Food is so delicious and the service was lovely! I have only gone for breakfast, and look forward to experiencing lunch or dinner!

Parking: super easy. Service: Lauren was so cute and such a sweetheart. The kind of waitress that makes the whole experience better just by existing. Atmosphere: upscale yet everyone is down to earth. Food: Everything arrived piping hot. The chicken had a crunchy exterior with pops of juicy, flavor-packed bites that kept earning an audible "mmhmm." Fabulous value too! Two burgers, fries, and a drink for $33 before tip. My wallet and stomach were both very happy. Safe to say... we'll be returning! Thank you Oliver's!! read more

Blueberry lavender cosmo $14. Good but next time I would ask if they could cut down on the sweetness. Classic old fashioned $15. Good Empanadas $18. You get 2 7 inch well packed treats. Great as always but maybe a little over fried. 2 wild boar ragu $21 each. Very tasty and a good amount to take home. Pasta was perfect. Banana split dacquoise $10. Nice size to share. 8 x 2 x 2. Nice cream filling but could have more banana flavor to match the name. Service by Anna P was very good. read more

I wish I would have taken pictures. I went for Father's Day. I was kinda bummed because I've been wanting to check this place out for a while & didn't realize it was a limited menu for Father's Day. I had the breakfast tacos. The brisket was ok. The meal came with an abundance of things we didn't want. Like a giant caramel roll was the first thing they brought to the table. We didn't want that. Then there was a massive side of bacon, sausage & au gratin potatoes. Those sides did not go well with either of the entrees e selected. Kind of a waste to be honest. It wasn't very busy but service was slow. Idk if I will be back after this. The regular menu would have been better. read more

I was ripped off by this place. first of all, they added the 3% credit card charge to my bill when they presented me with the Bill I hadn't even said I was paying with the credit card and I plan to pay cash.. so then the waitress said she would remove the credit card charge and then she didn't remove the charge and when she brought my change after I had asked her to split a ten for me she didn't return all of my bills, taking it upon herself to keep some of it, I guess assuming I would've left it for her and and I left her a tip and then realized returned all my change. I felt very ripped off. pay attention.... The chicken bowl was medio at best. read more

Real nice restaurant, very modern and trendy. Plenty of unique seating options, and they serve breakfast, lunch & dinner. The service was good, polite and knowledgeable. Decent sized menu, and they have beer of tap and a good wine & drink menu. Our sandwiches were both delicious, we both thought the sweet potato fries were better than their regular fries, but even those were tasty. We will definitely be back here again sometime soon! read more

We visited for my nieces 21st birthday and it was an underwhelming experience. I included the details about the birthday on our reservation but nothing was mentioned by the host or the server. The space is really beautiful, open and airy with many unique seating vignettes around the restaurant. Our server was nice but had little attention to detail. No knowledge of specials, kept asking if we wanted more water (I guess we're used to just having glasses refilled if empty). Nothing for the birthday girl. :( Not a huge deal but a little something would have been nice. The menu is really nice and offers a great variety but the food was just fine; nothing exceptional. Corn dip was probably the fave at the table. The restrooms are in need of a cleaning!! Not sure we'll be back. read more

Loved this eclectic restaurant which was recommended to me to try. The ambience, seating, decor and menu are next level. It's mostly an "American-esque" menu with a twist or little extra flair. They have a handful of locations across the metro area. We sat (party of 5) in this beautiful half booth and then two chairs on the outside. The drinks were delish and they had such a great variety of liquor options. I ordered a tuna poke bowl which I found out later is one of their most popular items on the menu. It was great and fresh but I could've used some more siracha aioli sauce cause that was delish! Cannot wait to come back and try some new options. Also as a side note - kid menu is in the drinks menu and the WiFi password is: morningnoonandnight read more

Absolutely love this place and have been here many times. Really the only nicer restaurant in the surrounding suburbs and so we greatly appreciate that it's open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I've had many items on the menu and loved them all. The pizzas are the best thing on the menu imo but today I got the sandwich special which was a shrimp po boy and it didn't disappoint. My dining mates loved the pork belly tacos (spicy!) and the ranch house chicken. Mocktails were all dynamite. Among the better ones I've had and the prices are not unreal as they are at some places. Service is always fantastic and we love the interior space. We now live super close and will be coming here all the time! read more

We enjoyed a quiet and cozy table with a large group after graduation. We had excellent service and enjoyed a delicious dinner! We loved the loaded tots, the brussel sprouts and the corn dip as appetizers! For dinner, I had the chicken bowl, but others in our party enjoyed the burgers, chicken salad, steak frites and the pot roast! read more

Our friends brought us here for dinner while we were in the area! Perfect spot to hang out and grab a bite! Located in an apartment complex, there is a shared lot with parking available adjacent to the restaurant! The interior is open, while remaining cozy! It feels upscale, yet approachable, with quality finishes that elevate the experience. Our server was fantastic the whole evening! I opted for the Fried Chicken Sandwich, which was a perfect take on the classic: juicy chicken, crunchy pickles, and creamy sauce. My favorite part was the chipotle aioli that came with the sweet potato fries: smoky with a hint of spice! I had to ask for more because I could have eaten that sauce with a spoon! If you're looking for great American food, I'd absolutely recommend this spot if you're in the area! read more

I have to say they are my favorite breakfast potatoes that I've had at a restaurant. They have nice crispy bits and they mix in some cheese and herbs. Oliver's is a very cute, cozy place with great food and service. We went here on a Saturday for brunch before my niece's baptism so we had a pretty big group. Service seemed a little slower since it was Saturday and it looked busy. Pretty much everyone in the group gravitated towards two things on the menu. The Huevos rancheros and Oliver's sunrise. One person in the group got the flapjacks. Kids got Mac and cheese from the kid's menu and eggs. They devoured their food. The Huevos rancheros was delicious with avocado, salsa, refried black beans, queso fresco, chipotle aioli, over easy egg all set on top of crunchy tostada. Every one finished every single bite of it. The Oliver's sunrise is a big portion with eggs any style, bacon or sausage, toast and Oliver's hash. Every one seemed to enjoy it and had left over. The flapjacks were delicious I was told. We all had a great experience and I'm looking forward to going back for dinner sometime. read more

We arrived on a Tuesday, in the late morning. The restaurant and location are very nice. The decor and space is great. Apparently, reservations are recommended as the hostess was not very happy that we did not have reservations. We were seated at a table which was about as big as a postage stamp. Actually, I think I've seen bigger postage stamps! At first our server was attentive. However, it seemed like we wore out our welcome because he didn't come back to clear our dishes or remove glasses (again, table was smaller than a postage stamp!). That being said, the food was brought out quickly and was very good!! While we visited in November and the patio was closed, it looks like their patio may be 'dog friendly'. I would like to return in the spring (with a RESERVATION!) to see if we have a better experience the next time. read more

This place stays busy, and its easy to see why people meet here for a casual meal. The space feels inviting, seating was quick, and the service was smooth. The food had some standout elements, and the overall vibe made the visit enjoyable. Still, not everything worked. A later stop for dessert and coffee fell flat limited drink options and treats that didnt quite deliver. We've also had uneven takeout experiences with long waits and food losing its quality. Even so, the spot has enough positives to come back, though it can be hit-ormiss depending on the timing. read more

This is one of my very favorite places for breakfast, and I return often because the food is consistently delicious. I highly recommend the Original Bagel Sandwich--an everything bagel with bacon, American cheese, and a fried egg--paired with Oliver's hash. The hash has outstanding flavor and is truly a standout. Another favorite is the Scrambler (scrambled eggs with bacon, scallions, mushrooms, peppers, aged cheddar, and Oliver's hash underneath). Again, the flavor is excellent. If you enjoy a little kick, be sure to ask for their homemade hot sauce--it's terrific. I believe the ketchup is made in-house as well, although it's not quite to my taste. My one consistent disappointment with breakfast is that the menu never changes. They don't seem to offer specials, and I would really love to see new items introduced--whether occasionally or seasonally. Adding some variety would make an already great experience even better. I've considered going for lunch, but the current menu doesn't quite draw me in. I tend to go to specialty places for pizza or tacos, and while I'm sure the soup is very good, I can't justify $17 for a bowl. There are burgers and sandwiches as well, but nothing that really stands out to me. Again, introducing lunch specials or rotating items would make a big difference and likely bring me in more often. The atmosphere is excellent--comfortable, inviting, and full of charming little nooks and crannies, along with bar seating. If having a booth is important to you, I recommend making a reservation. read more

A friend and I had lunch at Oliver's last week. I would describe it as "sleek & sunny". The parking is in an inner courtyard, so keep an eye out for the sign. The Drunk Hunter bison burger was very good! Juicy and flavorful. Medium rare exactly how I ordered. We split an order of Brussels sprouts. The gochuchang-balsamic reduction was spicy and so savory. My friend ask for goat cheese sprinkled on them. The kitchen accommodated that request. Her idea perfectly complimented them. I will certainly come back. Probably for coffee and bakery on a Sunday morning. read more

My fiance Garnet Letourneau & I had our first dining experience at Oliver's for a late night dinner date. The service was prestigious. The entire experience was absolutely impeccable and the food....oh my goodness! I ordered the gnocchi & added salmon. Garnet ordered the frepes with asparagus & French fries. We were both extremely impressed with the entire visit. Our server was Anna P. She was attentive and made our experience that much more worthwhile. I would HIGHLY suggest this restaurant to ANYONE! An impromptu trip took me here. I didn't know it was on the lower floor of condos. I'm surprised everyone who lives here hasn't gained 100#. I got here about 10 not crazy busy yet there was a big discussion as to where they wanted to seat me. Lots of reservations it seems. I got the sunrise breakfast. I love the large stone round plate that fit everything without it all piled up. The OE eggs were perfect even though at first glance they didn't appear that way. A large piece of sausage that I swear was maple. The star was the crispy hash potatoes, no ketchup needed. Get this the white sourdough was the best piece of toast I ever had. All washed down with a delicious iced tea fresh brewed of course. I spotted a chocolate ganache cake for tonight's snack. Served in slices. I needed to use the bathroom at the end of the room and near it is a huge round table that seats a lot of people where everyone can be engaged where one guy was holding court. I love how you can get breakfast or lunch anytime from 8-3. Across from me some folks were having lunch. I got very lucky with Rheanna my fabulous server. This is a rare exception where there is a large menu, yet everything is good. An easy place to get hooked on. read more

Seating is always at a premium. We needed a booth and they made it work! Our server was attentive, and a bit busy. Fielded our questions and delivered as promised. Again, if I could give 3 1/2 stars I would. Oliver is doing a lot of great things and there are some minor areas of potential improvement. I have been here for dinner and now I thought I would try breakfast after getting off of night shift. The first time I came here, I got the pot roast. It was good. Not fantastic, but good. On the dry side, it really needed more au' juis that came with it, and so I asked for extra. Service was good, the ambience is kind of like a cross between a contemporary American restaurant crossed with a coffee café shop or something. Happy hour looked to be quite generous, with food and a variety of drinks that actually are worth discount if you came during those times. I think they are 3 to 5 PM and then something like after nine or 9:30 PM?? the drinks are creative, well-balanced, and some thing that you could not get at a normal restaurant and bar. Another time, I came here after completing a night shift for breakfast. I got the eggs Benedict, with the salad and a side of bacon, and the bloody Mary with house style mix. The bloody Mary came with a skewer, full of lots of yummies, including cheese, pickled items, salami, and other the obligatory celery stock. The bernais over the eggs benedict had a distinctly unique flavor, which I still have not decided is good or bad, that was herbal, like in nature, and nothing like I've tasted with eggs Benedict before in my life. Nevertheless, the egg was perfectly poached with a runny yolk, And honestly? The salad dressing was so good. It was just a great complement to the savory numbness of the Benedict. Again, so why three stars, and not Fore? The ingredients and quality are there, but proper executions of dishes are lacking. A little mistake here, overcook the meat there, a funky taste, that is unexplainable, and these little things add up. It seems to be a trend that restaurants in the twin cities have all of the trapping and resources to be a great restaurant, but lack the actual management and culinary talent to pull it off. read more

I drive by this place often and finally decided to order some food to go. Was very intrigued by their garlic mushroom pizza. I was hoping it would be a little different then what I received, but it was still good. Was hoping for something similar to the old UNO mushroom pizza. This had the taste of sauteed mushrooms in butter put on a pizza. I didn't taste a ton of garlic, but it was still good. Good crust. Also ordered some chicken tenders and fries for my kiddo. Not your typical tenders. These were really tasty! Parking is a bit of a hassle, not a place you can just easily park, you have to drive all the way around and park in the back. Not easily accessed, but not the biggest deal. Would venture back to try other items. read more
