If you're used to Bay Street, you're gonna be sorrily mistaken coming here--please take the extra 15 min and just go to Bay at 731 Randolph in St. Paul. This mall one has like country music, 30 ft ceilings, it's echo-y, and just a very sterile suburban vibe. It's not worth it. Bay has way more vibe and atmosphere. At this Roseville one they need to put in like a suspended acoustical ceiling to make it more cozy and bar-like ditch the country music, I mean c'mon, you're not in Coon Rapids trying to be a place for bros and maga people. read more

The jalapeño cheese curds were good but I didn't taste any jalapeño flavor with in the cheese curd itself. They were moreso just sprinkled with jalapeño slices. The wings were a dry rub variety and very salty. They were served very hot. The chicken burger is where I deduct stars. The flavor (or lack there of) profile didn't sit well with me. Would have been better if they offered a set up for those who want lettuce, tomatoes, and actual onions. The chicken sandwich was big although very bland but did actually have a tomato and lettuce. The jalapeño curds were not spicy unless you ate it with an actual jalapeño which was disappointing and it came with no sauce. Visited Potluck on a Saturday around 1:30 in the afternoon and decided to try some of the State "Fare" foods, including these Burger Curds from Burger Dive. This review is a reflection of their burger curds and not their regular menu. Wow. I didn't know what to expect with these "curds"- are they cheese? Burger bits? They looked cool either way. We grabbed two orders and they combined the order into one container which was nice. These Burger Curds are cheese curds covered in seasoning, burger pieces and pickles. They were awesome! The seasoning on these were fantastic, they tasted like a well seasoned patty. The pickles were a great touch as well. I wish these would've come with ketchup but otherwise tasted great. I have to say they have very nice diverse menu, seafood, wings, appetizers and a big selection of what I would call gourmet burgers.The young man that took my order was prompt, polite and personable. He offered some good recommendations and I was not disappointed. I tried the Onion burger and highly recommend! My food came out fast, fresh and hot ! I've been to the one of off Randolph and I really enjoyed their House Burger. Now you might think I'm crazy because I didn't order a burger here. I ordered the lobster roll and I can tell you, I was not disappointed. I ordered the lobster roll to-go so they did not put it all together for me. In my takeout box was a beautiful toasted and buttered top split bun, a pickle spear, wedge of lemon, a small bag of original kettle chips and the lobster in its own container. In my opinion, they give a healthy amount of lobster. Inside, I found chunks of lobster tail and whole claws. The sauce that cover the lobster was not overwhelmingly creamy or thick. There were small pieces of diced cucumbers that added a nice crunch to contrast the soft lobster. Once you squeeze the lemon over your lobster meat and put in on the delicious bun, you're all set! The only thing I wished was different was that the lobster was chilled and a bit cold. I'm assuming that since I ordered it to-go they didn't heat up the lobster. If the lobster was heated up a little bit, then it would have been perfect. Don't be shy to order a lobster roll instead of a burger. I'd certainly do it again! read more

BURGER WAS TRASH! Went here and wanted a quick bite after playing DDR in the arcade and thought a burger would do fine but for two burgers and 2 sodas I paid over 32$! Like wth? So I paid six dollars for Soto and I couldn't even get the soda right away because I had to wait for them to install the update on the soda machine before I can even get my soda apparently the Internet got disconnected from the machine and they had to reinstall the update what the hell? I wish I was lying but no they open the machine put in a cartridge of a soda and I saw the lady go through install the update and then once the update was there had to download the update it's just I should've just gotten water. When I brought it home I noticed that the fries had been omitted. Too late and too inconvenient to go back. So I called them early in the week to say how EXCELLENT the burger had been, and that they had left out the fries. They called back within a couple of hours and offered to provide another Onion Burger with fries free of charge. )That freebie was my second visit.) This might seem like the least they could do but they were very polite about it. Customer service during both visits was really good, and the food was excellent.
