Had to stop by Le Burger for their Burger of the Week and it did not disappoint! The burger was packed with flavor and was such a fun combination of toppings. I love that they switch up their weekly specials because it gives you a reason to keep coming back and trying something new. We sat outside and the wait staff was so kind and welcoming. It's a small spot, but there's a good amount of seating both indoors and outside. It's a order in line and find a seat type of place, and they bring your food right out to your table, which was super convenient. Loved the atmosphere, the service, and of course the burger!
Stopped into Le Burger for their Burger Week special! Located in the Linden Hills neighborhood, street parking can be difficult but I was lucky during my visit. The interior of the space is fun and whimsical, white walls and tables with colorful accents and fun table lights! Service was friendly and helpful at assisting with menu choices! Counter service for lunch! I enjoyed the Le Burger and pomme frites! I thought the burger was phenomenal: juicy, cooked medium/medium well, and had a delectable and savory mustard flavor to it! Top notch burger! The fries were a tad greasier than I would have liked but the dipping sauces were wonderful!
Visited Le Burger for Burger Week and it was crazy packed but well worth the wait. Don't let the long lines and limited parking keep you away. Tables are limited so might be a wait for a table during their busy times. Since all of the tables were full we did take out. After about a 15 minute drive home, the burger and fries still tasted sooooo good once we finally ate. Le Burger x2 (no pickles) - the first bite was the perfect! Juicy burger, little bit of salt from cheese and the sauce balanced the fatty burger patty. The sesame bun never got soggy from the juicy burger and sauce. Pomme Frites w/ Le Sauce - crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Perfectly salted. Went great with Le Sauce that tastes like a balance of mayo and dijon.
Five of us had dinner here and there was not one report of anything being less than excellent. I got the basic Le Burger and I loved it. Two of us got the Le Boeuf and REALLY loved it, and two of us got the Le Poisson and were visibly surprised at how much they liked theirs. Order from the counter and they bring it to your table. Service was very reasonable considering the crowd. We came on a Sunday night and parking was a serious headache, but getting a table worked out fine. They have some seating on a cute little patio in the back, in addition to their dining room. Really everything was delicious and I want to come back to try some other offerings.
I love le burger and dream about it frequently. Too bad it's quite pricey and far for me otherwise I would love to come back more often. So when Minnesota burger week had a $10 deal, I couldn't resist! Burgers came out fast and we sat ourselves as there wasn't that many people around. I normally order the frites and soft serve as well but not today because we ate the burger for afternoon tea :)
Always impressed with this place! They have their operations running like a well oiled machine. You may think the line is long and it may be but it moves quickly. The entire staff is working...hard. They know how to move people, take orders, clean tables and do it with such a welcoming and friendly spirit. All that and the food is fantastic too. Visited during burger week and it was superb! Fries are excellent and they have pebble ice. Two thumbs up!! Space is clean, decorated so sweet and love their logo.
Le burger is a fun concept with efficient service and a solid burger. I recommend it for a meal with friends. FOOD: the burger was perfectly good. I wasn't overly impressed but it was enjoyable and I appreciated what appeared to be an intentionally crafted meal. I didn't try the fries or soft serve so that's next time! I appreciated the salad on the menu and had that too! SERVICE: cool concept-- order at counter, then you get seated. It was efficient but far better than just a "fast food pickup" or traditional counter service restaurant. I also have to say-- efficiency was great. The line was long but was helped quick! PARKING: always hard in Linden Hill. Street parking in neighborhood nearby is the best. Plan for a 5 min walk. AMBIANCE: far better than a typical counter service restaurant but not quite a dine in restaurant feel. Still, I'd bring friends even if I wanted a dine in restaurant because they've done a good job at this concept.
This place is so hyped up and I get why. The le onion was one of the best burgers I've had. So much onions and the sauce was insane. The fries were so crispy and well salted. The dip for the fries was ok but I would've rather had the burger sauce as a fry dip. The ice cream was good and had a nice addition of salt which I really enjoyed. The le champigon was the only miss in my opinion. I loved the idea but my mushrooms had a really heavy old fryer oil taste which made it really hard to taste any other flavors. Definitely pricey for a burger but a place I want to bring people to and staff was so nice!
I'm not a huge burger fan but I am a HUGE Le Burger fan. This upscale burger joint offers options that are rich in flavor and leave nothing to be desired, along with service that is exceptionally fast and consistent even during busy times. The space itself is always clean, with ample of seating that fills up fast, especially on weekends (definitely worth the wait though). My go tos are the L'Oignon and Le Boeuf burgers with a side of fries (they have perfectly crispy fries) and some soft serve ice cream for dessert!
Le Burger had been hyped up to me quite a bit, so after going twice I feel like I have a good sense of it. The line can get pretty long and it can take a while to get your food. The inside is not really my style, but I can see why some people would like it. They have a wide selection of burgers and I have tried four so far. My favorite is the onion burger, which I would definitely recommend. I also tried the hot wings and would skip those next time since they were not my favorite. The service is fine, nothing that really stands out either way. They also have ice cream, which I actually really liked. The vanilla with chocolate nibs was a great combo and worth trying. The biggest downside for me is the price. The burgers alone run about 18 to 25 dollars, and they are not very big. Fries are separate and around seven dollars, so the total adds up quickly. It feels expensive for what you get, especially for a more casual burger spot. The burgers do taste really good, but it does make you question whether it is worth it once you see the final bill. I would still recommend trying it at least once since the food is good, just go in knowing it is on the pricier side.
Had a nice lunch outing on a random Wednesday with friends. The Le Boeuf was absolutely delicious. With with fried onions and seasoning inside the burger with smoked cheddar and smoked bacon, it was a nice balance of heat with the jalapeños. My friend had Le American and it was just as delicious. The fries were good but the cheese curds were top notch. Service was polite and quick.
I came here with my family on a Saturday night and it was pretty busy and I was a bit worried thinking we wouldn't get a seat but things move quick here and people didn't stay too long in there seats. When you walk in you line up and order and then you are helped to a seat. We got two burgers and fries along with the kid size burger. Everything tasted very good. I'm not sure that I'd say it's the best burger in town like so many are but it's good that's for sure. My one complaint might be that it was on the small side for the price. And the kids burger was crazy small. All in all it's worth a stop just too me not worth ALL the hype.
Super cute restaurant playing hip French rap, per the French inspired menu. Food was super tasty, we had two of their burgers, fries, and cheese curds. Everything was fried so light and crispy. The buns were toasted perfectly and I loved the sesame seeds! The service was very polite and quick, bringing our orders right to our table. It's a grab your own plates and water type restaurant. Super delish to treat a burger craving!
Finally was able to grab dinner at a spot that has been high on my list for ages! Walked around Lake Harriet and then grabbed a bday dinner on the patio with my husband and pup. They have a decent amount of seating inside and ~5 tables outside. They deliver and bus your tables which is nice for a fast casual spot. Now to the food: the l'ognion burger is a must get. If you maybe possibly at all like caramelized onions - you don't want to miss this. My husband had the traditional Le'burger which was also tasty. We shared a side of the OG fries which were the perfect crispiness. These burgers feel more elevated high end restaurant than traditional fast casual. A casual spot that feels fancier than it is because it has French names for its menu items and some semblance of bar service. However, you will feel right at home here in an aloha shirt and flip flops which makes it approachable for a quick, casual burger and fries kind of meal if you don't mind paying for it. Street parking only is the rule. Order at the counter and find your own seat. They give you a number to display on your table and bring your food to you as well as bus your table when you leave. The food is pretty much what you expect. Burgers are what they feature primarily but there are roasted chicken parts if you don't eat beef plus things like fries (salty and crusty in a good way) a couple simple salads, and soft serve ice cream. They also have a few tap beers, wines and a limited bar for cocktails. The burgers are pretty standard and come out on unique plastic trays reminiscent of elementary school lunch. They do get a plus for being neatly wrapped and assembled and not just thrown together with innards falling out all over the place. I think that what keeps this in the midrange of stars on Yelp for me is that it is costly for what it is. Burgers all approach $20+ (except for the most basic which is about $14) and they are simply burgers albeit nicely presented. Sides such as fries are only à la carte and up the cost. You have to order at the counter, find your own table, grab your own water and silverware. And for that, you are auto prompted to tip in the greater than 20% range at the counter when ordering by the electronic card reader. It all feels a little insulting (I know it is not meant to be that way) for a place that is a bit of a glorified fast food model. If you add fries, a beer, and some soft serve to your burger you are easily into the $37-43 range for 1 person before the tip is factored in which is kind of pricey for what it is. It would be one thing if the burgers had some flashy attraction like custom heritage breed beef sourcing, gold flakes or caviar sprinkles, or some other sort of churched-up bullsh-- that would justify the high cost. But these are pretty basic burgers that don't approach cult status like In N Out or Shake Shack. Because of that, it is neither great value for the diner nor is it a great meal for the foodie. It is a solid burger experience for all at a higher cost. Would I go back? Yes. I liked it and the food was great for a casual type of meal. Would I go back often? Probably not. The uniqueness:value ratio is low and I can get unremarkable but solid burgers at dozens of places around the Cities so there is not a need for me to prioritize Le Burger in any way for a burger and fries meal. read more

Oh wow. The hype is REAL. You don't need to read any further - just go. This is the PERFECT Linden Hills spot: It's casual, counter service, yet elevated. Decor is gorgeous and upscale inside without being stuffy. The team is friendly and welcoming, and keeps the place tidy. The food is absolute FIRE. I stand by this take: these are the best fries in the Twin Cities. Big, crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside, perfect salt and crunch. WOW, just wow. They don't come with the burgers so make sure you order them to share (easily shared for 2-3 people, though I might hoard my own order next time.) So much hype around their signature Le Burger, and it's deserved. This is a DANG good burger, especially for $13! It's well balanced, juicy, and awesome toppings. White American cheese, Cooper pickles (the best) and that special sauce WOW - is that horseradish in the sauce?? Also, extra kudos for having a gluten free bun that doesn't suck!! It was actually topped with sesame seeds and didn't taste like it came out of a freezer bag! We will be back :) read more

A little delayed on this one, but not for lack of enjoyment! Le Burger 4304 actually surpassed my expectations. Cozy diner feel, speedy service, and a menu that delivers -- plus, you can grab a glass of wine with your burger (even if their "white" wasn't exactly white -- I warned you!) My friend and I went for the L'Americán, while our vegan friend loved the Fromage et Tomate. Between the three of us, we demolished a mountain of pommes frites and didn't leave a crumb. Pro tip: add jalapeños to your burger for just the right kick . It's the kind of spot that's low-key but high quality -- perfect for a quick date night, catching up with friends, or just getting your burger fix without the fuss. We got here at 9:30 Saturday night and quiet-decided to take away given about closing time. Smaller, newer neighborhood spot with mostly Burgers, sandwiches, chicken with a French touch. Dessert goes from Soft Serve to La Framboise which you don't see everyday. We ordered a Le Royale and a Le Vegan. Having ordered and enjoyed Foie Burgers before, I was looking forward to the Le Royale. Burger is smaller which is fine and the Wagyu Beef was tasty with a sharp Cooper cheese. Unfortunately, the Foie Gras couldn't be tasted. Not sure if because it was too small of a portion or overpowered by the cooper. Suggestions to charge a little more and increase the Foie. Le Vegan's Chickpea patty and the shared Pommes Frites were enjoyed. Service was exceptional with friendly people throughout. They told us a few times that we could eat-in despite they were about to close. Thanks but we didn't want to be "that customer." Solid overall for Burgers-the Poulet Roti looked like a winner and will be for next time. Again, more Foie on that Le Royale please. read more

A good burger is all that you need. The simplicity of the menu here makes it so impactful. This is an upscale burger restaurant with just enough options for everyones wants. I order the Le Burger and Pommes Frites. This burger is cooked perfectly, it is juicy and full of flavor. It comes with cooper's american cheese, pickels, and le sauce and that is honestly all it needs! I want to try the whole menu but it's going to be so hard not to order this every time. The fries were crunchy and classic. It is a smaller restaurant but they prepare the orders quickly so it seemed like there were always tables available. read more
Le burger was fun! It was dark, yet lively inside with friendly staff. The burger was great! I tried le oignon burger and loved it. I also tried the le burger which was also good. They had similar flavors overall, but the toppings were a bit different. I would highly recommend! I didn't try the ice cream, but many people were waiting in line for the soft serve! read more
Oh mon dieu! Le Burger has officially launched to one of my favorite burgers in the twin cities. Buttery, fluffy, and smile triggering burger buns. I had L'oignon burger which I loved. Sweet forward caramelized onions in every bite and a tasty perfectly cooked waygu burger patty. My partner had Le Boeuf and was also impressed with his burger. Fries are crispy without being greasy, and can be shared between 2 people. I also ordered a blueberry lavender lemonade - refreshing and perfect for a summer day. Don't sleep on the ice cream in a croissant. I recommend the twist because both flavors are memorable. Their chocolate soft serve is dream worthy. Service was welcoming and helpful. Parking is scarce and you may need to park a few streets away, but it's a beautiful area and worth walking around after your delicious meal. The space is small so I would not recommend going with a group larger than 4 people. It's a great spot for dates, summer hangs, or you simply want a damn good burger. This place was unreal! We stopped in for a quick lunch and it was perfect. The staff was so welcoming and helpful, and the atmosphere was laidback and chill. The burgers were AMAZING, and you can't pass up all the sides - fries, chips and dip, and the crudite. Cannot wait to go back! read more

I was pretty excited to try this location after hearing such great things. He ordered Le burger I ordered le boeuf. We shared fries. His burger was definitely better. Mine was dry, overcooked. The fries were great. We washed down the burgers with a lager for him and a blueberry basil lemonade for me. We'd maybe return. read more
This is French inspired burger joint in Linden Hills that primarily serves burgers! The American was a classic but was heavy on the mustard! I highly recommend the onion burger it was absolute PERFECTION! Their beef patties are made with domestic Wagyu and it definitely melts in your mouth! You order upfront, pay and wait by the bar until a server seats you at the table. It was very clean and bright towards the front of the restaurant and loved how spacious it felt! While their food was good, I gave it 4 stars mainly for the price - for burger and fries it is on the pricier side although the quality makes up for it! read more

The Blueberry Lavender Lemonade is very good. The Royal Burger was good but not better than several food trucks. The fries are too thin and get cold fast. It was almost $40 for lunch for just me. Parking is very hard to find. read more

Le Burger is a treat. Fast casual in Linden Hills, the burgers are not too heavy, packed with flavor, and come in at a reasonable price point. We went on a Wednesday evening. Every table was full but there was no line and the service moved nicely. We ordered at the walk up counter and found a table for two. The burgers came out within 5-10 minutes. Each component really shines. The bun is topped with sesame seeds and has a great texture that holds up without picking up sogginess from the sauce and onions. The pickles are few and far between which I think is appropriate when you have so many other good ingredients. Cooper's American is always my favorite, white cheese on a burger just feels elevated. The sauce consistency is thinner than I would have expected, maybe a dijonnaise? Very good. And the burger itself is a single, well seasoned, Wagyu patty. Simple and delicious. Le Burger provides a nice break from all the double patty smash burgers we see here in Minneapolis. I can understand why the line is out the door on weekends. Their chicken and fish sandwiches also looked delightful. Will be back! read more

Love the concept of this place! It is simplistic with great quality and solid service. I was really impressed by the service of this restaurant. You order at the counter and they deliver your food. This type restaurant usually lacks on service but not here. For our first time the staff was so helpful. Both with ordering and food delivery. We had plenty of questions and the staff was great. Food was excellent. You might see fancy descriptions but the food is simple. Burgers are delicious and the fries are some of the best I've ever eaten. The "le sauce" that is served with the fries is fantastic. The crudités were so appreciated. Love being able to mix in some fresh veggies with my burger and fries. The cherry on top is the neighborhood. Fantastic location with plenty of great shops to visit. I'm not going to lie, parking can be a challenge but worth the extra effort. read more
We came here around 4 on a Saturday and ordered and were seated right away! It was our first time there and the cashier was super helpful in our ordering process. You order your food and drinks at the counter and take a number for your table, and they bring your food out when it is ready. It started to fill up around 4:30 and was pretty much full by the time we left. The food was amazing, high quality meat and great apps! We even ordered burgers and fries to go. I wouldn't recommend the chips and dip, just a personal preference! Over all we were very pleased! read more

Le Burger 4304 is such a great spot. The food is excellent, an elevated burger restaurant that perfectly bridges the gap between fast food and casual dining. You order at the counter, but they seat you afterward, which gives it a more relaxed, sit-down feel while still being quick and convenient. The burgers are outstanding. Juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The L'Oignon is my favorite, with caramelized onions, Gruyère, and Wagyu beef that melts in your mouth. I just tried Le Burger for the first time! I tried their signature burger and their chicken leg kids meal! Their fries are absolutely amazing! The burger was really good, the bun was very well toasted. Not my favorite burger in town but very solid! Parking was street parking and I was able to get a spot quickly. The inside of the restaurant was clean and very open. The person was very nice who helped me and they called to let us know they were out of gougeres which was nice of them to let us know ahead of time. I'd definitely go back! read more
