I don't know what is going on with this location I placed an order at 5 pm on 12/20/25 and I didn't get my order until 6:30 pm. I called after 45 min to ask about my order and they said that they have an Uber driver scheduled to make my delivery. WTF I thought JJ's delivered "freaky fast" (I get dominos in 30 min and they have to cook it) The uber driver called me and not only did he barely speak English but he was at the wrong location! imagine trying to direct someone when you can barely communicate with them! On top of that when I finally got my order my sandwich didn't have any hot peppers. This place sucks! Hire more people so you don't have to outsource to over priced third party delivery services! read more

Ordered this from door dash as I have before, but I usually go in because anytime I order DoorDash. She gets messed up but tonight I didn't feel like driving. Something was terribly off with the entire sandwich. I can't even begin to tell you what I had to throw the entire thing away. read more

I mean i feel like you can't go wrong with Jimmy Johns for lunch! Man am I happy to have one close by! I always order the Pepe and get a bag of bbq chips. Service was great and was lucky to be the only one there to place an order and once I was done there were a ton of people coming in. I walked in for a sandwich to go on Saturday 8/19/23 and it took around a half hour to get my sandwich. They appeared to be understaffed and very backed up. There was a woman mainly making sandwiches, a man answering the phone and ringing customers up and a manager not appearing to do much of anything and periodically disappearing (maybe he was making deliveries?) He should have been helping make sandwiches. All these customers were waiting, including me. No apology from the staff. It was unacceptable service. I was so hungry I added a bag of chips to keep from passing out. Ridiculous. read more

I made the right choice stopping here. From the moment I walked into here the staff were really nice and cool to talk too. And to top it off the $6 tuna meal really hit the spot. It really was healthy, and plus it is my favorite restaurant in the whole neighborhood. Even better than the other sub places. I've been ordering here almost once a week for over a year from my office in the area. It is not my favorite sandwich place, I like bolder tastes. I wish they had cheddar cheese. But every sandwich I've ordered has been solid, and I've ordered nearly everything on the menu. The only sandwich I avoid is their tune. I'm pretty picky with tuna-salad. When done right, it is one of my favorite things. I find Jimmy John's tuna to be bland and watery. This sounds negative for a four-star review. The reason I am such a fan is that they have good subs, great pickles, and excellent delivery service. I order online using the Jimmy John website and I've always gotten my food in around 20 minutes. Also, they have never screwed up an order, which astounds me given how frequently I order from here and my experiences with nearly every other fast food place. The only thing that I can think of them ever forgetting is napkins and I have to wonder if I forgot to click the "include napkins" box on the online order form. They are so solid in their service that when something is missing I question myself. And I really do love their pickles. read more

This location seems to be freaky understaffed, resulting in freaky slow delivery that makes me want to freaky stab myself in the eye when I'm at work and I'm hangry and waiting an hour for a sandwich. That said, I still love me some Jimmy Johns... I just would recommend going to order in the store and not bothering with delivery. Or maybe order delivery an hour before you would like to eat lunch. read more

Stopped here for a quick dinner on the way to coach. The staff was super sweet and working his butt off but at 5:30 on a Saturday evening (dinner time) he was the ONLY person working. This poor guy was working the register, the phone (which rang 2-3 times), AND had to make all the sandwiches. In the time I was there, there were about 7 other customers plus the phone calls. How does Jimmy Johns expect their employees to be "freaky fast" if they're working three jobs at once? Unfair to that employee. If you have one person driving/delivering you need more than one other person holding down the fort. read more

I love coming here for lunch when I'm too lazy to pack a lunch before work in the morning. I was a sandwich artist for four years in college at Subway so I pretty much enjoy any sub shop that isn't a Subway. However, JJ's really does have great sandwiches. Very meaty, very tasty. The bread is great too. I wish they served soup with their sandwiches but I suppose that might jeapordize their freaky fast service. Freaky fast service it is indeed. Most days I'm not even done completing my transaction at the register and they are handing me my sammich. You really need to be quick on their toes though cause it seems that every time I go in there, there are 18 JJ's employees greeting me and prodding for my order. My entire basketball team went to this Jimmy Johns before our game. There was one worker that was working, Henry. He was extremely quick in taking our orders and in making our sandwiches. They were all correct and he was very kind. 10/10 recommend this location. read more

Back in my college days, this was my favorite place to get my veggie sandwich fix. Delicious bread, provolone, cucumbers, tomaotes and lettuce. Hold the sprouts (they taste like dirt) and easy on the mayo (I love mayo, but even I have a limit). Even though I'm no longer a vegetarian, I still have yet to find a better veggie sandwich. The Fiance had "The Hunter" (about two pounds of the yummiest roast beef I've ever had on bread) delivered to work the other day and I think the days of my veggie sandwich might be over. read more

I love this Jimmy Johns. It goes beyond what you expect out of Jimmy Johns . . . You expect them to be fast - right? This place is ridiculously fast. You can go in at lunch time and get in and out in less than 5 minutes (way less than sitting in McDonalds Drive Thru!). You expect good quality food - right? The bread is always super fresh here, some of the freshest I've had from Jimmy Johns. The meats and veggies are always fresh and good quality. One thing I especially love about this Jimmy Johns is that hey are super friendly and nice here - some of the best employees I've ever dealt with in a fast-food style resturant. They always greet you and are super pleasant and even joke with you. It's great. Plus, this place is always clean. Love it. read more

Eh, 3 starts for an OK sandwich shop. Great bread. But really limited in terms of what you can get on your sandwich. I think it's overrated. I'd rather eat elsewhere. Have to at least give it 3 stars for not tasting like butt. read more

What a failure! Sandwiches are good, but I ordered 20 sandwiches from them for delivery to a corporate event I was holding just up the street and gave them individual order forms with each attendees name on it and when we got the sandwiches not one had the correct names on the sandwich and all attendees had to switch or eat the wrong one. Stuck at work, needed to order food...I have never heard of a restaurant that delivers, charging a delivery fee per item when you order... That just happened with Jimmy John's...they charged a $1 delivery fee for 1st sandwich, a $1 for the second sandwich, & .49 for a big chips...It's usually a flat delivery fee...Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again...So that means if you order 10 sandwiches, it's a $10 delivery fee...20 sandwiches $20 delivery fee...and that doesn't include the tip...smh...ripoff read more

I don't know why I never learn my lesson with this particular store. Delivery service is always slow. I usually wait 30-45 minutes and sometimes longer for a "freaky fast" sandwich (insert eye roll). Half the time my order is not even correct when I get it and I end up having to call and tell them. The response is usually along the lines of "oops we must have dropped the wrong one off." I understand that things happen but this happens more than it should from this particular store. I never look for anything free on these screw ups just want the manager to know what is going on. I never once have been offered a free sandwich for the mix ups. They also have never offered to bring the correct sandwich when they screw up. They are usually too busy to back. Really should order from the New Brighton store going foreword. read more
