I have a really wide nail bed, so I have to get longer length and she talked me through that and assured I was very happy with what I got. It's a very family oriented establishment and they care about their customers as individuals rather than only being interested in the money that they make. Will definitely be coming back! A simple acknowledgment like "Hi, I'll be with you shortly" goes a long way. The service industry exists because of customers, so acting inconvenienced by someone walking in is not a good look. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this one was not welcoming. I ended up taking my money to another shop nearby, and honestly I am glad I did.
