Restaurant was not clean. Tables were all dirty even for the ones we were to be sat at. We asked for it to be cleaned, server came over and wiped table and seats down with a soaking wet towel and didn't dry it. She expected us to sit on completely wet seats. I asked for her to dry it off and she did. There was only one other table in there and service was still lacking. Food was fine. My medium burger was cooked WELL DONE but the fries were crispy as I requested. We were charged an additional $1.50 for Mayo on my burger. Without warning. What the heck kind of nonsense is that? $1.50 for mayo for a sandwich. Without saying something is especially ridiculous. I grew up in this neighborhood and was visiting on a trip from out of state. It was a pretty disappointing experience.

Although I've been to Tailgate numerous times I never stopped in Patty Wagon until last night. Attempted to go next door with my boys and there was a meat raffle/ too noisy for the kids liking. They opted for Patty Wagon instead and I don't regret it. Service was great, the double porky burger was surprisingly good, and the boys enjoyed their food. All in all good experience!

Everything was excellent from the food to the customer service. The pricing is appropriate and you get a lot for your money. Mindy made the experience pleasant and gave us a few suggestions from the menu that she enjoys. The grilled buffalo sandwich was a decent size and I appreciated how much sauce was on it. The patty melt was crunchy and not overdone. The mozzarella sticks hit and reminded us of Arby's. They offer trivia, bingo and karaoke on weeknights. i will definitely be back.

Stopped in Saturday, 12/21/24 for a later lunch and received a warm greeting from Mindy. She appeared to be the only one working and was a bit busy when we walked in, but did not hesitate to acknowledge us and let us know she'll be with us. I have to say that goes a long way in my book and talk about excellent customer service skills. When she was ready, she sat us at our table of choice and gave us a few of her favorites on the menu. We went with the mozzarella sticks for our appetizer which were very good. I loved how light and thick cheese they were. For our meals, we ordered the grilled buffalo chicken sandwich and the patty melt with extra onion and extra pickle, and cheddar cheese. The entire meal was good. It's enough food to have leftovers for another time. I love how bright and colorful the restaurant is. It's fun themed inside. I was too full to try it, but they offer some fun milkshakes. Some of them look huge and scrumptious. They also offer trivia and bingo some night of the week. Mindy is an excellent waitress and made for a wonderful first experience. I'll be back for the jalapeño poppers!

We went to the Patty Wagon because it was near an event we were going to. It turned out to be a location we've been before -- but, back then, it was a Mexican Restaurant. Now, it's a bar/hamburger joint. The prices are excellent and the food was good. My wife had a plain hamburger and I had their V8 hamburger. The V8 includes swiss cheese, tomato, lettuce, onion, and thousand island dressing. As requested, the hamburger was rare and the thousand island dressing was served on the side. The hamburger was a bit drippy and required two napkins, but that was to be expected with all of the toppings. It came with skin-on fries which were excellent and had a good taste. The burger is normally $8.95, but since it was Thursday, all burgers were $8.00 -- an even better deal. The service was friendly and I received a pop refill without even asking for it, which is always appreciated. Although this is far from "fine dining" it certainly is a good value place for bar food if you are in the area.

Stopped in as it came up on our way home. I'm glad we did. It was so good and the prices are amazing. I can't believe it wasn't busier, but there is a sports bar next door and not a lot of parking, so I imagine that is part of the issue. But if you get a chance, do stop in. The place is worth it. I know if we are in the neighborhood, we will stop in.

Service was slow. Waited 15mins to place a to-go order. Waited another 35 mins for a burger, tots and curds. Curds were bland and flavorless. When asked if the tots were soggy or crispy, the employee said the tots were soggy so I ordered them crispy. They taste burnt. The stuffed burger I ordered was supposed to have bacon on it on it and had nothing. Food was just warm- not hot! They had the opportunity to fix the situation and 5 employees who knew I had been waiting did nothing. $35 for crap food. Do not recommend! ****EDIT After I started eating my food, I realized they gave me the wrong burger! I ordered the cheddar bacon burger and they gave me a burger with blue cheese in it. After all that time, they didn't even serve me the right main entree! I call the restaurant and spoke with manager Travis. I demanded a full refund. He stated that he will refund my whole meal and wanted to send me an additional gift card for what happened. I provided my address. We will wait and see if anything shows up.

    Receipt for subpar breakfast

We went for breakfast on memorial day. Ref flag should have been that only 2 tables had customers. The service was ok. The girl was competent but seeing how slow it was she was off doing prep most of the time. The real meat of the issue was the actual food. It was TERRIBLE. The waffle was clearly made of bisquick instant mix, and the chicken tenders were hard, clearly came out of a box as well. The omelet my partner got had frozen gyro meat, raw spinach, and canned mushrooms in it. The iced coffee was also extremely bitter. I had high hopes but will never spend money on a place that can't even make their chicken tenders fresh. Don't bother unless you're wanting a cheap burger or gross coffee.

Big wings!! Stopped by for lunch on a Saturday. Restaurant was completely empty, which was nice. We received great service! Sports bar so they had TVs playing. The atmosphere was nice overall. From reading other peoples reviews and looking at the menu they are known for their burgers. I don't eat beef so I'm always hopeful that sport bars have good chicken wings. I ordered buffalo wings and fries. The wings were big, I didn't really care for them though. If I'm completely honest, they needed seasoning. Cooking unseasoned meat and throwing sauce on it does nothing. Chicken with no seasoning has no flavor. Throwing buffalo sauce on unseasoned cooked meat doesn't give it flavor. The fries were good (it's hard to mess up potatoes). Prices were reasonable here! They offered a lot on their menu which is nice. The waiter was nice.

Being 5 minutes from our destination we decided to give it a try And boy are we glad we did! The sammiches weee absolutely outstanding. They come with a smorgasbord of toppings, so you need to peruse the list to determine if there is anything you DON'T want. We had three turkey sammiches and one ham, and everyone chose to modify their toppings slightly (note/ if you desire tomatoes, those need to be added as they oddly aren't on included in the smorgasbord ‍) I opted for everything - perhaps a bit anxious about how well all the flavours would mesh (mayo, mustard, horseradish, oil and vinegar along with various toppings). But you know something / it worked really really well. We also chose the potato salad as a side and it was also quite tasty. Lighter, northerly mayo's. While the sammiches weee being constructed we perused the offering in the attached grocery. Everything oooed fantastic and if we lived Locally, I would certainly be a regular - with an eye to trying many of their offerings beyond the sandwich counter.

On one side is a meat market with a variety of cuts of steaks, lamb, and other meats, which all looked fresh and quite nice. They also have a variety of items such as canned goods, pasta, eggs, etc. on the shelves opposite the meat counter. The entire place is quite sunny, pleasant, and cozy. On the other side is the eat-in, take-out deli sandwiches, that are made to order. The quality of the ingredients is excellent. The bread is freshly made (crispy baguette type) and you have a choice of Roast Beef, Roast Turkey, Tuna Salad, Smoked Ham, or Corned Beef. All sandwiches are $16.50 each (including tax) and come with a choice of mayonnaise, spicy stone ground mustard, red leaf lettuce, thin sliced red onion, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, raw grated horseradish, pickled jalapeno, and roasted bell pepper. The default includes all toppings so if you don't want everything, be sure to specify what you do NOT want. Surprisingly, they do not carry any diet soda, nor do they stock any national brands (only local pop). There is a large menu on the wall, and you order at the counter and pick up the order (no table service). The food was attractively presented, and very, very good. My only gripe (besides the lack of diet pop) is that it's on the expensive side for lunch. Two sandwiches, a couple of bags of chips, and a couple of cans of pop will easily top $40, although I'd say the quality is top-notch.

The batter was not too oily either. The fries were battered and very crispy with a soft fluffy interior, and the pickles were acidic and refreshing in between each bite.
