cleanliness high, but the cookie was mid. Bland flavor but also too sweet.

Went up here to claim tmobile Tuesdays free cookie and try other treats. The line was to long. So we got our cookies and left the service was nice and fast. They were working hard to keep line moving quick. The cookies we got were not that great. There was no flavor. The chocolate in them tasted stale.

There are not enough words to describe these cookies! OMG delicious!! This is my 3rd time trying Crumbl and the chocolate chunk is my go to. I mean look at the chunks in this cookie. When you walk into the store the young man behind the counter describes in detail what each cookie of the week is. I knew going in what I wanted but listened to him anyway You can order a single cookie , a box of 4 , 6 or 12. Run, don't walk to your nearest Crumbl store!

    6 cookies for $25.

Our family of six decided to get a box of cookies and we cut them up and made taster plates for each of us. This week's cookies with our review... 1. Vanilla crumb cake- like golden Oreos with a cream cheese frosting. A favorite of several! 2. Raspberry Lemonade - a couple in our crowd like this but others thought it was too lemony. 3. Cannoli - is was okay. Not our groups favorite. 4. Blueberry cheesecake- a definite fave for 3 of us! 5. Cookies and cream - Yum! Better than cookies and cream ice cream 6. Chocolate chip - My favorite! It's a classic!

Crumbl is always a go-to for delicious cookies, and bonus points for being able to do drive up orders! I have a love/hate relationship with the rotating menu because there are certain flavors that I just love so much, but it really is nice to always have the opportunity to try something new. The chocolate chip is a staple and I love the smooth texture and flavor of the milk chocolate.. it almost tastes European. My absolute fav is the biscoff, especially since I'm a sucker for white chocolate, and always make a point to stop in when that one is in rotation. Red velvet is another fav, and there was an almond cookie that came around one time that was super yummy. Quite honestly, it's pretty hard to find a cookie that I don't like, and Crumbl has never disappointed. The cookies are always fresh and shareable, so they're a great option to bring to get togethers.

I've been hearing about Crumbl Cookies for some time now and decided to try them on a Monday after dinner. We walked in and I noticed two computers on the wall to the right. This was where we placed our order. There was no cashier. There was also a card machine for check out. There were several cookies on display and we were told all the cookies were available to purchase. There were six large cookies and five smaller cookies. But when I went into the computer there were only six large cookies for sale. I ordered one milk chocolate chip cookie which cost $4.50. You could purchase a few different sizes of cookie boxes. I ordered the cookie and turned around and within a few minutes they called my name. I brought the cookie home and ate half and it was delicious. It was warm, soft and the chocolate chips were nice and melted. The taste was super sweet which is why I could only eat half. But I'm looking forward to eating the other half tomorrow after dinner;)

Great cookies as always! First time trying this location while visiting Jacksonville. Cookies are just as delicious as the ones in California. Perfect cookies!

The absolute best cookie I've ever had in my entire life. I loved all baked goods and on this particular day I was craving a cookie. I've heard about crumbl and drove past it a few times but never truly felt the need to check their establishment out until one day, a co-worker of mine said this place had the best cookies ever. My co-worker is very selective and critical so if she said it was delicious, then it must be delicious. That peaked my interest and made me want to check this cookie parlor out. Last night, I told my husband I was craving something sweet and really wanted to go to Crumbl and order a cookie. He was apprehensive at first but I managed to convince him. We had to put on 3 layers of clothes because it was extra cold in Florida (40 degrees) and hike to the car with our toddler to drive to crumbl. Once we got there we saw the different type of cookie flavors and order a chocolate chip, raspberries chocolate cookie and a pink frosted cookie. We came home and each ate it along with our side of milk. Omg my mouth bursted into joy and I ate the entire cookie in minutes! It was amazing and made me immediately regret not buying more! I will definitely be going back! Crumbl you now have a lifelong customer!

Well, they were out of what Tammy and I both wanted-Chocolate chip cookies. The line was at the back door when we arrived. She wanted to leave. But, I told her the line would be moving fast. It did. We were told they would have CC cookies in twenty minutes. They were preparing them to be cooked in the open kitchen. I was told the pineapple cookies was one of the faves. To me it look like it was way too sweet with a mountain of icing on top of the cookie. So, we both decided to choose the Nutella cookies. I just got home and dived the cookie four ways, because they are huge. I put two small scoops of ice cream in a bowl and 1/4 cookie with it. It was the best cookie I've ever consumed in my life! They definitely had plenty of employees working today at a fast pace! Wow! I look forward to another visit soon. I want to try some more flavors.

My sister is a diehard cookie fan, so much so that when she heard Crumbl was opening she downloaded the app and checks it religiously every week to see what cookies they have for the week. She called me and said "do you want to order cookies today, because their menu looks really good." Who am I to decline cookies on a Monday? From their menu, I ordered one with potato chips, coconut, chocolate chips, and pretzels, a Kentucky butter cookie, a dulce de leche cookie, and a chocolate chip for my little. I ordered on the app, which was easy peasy, chose a curbside pickup time that was convenient for me. On the app you have the choice of ordering a single, box of four, or six cookies, and you can decide what you want, which is nic that you're not "stuck" with a flavor that wouldn't be to your liking. We arrived and of course it was downpouring. We pushed the button on our app that said we're here. The staff member came out (donned in a mask, too) in the pouring rain, brought us our cookies and we were on our way. I waited until I got home and the one cookie I was really excited to try was the potato chip one. I suggest making sure you have milk at your house, so you can dunk your cookie. I had milk, but it was whole milk, not my jam, but when in Rome, right? The potato chip cookie was sweet, salty, crunchy, doughy, all in one bite and was deliciously fresh. I also tried the dulce de leche cookie, which was a cross between a snickerdoodle, cream cheese frosting and caramel. So good, but totally suggest cutting it half, or else you may be on a permanent sugar high. Pros: -Weekly menu changes -Ease of ordering on the app -Curbside pickup available -Staff wearing masks -Happy this isn't closer to my house, or I'd have a problem -Fresh cookies Cons: -My inability to have just one cookie Tips: Download the app, so you can order online.

Our visit to Biscottis in Jacksonville's Avondale neighborhood managed to do both. We were greeted warmly when we arrived and seated immediately, and the atmosphere had a welcoming energy that made the restaurant feel like a true neighborhood gathering place. Susan ordered the Quiche Lorraine, and after the first bite we both knew it was something special. The crust was delicate and buttery while the filling was rich and perfectly balanced. It was so impressive that we awarded it our Culinary Duo Best of the Best dish recognition, which is something we reserve for truly standout dishes. Peter went in a different direction and ordered the Sweet Potato Pancakes with house made white cheddar hash browns. The pancakes were flavorful and comforting, and the hash browns were crispy with bold cheddar flavor that made them impossible to stop eating. Another thing we appreciated was learning that Biscottis carries the Slow Food First Coast Snail of Approval, recognizing restaurants that support sustainable agriculture and local food traditions. The service throughout the visit was cheerful and attentive, and the staff seemed genuinely happy to be there. If you enjoy restaurants that combine great brunch dishes, incredible desserts, and a lively neighborhood atmosphere, Biscottis is definitely worth visiting.

The burger is greasy/wet, it is drenched in a bland cheese sauce, the meat is underseasoned, and the patty has no sear. Definitely not worth anything near the $21 cost. The salmon BLT is served on bread that is cut so thick you're mostly just eating old/stale bread, and the sandwich is also greasy. Their french fries come drenched in a disgusting garlic oil and cheap grated parmesan. It's bad cooking dressed up to look fancy without any understanding of the basics. The restaurant fits as well. Its ugly artwork is accompanied by furniture that looks like it was ripped out of a Le Pain Quotidien. The cakes look amazing, and the bar is nicely designed and well stocked, but neither saves the drab surrealist-cafeteria vibe of this pretentious establishment.
