A double-double with both raw and grilled onions, a side of animal style fries, and a Coke might be the closest thing to reaching a state of "Nirvana" that I'll ever feel. Plus, after consuming my cat's body weight in grilled meat and carbs I never feel gross. It's almost as if using fresh made ingredients is slightly better for you? Consistency is the game here and unlike other fast food chains; burger spots, coffee shops, chicken places, go ahead and pick your poison, none of them even come close to what this American institution has done. In-N-Out just does it right, from the moment you order to when the food is in your hand, everything is streamlined and friendly. Kudos to workers here for making food that allows me to escape the current state of affairs in the US.

This is the first time they made a good burger. The burger was perfectly toasted. I can taste the light crunchy bun. The bun is not the best quality. It's on the dryer side. But i was amazed how the fresh meat, sauce, tomato, and lettuce kept the burger juicy. The fresh meat was perfectly cooked and still juicy. When it comes to bacon in a burger, i want my bacon to be still soft and lightly crispy on the side. Yes, the bacon is a bit cold but I'm glad that the bacon was not supper chip crispy. I think they did great on this burger today. RATE : 4/5 4 PC MUMMY MOZZARELLA FRIES : I did not recieve my mozzerella sticks. It's such a hassal to go back for just the sticks. I ordered my order through the app and when i got there they haven't done my order yet. So i had to wait for a good 15 minutes for my order. No big deal. Stuff happens. And he was apologetic, which means a lot. He offered to give me croissant sandwiches instead, and he would save a couple biscuits for me if I wanted to return the next morning. The croissan'wiches were good, but I had a craving for biscuits. I returned the next morning, and the same young man was there, he remembered me, smiled, and promptly got me another meal, including a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. I tried to pay, but he would not let me. The biscuits were light, buttery, and tender. The eggs were fluffy and not overcooked. Both the sausage and bacon were just right. The hash brown nuggets were hot and crispy, better than a patty. The coffee was good, too. Working in fast food is hard. It's nice to see some people doing it right.

The employee did not know why. He showed me the receipt that said Void. I asked the employee if it was because the owner did not want to honor the points. My humble opinion: I cannot imagine any other reason the order would not go through other than the use of points and the store owner not wanting to honor sub club points. Any other reason could have been resolved as I was in the store. I watch the employee make a sandwich for another customer. I asked the owners name and apparently Mr. B.S, (initials) also took over the subway near Quail Lake. If you are not going to honor the points that are advertised as sub club then you should note it on your website and in store, In my humble opinion, this seems to borders on fraud.
