Bar service was fantastic food was mediocre and not as described in menu. We ordered the bull bites which were cooked well cooked and very tough; not what I expect for tenderloin. Dessert we ordered the brownie cookie and it was only brownie absolutely no cookie in it. When I asked about it, they said yea just brownie there might be cookie mixed in. Other locations it is a distinct difference
BIRTHDAY LUNCH! We sat at the bar as usual. Our bartenders were just wonderful. All the staff is regularly pleasant. The ambiance was chill, and is was bustling. The Fish & Chips were disappointing as there was barely any fish. Last time there was much more fish. Ordering a turkey burger is hit or miss everywhere. Difficult to find a juicy one. Unfortunately, it was a tad dry, but mayo helped. Nice Place
Tried this location for Saturday morning/noon bingo recently. I didn't realize each Lucky's location handles their bingo a little differently - was surprised that it cost $24 to play which was a bit pricey. My friends and I are used to buying 2 sets of cards to play but at this rate, we couldn't justify it. The payouts were different (lower) and the final blackout game card had a different approach. Bingo aside, I enjoyed the food and ambiance. The Cajun breakfast hash is substantial and delicious. Plump, large, juicy shrimp with chopped sausage and chicken. My only criticism is the bad tasting chicken - maybe this was an off day but the chicken that came with this dish tasted old and rubbery. Everything else about the breakfast hash was on point in terms of flavor. Easily makes 2 meals!
Lucky's is great and I always question why I don't come here more often. They have great bang bang shrimp, FYI. This time I tried the buffalo chicken sandwich after it was recommended by our server, Justin. He was right. It was coated enough in buffalo sauce - some places really slack on the sauce. They top the sandwich with diced celery and cold lettuce. Pair that with the warm buffalo sandwich, and it just hits - it hits hard. Fries were hot and made for a great experience.
Every time I come here I have a blast! Food is great free popcorn and huge portions! Let's also talk about good Pulltabs!
I tend not to review chain restaurants but with football season back in flight, here we go lol... I haven't been in a luckys in years and the one in Roseville (been twice) has the best service hands down. I wish I could recall our servers name, she was amazing. Came in for Thursday night football kickoff, I'll say, they prob have an opportunity to replace some TVs, I think half of them were dark and shadowy (backlight issue). From a snack standpoint, their popcorn was on point. Perfect saltiness and solid flavor. For actual food, ordered the Smoked Turkey and Gouda Sandwich with bacon, guacamole, tomato, chipotle aioli and ciabatta bun which was pretty solid. The happy hour special of domestic beers for 14 ounce - $3 and 22 ounce - $5 is hard to beat around town.

Chain divey spot is one of my least favorite combos. I have to admit the pizza rolls were kinda tasty in a very chain specialty frenkenfood sort of way. Fries were a bit soggy right away and I can tell the beer lines don't get cleaned very often right off the bat. At least it isn't bright and it's fairly comfortable and the server was pleasant and had recommendations.

There is a complimentary popcorn machine while you wait, at your table, bar, etc., a window of where the food is prepared where you can see all the grilling and cooking live in action plus pull tabs which add to the fun atmosphere. The service is phenomenal and there are plenty of spots to enjoy your meal at. My favorite dishes are the Hawaiian and Monte Cristo sandwich paired with a flavored lemonade. Don't let the kettle chips slip you by as it's so easy to order tater tots or fries but the chips are seasoned so well - yum! The half-order of nachos is the size of two football fields so be prepared and the fried pickles are delicious paired with ranch. On this visit, I won $100 in pull tabs. Talk about a great experience overall. Enjoy!!
OMG!! Avocado Benedict and jalapeño Bloody Marys are to die for. I love that we were able to have brunch and breakfast. Desert as delish. The atmosphere was BINGO!! It quickly filled up. We played bingo while having delicious food. Best girls early day out!!! Our waitress was amazing and the food was great ambiance was everything! We will definitely be repeating this girls day out with lucky 13 pub!!
We were in the area for some holiday shopping and decided to grab lunch here. It's a really attractive space--the attention to detail on the decor was impressive. Service was friendly, and we loved the popcorn that came out to the table while we looked over the menu. As other reviews have said, this is mostly pub fare--there are lots of options from the fryer, along with soups, salads, and burgers/sandwiches. The vegetarian options were somewhat limited, but I went with the black bean burger and enjoyed its heat level. The lettuce and tomatoes on top were ultra-fresh, and they were super generous with the guacamole. The coleslaw is A+. Expect generous portions, straightforward food, and a space that is conducive to conversation--it's not too loud, even when there are a lot of guests.

Went on a Tuesday afternoon for brunch and it was a weird vibe. The hostess gave us the wrong menu and our server caught it. The food included Fish and Chips + Ginger Beef. The fish and chips were unfortunately a let down due to the wet, soggy breading. Fries were basic. Overall it was a place that was an interesting vibe for sure. read more
You had me at free popcorn. I was in the area and looking for somewhere to have lunch that I had never been before. Water popcorn in a large bowl fresh and delicious. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the huge portions. Typically, when a restaurant offers a soup and salad or soup and half sandwich combo, they deliver a small cup of soup and a modest sandwich. Not Lucky's 13. I ordered chili and club sandwich combo. What arrived at the table was a large bowl of chili topped with Fritos and melted cheese, along with a gigantic (at least 5" high) half sandwich jam-packed with meats and lettuce. Our friend's burger was almost as large as my half-sandwich and came with a large portion of fries. Our other party enjoyed a bowl of turkey and wild rice soup was rich and flavorful. Lucky's 13 is worth navigating the road construction underway on Fairview Ave. and the strip mall parking lot across from Rosedale. read more
The food was good. I did have to ask for extra syrup for my cinnamon roll French toast because it was a bit dry. However, otherwise everything else was great. The floor was covered with popcorn which was a bit gross to have to walk through. read more

Luckys 13 is known for their burgers so that's usually what I order! I ordered the hickory burger and got it medium well! That's what majority of my group ordered except one ordered the French Onion and he said it was too salty. Luckys 13 is not my go to recommendation since every time I've went it's not really stuck out with the food quality. Plus they do not take reservations for earlier than the day you're going and for less than 4 but you can call ahead for same day reservation for groups of 6 or more and let them ahead of time! Overall might check out other burger places in the twin cities! read more

We stopped by here before attending the Love From MN store Yelp event and it was a great atmosphere for hanging out with some friends or going out with family. The bartenders were super quick and friendly. Their appetizers are good, but that is all I have tried the two times I made it here. The parking lot is huge and is in a strip mall area. Lots of traffic, so you may have to drive for a little bit before finding a spot during busy times. read more

I continue to visit this place. I love coming for bingo and lunch. They also have a breakfast menu but I mentioned I was only interested in lunch. Alyssa was my waitress and she was a great server! She checked on us at appropriate times, she got everything we asked for in timely manor, and overall just attentive to us. We got seated right away. The food came fast. I loved the many choice options and it seems there are new added items. The prices do seem a bit high, but the food has never disappointed me. read more

Stopped by as we were hungry and wanted to try something new. Got in at 5:30 and was seated right away as it was pretty empty. We got our waters right away and placed a beer. Waited for 30 minutes before our waiter came back to take our order and give us our beer. Missed happy hour unfortunately. Waiter came by to take our order without writing it down. A few minutes later he swings back to ask my partner what sandwhich he had wanted again. We gave our order again of onion soup and BLT and the cheeseburger with bacon and a side of onion rings. 20 minutes goes by and our food is finally out. I was a bit surprised because I must not have read that my burger doesn't come in a bun but rather sliced bread. Portion sizes were pretty big. Except my order of onion rings were incorrect and placed with kettle fries. Flagged the hostess down who then got us the right side after another 5 minutes. Finally take a bite of the burger and there was no flavor. My onion rings were also bland. For the first time, I debated if I wanted to take my leftovers home or not. The popcorn that was complimentary had more seasoning than our food. I will definitely not be going back. Poor service and food. read more
Lunch with a friend on a Saturday afternoon brought us here. It was quiet so service was speedy. No wait for seating, waitress greeted us with a bowl of complimentary lightly salted white popcorn (cold, not freshly popped). So good! Makes you thirsty. Friend ordered the Korean Chicken with sweet potato fries. She gave me a bit to try. Perfect amount of sweet heat. That would be good on wings. I ordered the Avacado Ranch Chicken sandwich but on a wrap instead. Came with house French fries and a side of Garlic Parmesan dipping sauce. The wrap was pretty bland. I didn't really taste any ranch even though there was a sauce on the chicken. The Garlic Parm sauce was good but got overwhelming half way through. I could tell a tummy ache was coming of I continued. They're version of French fries were different. Very crispy with skins on, sliced very thin like a chip but still had fluffy potato. The edges curled around in the frier. And the best part were the pickles. Crunchy dill! A love a good crunchy pickle vs a soggy one. I'd come back just for those. read more
I've been here a couple of times and honestly I'm starting to like it more and more although it's just a classic American bar- it's pretty spacious. The menu is pretty big, the prices are fair (although a bit more than like an Applebee's) and the staff are pretty friendly! Everyone gets complementary popcorn and they have specials depending on the day- besides Fridays. This time I had the buffalo wings and veggie burger with avocado and fries. The burger was pretty much flavorless but the structure was good and didn't fall apart quickly like most veggie burgers I've had before. I would get the burger again but maybe with pepper jack cheese or a spicy mayo to add flavor. The fries were hands down the best thing I had- delicious classic old fashion style with lots of ketchup for me! Although the other parking lot is big, it is shared with other businesses nearby and could get full during busy hours- especially weekends! read more
Man I just had the best burger here and those steak fries whoa I didn't know places still served fries that style. Stopped in after the haunted basement which was crazy! I was ready for a cold beer after that mayhem in the basement lol Bartenders were super cool and there were plenty of variety on the beer taps. Popcorn at the bar was a nice surprise and it was fresh and of course addicting. Ordered the regular burger with cheese cooked medium. Came out perfect one of the few times I've ordered a burger medium and it actually comes out cooked medium. They claim on the menu their burgers are all hand patted angus beef and yea when you bite into one of these burgers you know it didn't come from a frozen bag full of hockey pucks. Give this place a try it's clean, friendly employees and TVs everywhere. read more
