Is it just me or has McD's gone down hill? After spending time to order on the kiosk and paying over $30 for 1 adult and 2 kids, it was nothing but up and down to get our order corrected. One burger didn't have the cheese we asked for, we didn't get the sauce we requested, and there were precisely 3 napkins inside the bag. There were more flies inside than I cared to count. Came here for the playback. Extremely filthy and their hand sanitizer is empty. You can tell nobody cleans in there. All the tables were nasty. I was there for over an hr and not one time did anyone wipe down anything or even sweep all the food on the floor. If you see the pictures, my large fries was more like a medium serving and my daughters fries literally only had 7 fries. There was no fries in the bag either. Now I get why they have terrible reviews. My big Mac was okay so that's why it's a 2 instead of 1. Terrible location. Whoever is in charge here needs to hire better people read more

Poor customer service, drive thru was busy per usual but had signs on display that read pull forward if no car to next speaker. I felt silly waiting but though okay no worries I'll wait my turn. As I pull forward someone in the first speaker starts asking for my order then proceed half way to say just pull forward. ZERO stars for BS ty @ss service! In drive thru 3 cars in front of me, lined up behind. Lady announces on speaker apologizing for the inconvenience, system crashed and come inside to order. This place is a hit and miss. I just wish their drive thru can go smoother. Suggestion would be to redo it, but the location is so busy and I doubt they would make it into two lanes. Morning crew is usually faster and the night crew not as much. They are nice however. The lobby area is usually tight, especially with the kiosks in the way. Usually cluttered. read more

I had an online mobile order, i was at work so i obviously ordered ahead on the app so by the time i got there my food will be ready. Barely 7 mins from when i pressed the bottom to order to arrive there, AND THEY THREW AWAY MY FOOD?? Right when i walked in the worker looked at me and said sorry we throw away after 10 mins sorry order again! And i was so confused?? And all the workers hide behind the wall they have up behind the counter, so i was standing there for almost my whole break waiting to see any employee so i can tell them what happened. Drive thru Service line was quick, so we thought. Had to wait on the side at the stall number just for 4 hashbrown and 4 sausage cheese egg mcgriddles which took about 20 min wait!! The dude and I came here about 2 weeks ago in August 2021. He had been wanting to try the Saweetie Meal Deal and couldn't wait any longer. The supportive partner that I am , I was totally down with Mc Donald's for a late dinner as our options were pretty slim anything past 9pm or 10pm. We arrived around 9:30pm and the drive thru line was totally wrapped! So instead of waiting in the long line we both have two legs and Waltz inside. McDonalds is seriously trying reduce cashiers so they only have one open Cashier who was sometimes present but appear they are wanting customers to use the self Kiosks, which is what the dude and I did. But we used the Mac Donald's app after realizing we gotta get our deals! The dude got the Saweetie meal which comes with a Big Mac, Chicken Nuggets with Saweetie N Sour Sauce and Fry. I ended up getting a small banana strawberry smoothie, my Spicy Chicken Crispy Sandwich no Mayo, add cheese and bacon. It seemed like forever our order took but they seriously had it ready but it was just sitting there -_- so we tried to ask staff if that was our order and they kept checking it and checking it. It was ours ...just so much confusion. Not as terrible as other locations though. Everything was there except one or my apple pies and no pickle on my sandwich. No Biggy. The dude ended up eating it anyways as I was so princess full. Overall, the dude and I agreed that this location to on Herndon is WAY better then the location on Shaw and Minnewawa area. We also agreed that there is NO way Saweetie eats everything, legit too much food. I didn't even finish my chicken sandwich at all!! I only finished my small smoothie and 2/3 of my sandwich and I tapped out. The dude and I listened to Saweetie songs as he ate her meal which was fun. The only ONLY complaint we had was that we wished the Saweetie Meal came in the cute bags that other customers had :( other than that. We enjoyed the meal and love what Mac Donald's is doing with their partnerships with celebrities! It seriously got us to go xD darn it advertising!! It works and plus the location is beautiful inside and outside. People talk crap about Mc Donald's but it's good when it's good and bad when it is totally bad. Brother my granddaughter here to get her out of the house while her mom's sick. I ordered from my phone on the app for table service, put our table number in as instructed. After 19 minutes of waiting in view of the cashier I went to ask. The young man said is coming right now. 5 minutes later he called my name ama handed me a bag. I asked for the water and drink which he had no idea what that was. The food was not correct, missing items but at that point I was over it. I ordered French fries with no salt as my granddaughter has kidney disease. Of course they were salted. This was a treat for her so I didn't want to make her wait another 20 minutes fire her for. First off, I'd love to give a positive review but the person at second window makes it impossible. Ordered fish San and fries. Fries hot, loighy salted. Great. Fish warm. Bun could be fresher. PLASTIC FOUND INSIDE FOODS: This particular embellishment doesn't seem to care about food safety. On 11-14-2023 I purchases two of the Sausage egg McMuffins. One in particular contained a foreign object (plastic) inside. My daughter chocked on the plastic, and I was able to dislodge the plastic out of her mouth. If I could give no stars I would. They are super slow. One time I came here to get a McChicken and redeem my free one and they took over 15 minutes just to get me a McChicken. Second time I go back and they do the same thing it seems like they just push the parking spot because nothings ever ready and keep them waiting for a long time. McDonald's is already pricier and it seems like the additional pay they gave them was to make them even slower Wasted money here and wasted a coupon here. Was pretty much cut off at what we wanted to order then when we received the order one of our big Macs that was ordered with an extra cheese that was a little over a dollar for an extra slice of cheese wasn't even in or any for that matter. I went in to let them know that we didn't get any cheese so the guy at the counter pretty much went to the back me think it ng he'd get a manager or check what happened and came back with a box with my cheese. I literally laughed and said "oh so I need to add it in?" He replied with a yeah sorry about that.... I've got to say that after the sixth time this one really got me to actually leave a review if I could rate them zero stars I would. I have been living in Clovis for about a year now and I've been going here bc it's convenient but almost every single time it's either terrible customer service or there is actually something wrong with my food. This being the sixth time that I have called and complained about my food, I am also taking the time to upload my meal. My whole meal was wrong they gave my child a Coke when I asked for chocolate milk, but that's not what upset me. My 20 piece McNugget are so stale and hard. My nuggets are not fresh or what seem to be not even 20 minutes fresh. My nuggets appear to look as if they've been sitting out since the morning as you can see in the picture they have white specs from how dry and dehydrated these nuggets are!! I am appalled!! Who could possibly think it's okay to serve these nuggets this way to customers? I called and I asked to speak to a manager as she said it was her speaking I gave her my complaints about my nuggets and I told her that this is unacceptable for her crew to be serving these nuggets this way to customers and she replied with a "sorry but we have teenagers working here" I replied with a " then you should be training these teenagers right. You need to train them better and show them what is right to serve and what is not right to serve, bc I will be reporting this to corporate" Then she apologized. The apology came after she gave me attitude, and trying to justify why I got served stale, old nuggets and after I mentioned corporate. This location needs better management! It's because the managers are not training their "teenage" employees correctly, that we keep getting terrible customer service for about a year now... This is unacceptable. I really hope this location can drop the attitude and become better at serving customers for the sake of representing a corporation in Clovis. read more

And they literally always have good customer service! Especially tonight the lady who was working the register was so friendly and even said for us to have a good night when we were leaving. The people at this location are cordial enough but I don't think they have been trained very well. We attempted to use a app coupon and the computer would not take it, the the person at the window didn't know how to enter it manually so they gave up and said "sorry it won't work" I must be getting old, but they use to work around simple problems like this even if it meant switching it on the computer to another product of the same value and actually talking to a coworker so the order comes out correct at the next window. Speaking of the next window the Mint Oreo McFlurries were not mixed and looked totally gross but after further online investigation this is a common problem everywhere. read more
