Tasty & thin classic NY style slices. Small hidden gem with very friendly staff - definitely a solid Williamsburg staple.

Joes Pizza is my favorite pizza shop in all of NYC. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The second you walk in and see the wall of fame you'll see all the Celebs that agree with this statement.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There's a reason why everyone loves this place and its FLAVOR. The white pizza I ordered was GREAT and toasted perfectly. I usually do not eat mushroom on pizza and that has changed now. The service was very quick, everything we asked for we got. The important thing for me is that it was open late. Students love this place, people of all ages love this place it's just so good it's addicting. I live in Manhattan and will travel to Brooklyn to get some so that says enough. I cannot wait to go back.

Always hits the spot! We have visited a few times on trips to NYC and this is our first try in Williamsburg. Always quick service and always tasty. A great snack while exploring new areas.

Joe's Pizza is I'm such a pizza lover and sense moving to NYC, I've tried a few pizza spots. Luigi's off Dekalb just happens to be my FAV but then I tried Joe's Pizza on New Year's Day at 1:00am in the cold morning . We had a great NYE night It was a long line but worth it . I watched them make our slices from scratch and our pizza was hot and ready (true definition). I ordered two slices of pepperoni with mushrooms and my guy, ordered two pepperoni slices with sausages and extra cheese . We ate our slices right there at the high top table and enjoyed our drunken night . This place was convenient, pizza was great, customer service was pleasant but slow AF mainly because the long line and a busy night . I can't wait to try Joe's a second time . I also found out that Joe's Pizza was featured in Marvel's Spider Man . Now I have to watch Spider Man once more lol S/O to Joe's Pizza !!!

There's many Joe's pizza locations in the city! It's a classic slice of pizza but I personally think it can be overhyped for what it is. You can't beat the classic mom and pop shop selling cheaper slices of pizza! My friend and I did enjoy the late night pizza run but it was nothing to seriously crave! I would suggest it as a first timer in the city. Service is fast and friendly which I appreciate with [[HIGHLIGHT]]a lively ambiance of people from different walks of life grabbing a slice at any time during the day/late night[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This has always been my go-to place. And don't get me wrong, it does the job... but I asked for extra hot and it was extra lukewarm. The taste is there, it's satisfying, but I think they may have gotten a bit lazy.

One of the best things about New York pizza is that you can grab a slice almost anywhere and know it'll be good, whether it's a $1 slice shop, a late-night spot, or a place like Joe's. That said, Joe's Pizza is the slice that best represents what a true New York slice is supposed to be. Simple, consistent, and always satisfying. The plain cheese is excellent, but my go-to is the white slice, creamy, cheesy, and perfectly balanced without feeling heavy. This is the kind of place you come back to again and again. No gimmicks, no trends, just classic New York pizza done right.

Pizza is great, customer service Terrible. I'd definitely recommend coming here especially if you're tourist because it's less traffic.

Yummy combo and pepperoni Only pizza I had in New York it was really crispy when they reheated it the slices were big also

Mid level pizza at best, but Williamsburg prices. Staff is very friendly, though. Deep dish / Sicilian slice was really bad, & not warmed up enough. Very regrettable meal - only ate here bc I was in a rush.

    TL;DR: It's Joe's. Trust. You're hungry. Grab a slice. It's always worth it. Cheers, Joe's!

Friday, 6/6/2025 - Tried this Joe's Pizza. Address 216 Bedford Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11249 in Williamsburg - North Side. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Small but quaint.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Staffs were so nice! Cashier asked us where we're from and we told him California. Then he started singing "California....". It was so cute. We wanted to record him, but he said no. But the combination pizza slice we got was good. Prefect. Now I can say I had NY pizza. ;) Can't answer about parking because we Uber here from our hotel.

I went for pizza and found out the Geloto was was awesome. You go to a pizza place and then get gelato. They had vanilla and watermelon, it was so good. I spotted Gio and his team busy pulling fresh pies out of the oven. I ordered a Grandma slice, a white slice, and my son went for a pepperoni slice. It's a cash-only place, and my order was ready in about ten minutes. The Grandma slice was quite dense, with a cracker-like crust. It tasted okay, but I wasn't sold on it and ended up leaving it in the box. The white slice was a bit better--with a crispy crust and a strong garlic flavor I really enjoyed. I've eaten here, come to the Bushwick Block Party to see Action Bronson perform, and spent enough time around Tiki Disco to associate the place with a particularly inventive, free-spirited period in the neighborhood. The dining area still has that wonderfully idiosyncratic character: exposed beams, communal tables, mismatched details, and an open kitchen turning out genuinely excellent pizza. What impresses me most is how naturally Roberta's became more than a restaurant. Food, music, parties, outdoor spaces, and an extraordinary mix of people all seemed to converge here, giving the place a cultural gravity that could never have been designed by committee. It remains one of those places that instantly takes me back to my bachelor years and an especially fun chapter of my time in the city, when Bushwick felt endlessly creative, and Roberta's seemed to sit comfortably at its center. This is the first restaurant we've been to with 20% auto gratuity for a party under 6. But the borderline dishonest part is that the check that you sign tells you in tiny letters that tip was already added, but has huge font for additional tip and written out tip calculations, so it is very easy to tip 40% without noticing. Sometimes I do tip extra generously, but I don't want to feel like I was tricked into doing it! Looking thru reviews here, I see other people also experienced this, including people in small parties who were locked into the 20% when it should have definitely been 18%. :/ So close to a good experience, but ruined by tricksy billing.
