I really wanted to love this salon, but after my second visit, I can confidently say I will never…read morereturn. I booked a Gel extension manicure and a regular gel pedicure. The pedicure went fine, but the manicure was a nightmare. The nail tech did not apply any oil before cuticle care and aggressively pushed and cut my cuticles while dry--to the point where I was bleeding. I told her it hurt, but she continued. Then, when it was time for polish, I confirmed again that I was getting a Gel extension manicure. Instead of applying extensions, she painted my nails with gel. When I asked what was going on, I was then told they didn't offer Gel extensions and that I would have to remove what they had just applied and switch to Dip extensions instead. Had they told me this upfront, I would have chosen differently, but at that point, I just wanted to salvage the experience. Unfortunately, the rest of the Dip manicure was just as rough and painful as the cuticle care. What was supposed to be a relaxing self-care day with my mom turned into such a stressful experience that I started crying in the salon. To make matters worse, when I went to pay, they tried to charge me $103--despite the fact that my hands were visibly cut and I was pressured into a service I never asked for. When I complained, they told me I "should have spoken up earlier" and only gave me a 10% discount. What makes this experience even worse is the complete lack of accountability from the salon. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes--like failing to inform me about the lack of Gel extensions, causing visible injuries to my cuticles, and pressuring me into a different service--they blamed me for not speaking up sooner. But how could I have known they didn't offer the service I booked until they were already halfway through my manicure? A good salon should prioritize customer comfort, transparency, and proper technique--none of which I experienced here. I left feeling physically hurt, emotionally drained, and completely disrespected as a paying customer. If you're looking for a relaxing and professional nail experience, this is not the place. Save yourself the stress (and the cuts) and go somewhere that actually cares about its clients.

Cousin brought me to get a mani/pedi and I hadn't looked the place up until I arrived. Realized…read morethey didn't offer structured gel but did have a Japanese gel mani option, tried it for the first time and could not be happier with the results. (Similar to Korean style gel if you're familiar with it). I have my own local gal I have back home but if this place was in SoCal... I t'd give so many places a run for their money!! Owner (or host?) was so professional, kind and wonderful and sets the tone. The inside of the salon is not only beautiful and clean but a bonus with its high ceilings. And most importantly, a great selection of quality color and service available. We did a walk in on a Wednesday afternoon with no appointment and the three of us were able to get sat immediately after choosing our colors. I'm in my short nail era and my gal definitely delivered. My mani feels just as, if not stronger and just as thin as I get done back at home + the color work on my pedi is definitely one of the best I've received! So bummed I can't call this place my own local spot and wishing we had our own TopCoat back in SoCal. :' ) Manicurist was Nancy Pedi done by Jenny Both 10/10.

At this point, I think it's safe to call The Bellagio our family nail salon. Yes, the whole family!…read moreOne of the biggest reasons I continue coming here is that they have multiple quality nail techs. I love having a favorite tech just like anyone else, but sometimes you need an appointment when you need an appointment! Whether I book with someone specifically or come in without requesting a particular person, I can pretty confidently expect my nails to be up to my standards when I leave. They also have the cutest smaller pedicure chairs for little ones, which is a huge plus for us because my toddler LOVES accompanying me. It makes our nail days something she can actually participate in instead of just sitting around waiting on me. They have tons of colors to choose from, the pricing has always felt reasonable, and I've been happy with the quality of the work. Plus the complimentary beverage. My one little complaint and something I find myself having to repeat is PLEASE let me keep my real nails! My natural nails generally grow pretty long and strong on their own, so I'm not looking to cut them down or replace what I already worked hard to grow. I mainly want my polish, shaping and maintenance. Sometimes I have to reiterate that part more than I'd like. Other than that, this continues to be a salon I'm comfortable recommending. Good prices, plenty of color choices, several talented techs, and even the smallest member of the family can get in on nail day.

It was a little chaotic as there is no signage instructing where or how to sign in and some guests were standing around chatting with people getting serviced. I happened to ask a male nail tech working at the first station and he directed me to the counter where you pay. WRONG you check in at either front kiosk using your phone number. Lily was the tech assigned to me. I advised her that we were first timers. She welcomed me with a warm smile and a thank you. She took her time to give me the best experience she could offer. She ended my visit with another smile and "I hope to see you next time". I am happy with my pedi so I will request Lilly for my next appt. I recommend this salon.

I got a pedicure and manicure during my lunch break at work which usually takes an hour and 15 maybe. I had an hour and a half to burn before I had somewhere I needed to be. My pedicure came out great. I wish I remembered her name. But the name I do remember is Kim. I showed her a picture of a short clean nail as a reference of what I wanted for my mani length and shape. She gave me long, obtuse, thick, lumpy nails that a child could've done. I mean I'm telling you it is the worst nails I have ever had in my life or seen in my life. I don't like to complain so I just kept telling her that I wanted them shorter and referring to the photo. After four times of showing her the length and her still not getting them to the shortness I wanted/needed. I just said fine because I was already at the two hour mark on my nails. I checked out and explained to the register that I really did not like my hands but I had no time to fix them and I live far away so they gave me a small discount... I drove away and as soon as the sunlight hit my nails in the car I knew I had to stop what I was doing turn around and go back. I explained that these nails were not worth the $180 for manicure and pedicure that I had paid and they simply needed to be taken off or redone by someone else. Jennifer ended up taking care of my nails and did a great job, but wow if you get Kim run! While I was getting my nails fixed there was another lady getting her nails done by Kim and she had the same complaint about shape and length and I already knew what was going to happen. Moral of the story, I spent about three hours getting my nails done today and I will never cheat on Milano nail Spa in the Heights ever again.
