call my order wrong... Sandwich was nothing special... Shredded cheap kind of old looking lettuce. Probably will not be back.

Ordered on the app and they had it ready when I got there! The new toasted sandwiches are amazing. Only thing disappointing was I walked in and said hi to the cashier who I think was the manager and they didn't say hi or how are you or literally a single word, just stared at me until I started ordering/explaining what I was there for. Super awkward and weird. read more

This is THE fastest Jimmy John's I've EVER been to! My sandwich was done the moment I payed and was one of the better sandwiches I've had from Jimmy John's. This location was great and had awesome customer service! read more

Both my daughter and I both said the sandwiches we ordered today were the worst Jimmy John's sandwiches we have ever had and we have had a bunch. Something was wrong with the onions. So gross! read more

If you're looking for freaky fast you best order inside. I don't know about delivery but their drive thru is slooooowww. I've been in line for about 20 min. Chick-fil-a with 13 cars moves faster than this line 4 cars .... Other than that I love Jimmy's! I just needed a drive thru because of sleeping babies read more

The sandwiches are delicious but lately the bread has been rock hard which makes it awful to eat. Other then the place is awesome.

Pretty good food for fast food sandwiches. Some of the employees are very friendly, some not so much

Best corporate sandwich place ever. Try the kicking ranch on all the sandwiches. It's delicious. I wish they could have hot sandwiches though. I like things like melts and Philly sandwiches. Which this place does not have. But great cold sandwiches. read more

Love me some jimmy johns. Most of the Utah locations are amazing! The speed wasn't up to it's usually quickness when I ate here yesterday but the quality if sabe which was great! Bread was fresh and the veggies and meat tasted great! read more

Pretty crappy experience here today. I came to grab some sandwiches for a group of friends for lunch. First of all, they didn't put the avocado on my #12! Avocado was legitimately the reason I picked that sub, so that was really disappointing. I also asked if I could swap out ranch for mayo on my sandwich. The girl told me that they aren't allowed to put ranch on their sandwiches. ???? What's up with that? When I questioned her on it, she said they had some corporate policy that doesn't allow them to put ranch on their sandwiches. What did ranch dressing ever do to you, Jimmy John's?? She said that she could leave the mayo off of the sandwich and give me some ranch on the side. Still weird to me, but I said it was ok. I checked the receipt when I met up with my friends and THEY HAD CHARGED ME FOR THE RANCH. So lame! The sandwiches weren't even that good. And definitely not worth the experience I had. I will stick to Subway or something like that next time I need a quick sub. At least I will actually get what I want on my sandwich. read more

Love their bread! Chewy not soggy. Love their chips! My favorite is the little John's. A smaller size of any of the originals. Perfect! And I love that their Christian owned. Value based business. read more

Slowest Jimmy Johns I ever been to.. Sandwich is good as always but really really slow

Long time fan. Jimmy john's has always had excellent service and food. I have always been able to rely on them to get me delicious food in a short amount of time. In fact it is usually faster for me to have them deliver than for me to go out and get food. They're usually here within 15 min of me placing my order. I love it. Not to mention their attitude is always spot on. I usually make silly requests in the delivery section and they always deliver. I love these guys read more

Jimmy John's - I asked to have them draw a dinosaur on the bag. Delivered! - Sandwiches Near Me - Provo, Utah

Just waited like 10-15 minutes for a team of 5 of them to make another giant order while I waited for 1 plain slim. Would've literally taken them 30 seconds to slap some ham and cheese on a bun and give it to me. read more

I love this place for when I want something a little healthier than your typical drive-thru food. The employees greet you as you walk in the door or pull up to the drive-they speaker. And they will customize your sandwich to your liking. My favorite is a #11 no cheese, add cucumbers, pickles & Dijon mustard...I'm getting hungry just thinking about it! read more

It's not been my first time eating here but I haven't had Jimmy John's in years. Between price, quality, and quantity I'd give it 5 stars. The veggies are a good quality along with the bread. The meat is of average quality in my opinion but it's better than other options out there. For the cheap price of Jimmy John's you can't complain. It's not my favorite sandwiches but they are great to have. read more

Don't fully understand how jimmy johns can call themselves a sandwich shop when 95% of what you get is bread. Barely any meat, veggies or condiments. And I've felt the same with any jimmy johns I've tried. In my opinion terrible brand and very sad. read more

Good timing for pickup, but pretty sloppy sandwiches. I've ordered here several times recently, and it's disappointing to say the least. I usually order from the favorites menu and the sandwiches have been mayo-soaked wonders. As you try and take a bite, Mayo squishes out the sides of the very saturated bun. There's also a poor ratio of meat/cheese to bun. I'm not a huge fan of greasy fatty foods that's why I've tried ordering from jimmy Johns. But, as it turns out, this place isn't the exception. Other than that, jimmy johns has wonderful customer service and timing. I may have been to harsh because I'm pregnant and have crazy hormonal ups and downs! read more

Have to update my review just to say that this location deserves 5 stars because the employees are awesome. They are always so friendly, upbeat and happy. Food service can be tough so I think that's pretty impressive! read more

The sandwiches here are pretty simple for the most part, not a lot of extra trimmings. However, we always enjoy the bread and many of the sandwiches have a generous dose of mayo, which we like. My go-to is the #4 which is a pretty basic turkey sandwich. They also have a Gargantuan sandwich which basically has a little of everything on it if you're really hungry. The bread is a traditional french roll and they bake them throughout the day. They also source their produce locally so the sandwiches generally taste quite fresh. They do not pile on a lot of meat and other toppings (unless you get the Gargantuan) so if that's the type of sandwich you prefer this may not be the place for you. You can almost always expect exceptionally fast service, it's one of the things they pride themselves on. read more

Jimmy John's - #4 turkey - Sandwiches Near Me - Provo, Utah

Used to be FREAKY FAST and FRIENDLY... not so much anymore. Def not freaky fast. They used to deliver on a scale of 1-10 at a 12... Now they deliver at a 6. And again. Not so friendly. read more

Here is what I can't help but wonder when I walk into a place like Jimmy Johns. The owner obviously put effort into the restaurant's decor. How does that improve the quality of the food? Am I paying $5.50 for a $3.00 sandwich because you bought a bunch of signs and hung them around your restaurant? Maybe I'm paying for the five employees who were standing around watching an empty restaurant when I walked in at 6:00 p.m.? The sandwich was good, but not great. Having five employees waiting eagerly for me to order my sandwich so they could have something to do was more than silly. The oatmeal raisin cookie they sold me was a disgrace. The environment of the restaurant was cool. Here, fellow Yelpers, is the bottom line; Jimmy Johns did not win me over and I doubt I'll be back anytime soon. read more

I love Jimmy Johns. So good, super fast. Yummy. This place is way fast. The parking lot isn't huge but that's why they have a sweet drive thru read more

Staff are super friendly and work hard to make sure you are happy! It is always clean both in the seating area and the restroom. Drive thru is super quick! read more

I think these sandwhiches are great. I've never tried the multi grain bread, but the regular french bread they provide is the perfect amount of crispiness to softness. It is usually hard to find good rolls in Utah for a sandwhich, but Jimmy Johns' works well. I like their variety and how you can order by number. I would say it's worth the money since all the other sandwhich places around are just as much, but not as good. I don't think the cookies are any good, however. They are very processed. Other than that, everything else is good. As for the amount of employees working, I think it's great. It allows the line to move quickly. More than likely if you go in during the typical lunch or dinner hour you'll find it busy, but fast due to the "assembly line" they have set up. read more

I frequent this location and the management is pretty awesome. Today is the second time I've been here in a few months where the manager has recognized me and comped my sandwich. Yay! BTW #12 on wheat is my favorite. read more

Don't get me wrong, the Jimmy Johns is really good. But this specific establishment seems like it doesn't get a lot of customers so I've always been paranoid of getting old meat. I like Jimmy John's but I try to avoid this one. Would I go again? Sure, if someone paid for me. read more

I love Jimmy Johns, but it sucks that they don't deliver to or have a closer location to Vineyard

Have been a Jimmy John's fan for a long time. Very fast. Like the bread. If you like tuna salad sandwiches, they have a good one.

I ordered the veggie sandwich through the drive-thru and once I opened it up to eat it, I noticed that there was one slice of tomato, one slice of cucumber, and a few shreds of lettuce and that's all. I turned around and brought the sandwich back, telling them it was a very sad looking sandwich with basically nothing in it. They opened up the sandwich, using their bare hands to look at it, and proceeded to argue with me saying "well this is all that comes in the veggie sandwich". My frustration was the quantity of veggies - I was essentially eating straight bread. They then proceeded to tell me that they can't take food back and that they can give me extra veggies on the side to put on myself. Why would I want a sandwich back that I just witnessed 3 of your staff members poke through with their bare hands? I asked for a new sandwich (I even said I would pay extra for the additional condiments) and I was told that the wait was going to be a while because they were "backed up". Overall TERRIBLE customer service and they clearly have no desire to make their customers happy. Will not be returning. read more

Ordered the GARGANTUAN and did not eat for a day afterwards. The Gargantuan is huge. Also Hugely filling.

I love Jimmy Johns I even have worked at a a couple locations but I have been to this location a few times and I have always left unimpressed. They not only have got my order wrong but they took like 5 mins for two sandwiches. I could have dealt with the subs not being so fast I freaked but I got to my house and the sandwich for my daughter (slim 4 add cheese) was a #4 add cheese. AND when I got it opened it was full of lettuce and no cheese! She ate the turkey and that was it -- so I am sad to say I was not happy with this service read more

Good sandwiches with quick delivery, I like the 1 sandwich delivery limit, I don't often use it, but when I'm at work in a pinch it's nice to get the food so fast. The manager of this Provo jimmy johns is on the ball, real good service. If you haven't been here before, be ready for a slightly heavier than average helping of mayo, ask for less if you don't like that idea, also ask to add peppers to everything! Their oatmeal cookies aren't that bad either. read more

Good sandwiches! Their bread is the BEST! There service is fast usually my sandwich is ready for me when I'm done paying.

Great deal for sub sandwiches! For about $5, you get a footlong sub, packed with meats, veggies, and sauce. I love the atmosphere (you'll spend a lot of time reading the funny signs inside). The people are super friendly and serve quickly. The Beach Club is my favorite. read more

Always fast, i hate how you cant have your sandwhich in a bag with a napkin. So you can just grab and go.

They have pretty good sandwiches and that's saying a lot since I'm really not a fan of sandwiches. I usually find sandwiches overall as pretty boring but the ingredients here tasted fresh and I like the fact that they offer sprouts and other things to add if you choose. I wish you wouldn't have to get a club sandwich to get a decent amount of meat but other than that I liked it. read more

Really?? People like this place? I guess if you like sandwiches with poor quality ingredients that are mostly bread you might like this. But if you have taste buds and enjoy flavor you should try something else. read more
