Unfortunately we dined in last night. Greeted by 2 kiosks with people trying to figure them. Went to the counter to order and saw signs saying use kiosk. No one came out to help or get our order just a sign saying use kiosk. 2 people in the drive thru came in because their order was wrong. 1 food delivery was impatiently waiting for his correct order. We got our food but to ask for drink cups and fork. Just ridiculous!!!!! read more

Whatever you do, do not go to this Taco Bell. Every time I go there, something is wrong with the food. Last night I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme and it was basically just tortilla and sour cream -- no meat, no tomatoes, nothing else inside. It honestly feels like whoever is making the food does not care about the customers or the quality of what they serve. I paid almost $8 just to eat sour cream and tortilla. This keeps happening every time I visit this location. Upper management seriously needs to come check the quality and consistency of the food they are giving customers. 11/23/24 Getting lunch! Drive-thru! 2 Chicken Cantina Bowls ordered with extra hot sauce! Line lived quickly. Received after paying with good day wishes! Lunchtime! My Chicken Cantina Bowl with extra hot sauce was spicy, Fresh & DELICIOUS! The Diablo and Hot sauce made it even better! Mother said hers was Good. She was really disappointed! She said she very little chicken and said it was a big difference compared to mine! ! I wish I would've noticed. Would have given her mine to take away the complaining. Is what it is. Yep...I totally crave getting Taco Bell sometimes, and I've found the most accommodating, friendly, and consistent location! I typically drive-thru, and that was the case with this visit. Ordered was a Pepsi with extra ice, a Veggie Mexican Pizza, made Fresco Style, a Bean Burrito, Fresco Style, adding extra onions, then grilled, and then a Potato Soft Taco, Fresco Style. For those who don't know, Fresco means all dairy is removed. I am satisfied, am pleased that they got all modifications correct, and that they really are friendly with each visit. I took down everything, and was super content! You can tell management here is solid due to the consistency of quality and service. For a drive- through Taco Bell...I'm one happy camper, and will definitely go back again and again! Great job Clovis & Herndon- you rock! read more

Wow. I loved the ease of ordering through the app, but I picked up some of the saddest Taco Bell items I have ever received. Crunch wraps had the tiniest bit of meat and nothing crunchy in them. The food is great as always, but the customer service isn't the best. And I've noticed that at a lot of Taco Bell's if you do dine in. They don't want to help you, they only want the customer to use the kiosk. Then they don't come to the counter unless your food is ready and walk right away. I had to wait again for the worker to return to the counter to give me my drink cups. They they are just rude about it as if the customer is inconveniencing them. Thank you for working late. We appreciate how delicious tonight's meal was after dancing all night. It was one of the better steak quesadilla's and beef supreme tacos I ever had in this town! I don't eat fast food & I never leave reviews for them cause let's be honest they are all the same standard. But I must say this particular Taco Bell on Friday nights at 1:40 AM September 2021was on point! And no I'm not drunk just a little buzz and you can see in the picture that it was full of steak and cheese. I ordered through the app for my husband to pickup on his way home from work. I took a screencap of my order because I tried multiple times to place the order and it would say uh oh. I go onto my banking app to make sure the debit card had plenty on it and see Taco Bell charged the amount. So they took the money but never gave me a confirmation. And that's not the worst part. My husband goes through the drive thru and they tell him it make take 15 minutes. Nothing happens. He goes inside, they end up FaceTiming me so I can share my screen and show that the app reflects nothing. My husband shows them our order that I screenshot and a screenshot of the bank transaction showing Taco Bell charged us. My husband even talks to the manger who says he hates dealing with the app and in the end they don't fulfill the order. They tell us we can order again and dispute. So in the end Taco Bell's app has issues, charges our card, we have a screenshot of the order and Taco Bell doesn't fulfill it. Fail on Taco Bell app and massive fail on taco bell employees and manager for the opportunity to make it right and instead making things more complicated on what was ironically my attempt at having an easy night. read more

The first go through was only one soda we then check our food and it's missing a bean burrito. I am in total shock right now ! My husband & I have lived in the Clovis area for many years & have NEVER IN MY LIFE have I ever encountered a drive through ( kid )younger Causain young boy who stated he was the head supervisor / district manager His name was David . My husband & I got screamed / at cursed at , the young man even accused me of lying about the incident I was originally inquiring about . He then threatened me & called Clovis pd . At some point I left because I had my family in my car & it was so embarrassing what he was doing . I told the young kid that I had the cash to re purchase all my items at this point I was so embarrassed being a lawyer , fighting over bean burritos & cheesy Gordita crunches ! So this is the story , last Friday I ordered multiple Taco Bell items , My items were special request . Our home property is in the mountings so it would take us close to 45 minutes to drive back into town . I spoke to a supervisor a asain women who asked me for a number located on my recite To look up the proff of purchase Taco Bell items ! The young girl agreed all the items were made incorrectly & toook all my information down , & exsplained if I come through the drive through in the next few weeks I will have a credit for those items ! So I went down tonight & the district manager David threw his name tag at me ! He even had all his employees following him & locking the window mean while 5 cars were all behind me waiting . I didn't bring my RECITE tonight to the Taco Bell because the person who I originally spoke to , again verified my purchase & assured me my name would be in this book ! No one goes through a Taco Bell driving a 2019 Benz brand new & makes up this huge story ! The young kid also told me his dad was a Judge & brother is a district attorney , which I doubt that , mean while the kid works for Taco Bell I bet there so proud of him . If only he knew who I was , I know all the judges & Da . I am going to contact corporate & figure out how to make sure there is Repercussions for what happened tonight . The kid hates his job & knows nothing about customer service ! Screaming at me & calling me a lier . Also they didn't even look to see if my name was in the book , & I know this because as he was calling the cops he asked what my name was . If I could give this place a 0 or negative I would. It was pretty busy which I understand, BUT it doesn't excuse the poor customer service and all around incompetent workers. I ordered on the kiosk inside and waited about 30mins which again it was busy so that wasn't even the biggest problem. They call my order giving me straw but no drinks, I ask them for my drink they don't even know what it was (did they not look at my order) I told them what it was then they asked what size then told me it was out (why didn't you start with that). Then gave me my other drink with no ice. Before I left I checked my bag because they had messed 3 other people's order in front of me. Of course they forgot my nacho fries. I had to flag someone down after trying to get 3 peoples attention. Then acted like I was lying about the fries and were extremely rude and unprofessional. They had to go and look up my order that they should have paid attention to in the first place!
