WORST LOCATION for Subway!!!!! We never go to Subway because we can make better custom sandwiches at home, but I had a coupon so we decided to give this location a try. I went with my husband and my daughter because I had the 3 for $17.99 coupon. First of all, when we got there, we immediately saw a printed out paper that had no subway logo on it that said we can only use a coupon on certain sandwiches AND they don't accept the certain coupons listed on that printed out piece of paper. WTF. Then, the guy making our subs sounded SO annoyed like he didn't want us there. I told him what bread I wanted for mine and he took out 3 of them without asking what my husband or daughter wanted. After he sloppily put together our subs with ingredients stacked on top of each other and none in other spots of the sandwich, he OVERCHARGED us when we went to pay!!!!!!!! WTF! My coupon clearly said 3 footlongs for $17.99, but the subtotal he pulled up was $18.99. When I told him he had overcharged us, he made up some BS about it being the cost of tax. WRONG! I attached my receipt in the picture to prove it. The tax was 56 cents and the total should have come to $18.55, NOT $19.55. I KNOW WHAT YOU MAY BE THINKING. Why am I so mad about just a dollar? Because imagine this jerk ripping over every single customer by $1. That adds u really quickly! He is a thief! This is theft!!! Not all of us are so rich where we don't care where a few cents go to. We are regular people with jobs that work hard and try to make ends meet and we shouldn't have to deal with this BS. This has been our go to Subway for years. The owners are gracious people, who serve up great food in plentiful portions. However, the young Indian man working there this evening is not like the owners at all. He was rude, dismissive of the customers, and spare in the ingredients. My salad bowl was only half full, very little lettuce and turkey, but still full price. He kept asking if we wanted salad, to which we replied three times "Yes!" Then gives me half a salad... RUDE! Next time we walk in and see him we will take our money elsewhere. There are other sandwich places where we can be treated with respect. read more

The service was fast for a lunch hour. They were definitely a little skimpy on the vegis. I ordered the special of the week and was charged incorrectly. I believe the lady intentionally didnt tell me the price and had me enter my debit. Then said the machine ran out of paper. I didn't want to wait for them to change the paper as I was in a rush on my lunch hour. So I asked what the charge was. It was $1.50 more than I shouldv'e been charged. This subway location is family owns of the husband and wife were working when I was there. The good thing about a subway is it's an expensive No matter which when you go to you know what they have the only thing about a subway is you don't know per location what you're dealing with and sometimes owners of subways have multiple locations so it's massively ran by employees and the owners are not around to make sure service and sanitation is good. This location the family works there you could definitely see the difference. read more

I asked for just mayo on my sandwich and the worker put both when I only ask for mayo and she picked out mustard spots out of my bread instead of getting a new bread, also my cousin ask for tomatoes, lettuce, onion, cucumber, pickles, and spinach she did not give him spinach and pickles, and she does not know how to count change. read more

I walked in and had to yell to get someone from the back to come out. When he got out instead of actually washing his hands, he stuck his hands in the sink for about half a second, no soap. For my whole order he stared blankly at me instead of asking about the options. Didn't distribute the meat or cheese throughout the sandwich. By the end of all that, he charged me for rotisserie chicken, which costs more than the regular chicken I got. When I got home I realized that he didn't cut my sandwich. I tried calling the store to ask what was with all the crap but no one answered, and their mailbox is full so they can't get the slightest amount of feedback. So here I am leaving a yelp review. Never coming to this one again and I hope no one else does either so they can go out of business or finally get some new owners. All Subways are not created equally! I love Subways, and I have probably patronized a hundred of them, but my experience here made me realize that the fact that they are individually owned means that they are individually managed. I ordered a "Premium" Subway Club Footlong (an $8.00 sandwich). I know that the number of pieces of meat and cheese is regulated by the franchise, but this location was skimping on the lettuce, onions, bell pepper, etc. When I asked for a little extra bell pepper and onion she literally put two or three more individual pieces on my sandwich. When I asked her if it was a problem to have more than that, she said "they only allow us to put six pieces on each sandwich, but we can give you as much as eight without charging you for extra toppings". This location is counting pieces of onion and bell pepper!? In addition to this, the peperoncini container was completely empty. I love Subway, but they are pretty much on every corner, so I would recomend finding one, other than this one, if you want your normal Subway sandwich. This is the first one that I have been to that feels the need to count each piece of veggies they put on the sandwich. I will not be back to this location because there are just too many other locations to patronize to avoid skimping like this. read more

Owner is RUDE. This subway is on our way home and we've been going there at least once or twice a week, sometimes more, for years. It's alway been fine and the [I think] owner recognizes us and has been nice. Today, I stopped by on a whim on the way home and she was absolutely a nightmare and incredibly, incredibly rude. She literally could not get me out of there fast enough. She was in such a hurry she didn't listen to me at all and didn't even get my order right (I asked for "light" mayo, didn't get my olives, and she put enough salt on it to knock over a horse) I didn't understand until she yelled something at me as I left. I have a small dog (he fits in a purse or a small backpack) who we take everywhere with us. He's never been a problem, is exceedingly well behaved, and loves dogs, people, and especially children. 99% of establishments have no issues with him, but we understand that some do and we are happy to respect that. Today, it's over 100 degrees F and I didn't want to leave him in the car. I put him on a very short (3-foot) leash and ran in to pick up my sub (again, he's welcome at jersey mike's, firehouse subs [they even bring him his own cup of water], and two of the subway locations on shaw, in addition to many others). If the owner of this particular subway had said she had an issue with him, I would have been happy to pick him up/hold him (he's quite small) or to just leave, and would have respected it had she told me nicely. As I was leaving (after she had been incredibly rude from the get-go), she berated me for my dog getting "too close" to another customer who was entering the store. The other customer was a lady who was extremely pleasant and had actually said hi to my dog first and bent down to say hi to him. Bear in mind, my dog was on a leash that didn't let him get more than 1.5 feet or so away from me (maybe 2 feet max) and was in no way intruding on others' spaces and, as I said, the entering customer was speaking to HIM. Either way, the owner was incredibly rude, berated me publicly, and was very, very nasty. Not the kind of place I want to give my business to. I also agree with the reviews that say they're extremely "skimpy" on the veggies and other things. It didn't bother me enough to say anything about it before or to stop going there but after today we won't be back. read more
