Realistically this should've been resolved by refunding my payment and speaking with a manager, which neither happened. It's funny given the company "chick fil a" which prides themselves on good customer service and making it a "pleasant" experience to have this disregard for resolving a customer complaint. I stated my order code and then proceeded to the pickup window. Service was extremely quick. The woman handed me my drink and bag.
