It seems like I saw this a lot LOL but their caramel pumpkin cookie is my absolute favorite. The pumpkin cookie is so moist and soft. I have a love/hate relationship with the rotating menu because there are certain flavors that I just love so much, but it really is nice to always have the opportunity to try something new. The chocolate chip is a staple and I love the smooth texture and flavor of the milk chocolate.. it almost tastes European. My absolute fav is the biscoff, especially since I'm a sucker for white chocolate, and always make a point to stop in when that one is in rotation. Red velvet is another fav, and there was an almond cookie that came around one time that was super yummy. I've been hearing about Crumbl Cookies for some time now and decided to try them on a Monday after dinner. We walked in and I noticed two computers on the wall to the right. This was where we placed our order. There was no cashier. There was also a card machine for check out. There were several cookies on display and we were told all the cookies were available to purchase. There were six large cookies and five smaller cookies. But when I went into the computer there were only six large cookies for sale. I ordered one milk chocolate chip cookie which cost $4.50. You could purchase a few different sizes of cookie boxes. I ordered the cookie and turned around and within a few minutes they called my name. I brought the cookie home and ate half and it was delicious. It was warm, soft and the chocolate chips were nice and melted. The taste was super sweet which is why I could only eat half. But I'm looking forward to eating the other half tomorrow after dinner;) read more

The absolute best cookie I've ever had in my entire life. I loved all baked goods and on this particular day I was craving a cookie. I've heard about crumbl and drove past it a few times but never truly felt the need to check their establishment out until one day, a co-worker of mine said this place had the best cookies ever. My co-worker is very selective and critical so if she said it was delicious, then it must be delicious. That peaked my interest and made me want to check this cookie parlor out. Last night, I told my husband I was craving something sweet and really wanted to go to Crumbl and order a cookie. He was apprehensive at first but I managed to convince him. We had to put on 3 layers of clothes because it was extra cold in Florida (40 degrees) and hike to the car with our toddler to drive to crumbl. Once we got there we saw the different type of cookie flavors and order a chocolate chip, raspberries chocolate cookie and a pink frosted cookie. We came home and each ate it along with our side of milk. Omg my mouth bursted into joy and I ate the entire cookie in minutes! It was amazing and made me immediately regret not buying more! Well, they were out of what Tammy and I both wanted-Chocolate chip cookies. The line was at the back door when we arrived. She wanted to leave. But, I told her the line would be moving fast. It did. We were told they would have CC cookies in twenty minutes. They were preparing them to be cooked in the open kitchen. I was told the pineapple cookies was one of the faves. To me it look like it was way too sweet with a mountain of icing on top of the cookie. So, we both decided to choose the Nutella cookies. I just got home and dived the cookie four ways, because they are huge. I put two small scoops of ice cream in a bowl and 1/4 cookie with it. It was the best cookie I've ever consumed in my life! My sister is a diehard cookie fan, so much so that when she heard Crumbl was opening she downloaded the app and checks it religiously every week to see what cookies they have for the week. She called me and said "do you want to order cookies today, because their menu looks really good." Who am I to decline cookies on a Monday? From their menu, I ordered one with potato chips, coconut, chocolate chips, and pretzels, a Kentucky butter cookie, a dulce de leche cookie, and a chocolate chip for my little. I ordered on the app, which was easy peasy, chose a curbside pickup time that was convenient for me. On the app you have the choice of ordering a single, box of four, or six cookies, and you can decide what you want, which is nic that you're not "stuck" with a flavor that wouldn't be to your liking. We arrived and of course it was downpouring. We pushed the button on our app that said we're here. The staff member came out (donned in a mask, too) in the pouring rain, brought us our cookies and we were on our way. I waited until I got home and the one cookie I was really excited to try was the potato chip one. I suggest making sure you have milk at your house, so you can dunk your cookie. I had milk, but it was whole milk, not my jam, but when in Rome, right? The potato chip cookie was sweet, salty, crunchy, doughy, all in one bite and was deliciously fresh. I also tried the dulce de leche cookie, which was a cross between a snickerdoodle, cream cheese frosting and caramel. So good, but totally suggest cutting it half, or else you may be on a permanent sugar high. Oh yes!!! Finally, a Jax location! I visited the one in Lake Mary and loved it! Easy location (although it does get tight sometimes) located near the Target and Southbank. Walked in, order on the pad, pick your cookie (or ice cream), enter your rewards info and pay. The staff was awesome and super fast. Unfortunately, they ran out of ice cream but hope to get some at next visit! I got the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip and it was very good! It's so soft and not too sweet which was perfect. If you can dream it up- chances are it will rotate through! I missed out on the brownie sundae cooking as they ran out AFTER I ordered it. But- the lemon cookie I really want to try was out when I ordered and reappeared while I was waiting for my order- so I got that one instead! Sugar- dangerous, because it is always on the menu and I love it Snickerdoodle- the cream cheese icing was a bit decadent for me, so I ate more cookie and less icing for that one Lemon- I wanted it to be more lemon flavored! This cookie was so amazing, that I'm literally wordless... aka if it's on the menu, get it) I also tried the buckeye- this one was also good, a chocolate cookie/brownie with peanut butter on top. I would've liked for the peanut butter to be more spread out, instead of in a blob. I also think this cookie would've been MUCH better if I had a glass of milk..... unfortunately me being the hungry hippo I was, I tried the cookies in my car in their parking lot and was milkless. Conveniently located across from Target, this is a super fun stop after a little shopping spree. They have an order-ahead option, or the option to order on a tablet inside (in case you're feeling a little introverted.) Otherwise the employees are always willing and able to give you the full rundown on everything that is Crumbl Cookies. They are quite pricy, hence four stars, but sizeable and delicious. We are so blessed to live in a world where we can get hot and fresh cookies in these beautiful pink boxes.. delivered to our homes or our friends and family in other states. I have to say the classic sugar cookie with pink frosting is sooo fantastic. They are creating an icon with that one. I also really enjoyed the New York Cheesecake. I didn't care for the berry and cream being cold and the dark dream all chocolate didn't do anything for me. The showstopper for me and one worth fighting for is the Rolo which has yummy chocolate and Carmel chewiness throughout. Y.O.L.O. go for the ROLO. Drooling just thinking about it. Went to the place after another activity. It was late in the evening and as soon I pass the door I was greeted by a group of dynamic young people ready to serve. I went first for the strawberry shortcake and after that a chocolate chip cookie. The sweet craving was mitigated coupled with great service. One of the strongest things is their schedule. However, if you have a more refined palate, I'd avoid these sugar bombs. It's hard to even discern the different flavors of cookies because they are so overly sweet! This location was nice when I visited, the inside was clean & there were many staff members working on making cookies. You can't beat a good cookie and Crumbl cookies are amazing! I didn't realize the size of these cookies until I saw them in person. They are definitely large cookies. When we got home, I cut them to make them easier to share. I've tried the following flavors: Chocolate Chip - classic flavor with a twist. They add chocolate chunks as well as chips to make these extra chocolatey. Sugar - simply delicious! Sweet with a wonderful almond flavor. Muddy Buddy - peanut butter cookie was very good. PB topping complimented the cookie well. Must try if you like PB cookies. Candy Corn - similar to the Sugar cookie without the almond flavor. Cinnamon Roll - cinnamony, rich and delicious. It's filled with yummy, creamy goodness just like a cinnamon roll. Key Lime Pie - tart and sweet. It reminded me of a Key Lime cheesecake. Salted Caramel Cheesecake - top flavor! Wow, these are unique cookies! The first thing is they are huge!! About 3 normal cookies put together. It just opened here in Jax so there is a line almost always to get some, but it goes fast and i really like they have self service kiosk you walk up order, pay on card then wait for your name to be called. We only waited about 5 minutes. When we walked in they have a tv showing you what flavors they have for that week, they alternate all, except always having sugar and chocolate chip I believe. Now it also showed calories under each pic of the cookies and I couldn't believe it said 100-120 calories per cookie, I was like What, How!?! (Suspicious eyes!!) Well when I went on their website it's actually per serving of each cookie usually about 1/6th of the cookie...Lol! So cut the cookies up to know the true servings! The standouts for me was the berries n cream....served cold!! I didn't think I would love this one because of course I like warm gooey cookie, but this cookie was delicious!! Perfectly soft and chewy with fruit baked inside and fresh whipped cream on top! Excellent!! Im not a big frosting person so the ones with it on top were too much for me, the chocolate chip was standard good, I did like their sugar cookie because it's topped with an almond frosting with a nice flavor!
