Le Burger had been hyped up to me quite a bit, so after going twice I feel like I have a good sense of it. The line can get pretty long and it can take a while to get your food. The inside is not really my style, but I can see why some people would like it. They have a wide selection of burgers and I have tried four so far. My favorite is the onion burger, which I would definitely recommend. I also tried the hot wings and would skip those next time since they were not my favorite. The service is fine, nothing that really stands out either way. They also have ice cream, which I actually really liked. The vanilla with chocolate nibs was a great combo and worth trying. The biggest downside for me is the price. The burgers alone run about 18 to 25 dollars, and they are not very big. Fries are separate and around seven dollars, so the total adds up quickly. It feels expensive for what you get, especially for a more casual burger spot. The burgers do taste really good, but it does make you question whether it is worth it once you see the final bill. I came here with my family on a Saturday night and it was pretty busy and I was a bit worried thinking we wouldn't get a seat but things move quick here and people didn't stay too long in there seats. When you walk in you line up and order and then you are helped to a seat. We got two burgers and fries along with the kid size burger. Everything tasted very good. I'm not sure that I'd say it's the best burger in town like so many are but it's good that's for sure. My one complaint might be that it was on the small side for the price. You order your food and drinks at the counter and take a number for your table, and they bring your food out when it is ready. Each component really shines. The bun is topped with sesame seeds and has a great texture that holds up without picking up sogginess from the sauce and onions. The pickles are few and far between which I think is appropriate when you have so many other good ingredients. Cooper's American is always my favorite, white cheese on a burger just feels elevated. The sauce consistency is thinner than I would have expected, maybe a dijonnaise? Very good. And the burger itself is a single, well seasoned, Wagyu patty. Simple and delicious. Le Burger provides a nice break from all the double patty smash burgers we see here in Minneapolis. I can understand why the line is out the door on weekends. So you order food at one end (can also order drinks or dessert there as well) but only drinks and desserts at the other end. You place your order and seat yourself. Water is self serve and cutlery, plates, napkins available as well. When I grabbed water and utensils for my table, a staff member dropped off plates, napkins, and silverware. It's sort of confusing on what your role is vs. theirs. Nonetheless, we got what was needed! I ordered the Le Boeuf -- smoked bacon, cheddar, fried onions, bbq mayo, pickled jalapeños with supreme pomme frites. THIS WAS DEFINITELY WORTH THE HYPE! Everything was so balanced and flavorful, not too heavy, and left me completely satisfied. My partner on the other hand ordered the Le Poulet Cali -- crispy chicken with chipotle mayo, pickled jalapeños, avocado, cilantro, and a honey-lime sauce. I wish I had a positive review, but sadly, the first chicken sandwich brought out was not cooked thoroughly. We sent it back and asked for it to be cooked properly.... The next sandwich was also not cooked thoroughly. While it is a chicken thigh and is expected to have a little color, I've cooked chicken enough in my lifetime to know this was not cooked thoroughly. The staff were super accommodating and brought a burger instead which was very well prepared. Due to the issue with the chicken, we were given free ice cream and their raspberry soft serve sundae.... MY GOODNESS!!! Just know you must order. The sweet saltiness of the olive oil, the tartness of the raspberries really hit the spot. I cannot wait to go back! Le Burger 4304 was SOOO good. I went on a Friday night and I was scared for how busy it was going to be. I parked nearby on the street which had free parking. When we got in the line was VERY long and I almost wanted to leave but I am so glad I didn't. The staff was very organized with everything which made the experience so much better. We waited in line for probably about 20 minutes to order then about another 5 to sit down. After you order they find you a table to sit at and have it very organized to make it the most efficient. After being seated, we waited about another 5 minutes to get our food. We got the Le Boeuf and the L'oignon. Everything looks so aesthetically pleasing! I personally had the L'oignon and the burger was sooooo messy I couldn't put it down, but I also didn't want to put it down because it had outstanding flavor. The fries were also so perfectly cooked and seasoned. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the sauce, it was good and I still ate the fries with it but it wasn't great and I feel like it could be better!
