The ENTIRE POINT of McDonald's used to be cheap food, open late or 24/7. Shit, now it's just open late. Just came back from their drive-thru for the first time in over a year, and prices have skyrocketed. Still "cheap," but not by fast food standards. The last time I went to a McD's, a small fry used to be on the dollar menu- now the price of that same small fry has now increased by literally 119% (it's $2.19.) Fast food is one of the few businesses that's undoubtedly DRAMATICALLY GONE UP since covid started due to social distancing and REAL restaurants shutting down, and these greedy bastards are price gouging?! I wish I had gone to In-N-Out across the street like I originally planned- but I had decided the line was too long. The line for In-N-Out is long for a damn reason- they serve the best product in this price point by far- no comparison. I really don't ever see a reason to ever come to a McDonald's again- they've priced themselves out of the only advantage they had on anyone. read more

Terrible setup for drive thru and parking lot! Inside counter service is terrible. Don't come during busy hours or you'll be sorry. The restaurant was recently remodeled and apparently there was little forethought to the flow of autos using the drive thru. The drive thru pickup window (2nd Window) is less than 20' feet from the payment window (1st Window). The payment window is less than 20' feet from the order kiosk. This poor layout always causes a long queue line for the drive thru that runs through the restaurant's small parking lot. I'd advise you to park as far away from the drive thru queue line or you will have difficulty getting your auto out of the parking lot once you come out of the restaurant. Inside, the counter service is terrible. Once, I made the mistake of pre-ordering and paying with the mobile app for pickup inside. Once there I had to wait a significant amount of time for my purchase next to other waiting disgruntled customers. There was one cashier (two cash registers at counter) who seemed to be the only one handling both cash register customers and mobile app customers. read more

There curbside is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered at 9:36pm tonight waited over 25 minutes, decided to call to ask where it is. The gal stated there is nothing on the screen as I'm already now in the drive thru. She says go through the drive thru with your receipt- now taking another 10mins. The manager says look there's nothing in the screen when I clearly have a receipt. Meanwhile another manager says to them it was here the whole time. The part that gets me is she says oh here it is and tries to hand it to me- umm 30 mins sitting there, would you eat cold fries and nuggets? I don't think so.. I asked her to make fresh. I'm a manager myself and I would have never thought that was ok. Not once did they try to make it right for the inconvenience. You need to coach to this. read more

I hope McDonald's corporate see this post. You just lost a McDonald's customer. And here's the reason why. I quite frequently come and order breakfast. Your corporation wants to make sure people go through the line so fast that the people that work there have to run NEW through like Cattle. And I know that your motto. As I was at the speaker, I ordered my breakfast, two sausage egg, muffins, no cheese, hash, brown, and large orange juice. The person then tells me to pull forward. When I get up to the line to pay I was told $15.07. I question it. I feel that's too much. She says no it's $15.07. I just say OK cause I'm in a hurry like most of us that go through the lines are. I hand her the money she gives me no change, she asked me if I want the receipt I said OK. Not looking at the receipt. That's my fault. I go to the next window I get my food. As I'm driving away I just tried to look at the receipt. I don't know why but the receipt says $11.84. Now I'm upset with myself a little bit for not looking at the receipt first. But I did question it to the person. She says no $15.07 was correct. But she put in that I gave her cash of $15.07, sorry she didn't she put in that I put cash of $11.84 which was the correct amount did you give me any change back no. So what does McDonald's do with that extra money. Maybe this is a scam. The managers must be telling her to not put in the correct amount. Maybe it's the owner of this McDonald's. But the corporation should stand up and say, why are we not given correct change back if all my receipts is $11.84 When they asked me for $15.07 I understand none of this makes any sense but you lost a customer not because of mistake but because I questioned a mistake. And when I did I was told yes it was $15.07 when it wasn't. Sure glad you need that three dollars more than I need McDonald's. I did call and they told me to come back and get my change. My review is regarding the Manager. My son age 16 had a job interview scheduled with the Manager, my son was early so he waited the 15 minutes until his scheduled time. The Manager shows up only to spend a WHOLE 2 minutes with my son. How on earth do you expect to get to know someone in 2 minutes? Seriously what a waste of time. As a manager myself I value time and always take time during interviews. I thought ordering curbside, and on the app would make it faster, but was the opposite, ordered it about seven minutes before I got there and it said it was ready as I got there. After being BOMBARDED with the New Big Mac Trio Commercials on a daily, I had give in and taste that "OOOOOH". Well Im here to tell you friends, the Grand Big Mac was more like "EEEEWW" That's the problem with pictures as they never factor in FLAVOR. In the commercial the "Grand" looks so good but in reality, left me in no hurry wanting to comeback to McDonald's. Well the Grand Mac is just GRAND in SIZE as the two patties weigh ONLY a 1/3 of a pound of "REAL BEEF" patties as opposed to fake ones lol. Definitely the size is EXAGGERATED by all the BREAD in the makeup of the sandwich. Its topped off with lettuce, mac sauce and two slices of American Cheese Well i was full after eating. Would I suggest going to McDonald's to try the "Trio of Big Macs" the answer is HELL NO! The help was friendly and helpful as they gave me a side of extra sauce with no charge. The Bottom Line...It will be a long time before I go back to McDonalds, that's for sure. read more

Just there for an iced tea. I used the drive through. A bit of a line, but it moved quick. I ask for two splendas in my tea and they add it for me when driving through. Decided to try ordering our lunch and do curbside pickup. The process was easy but the quality of the food was very poor. The app said it would be about 5 minutes once I checked in. Ending up being 10 minutes. When I finally got the food and home. It was old. I actually called to check on the status of my order because it seemed to be taking awhile. The lady that answered said they were swamped and also waiting on food. I figured that meant I would get fresh food. I thought wrong apparently. I rarely go to McDonald's and this is why. Dirty Food was just like every other Wack Arnold's but this was exceptionally disturbing because it was dirty. The playland was filled with adults and children in bare feet. Not just sitting at the playland, actually inside the playland. I have a hard time blaming the employees because 25 year olds should know better (although the staggering amount of bad homemade tattoos suggests they aren't the greatest decision makers) and the rules are clearly posted. You've all heard the saying: "Fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice, shame on me" right? Well this time, it is shame on me. I swore I'd never go here again, but it's been over a year, and I thought I'd give this place another try. Unlike the last time, when I suffered gelatinous fleshy pink (uncooked) chicken nuggets when the drive-through line was ridiculous (and I figured the under-cooked food was due to the rush), I was the only person in line shortly after 6:00am. This time, I ordered a breakfast combo for my spouse and a breakfast burrito for myself. After I drove away, I bit into the burrito, and it was ICE COLD in the center. Come on--this is no monster burrito. The thing is thinner than a banana..How hard is it to nuke the burrito for thirty seconds more to make sure it is fully heated? I mean, I had to wait a minute for them to finish frying the hash brown. That would have been plenty of time to properly de-ice the tiny value menu burrito. There's no excuse for not heating food to the proper temperature. In fact, most food service companies require their employees to sit through long, boring classes or videos that teach the dangers of serving foods that have sat out of refrigeration for too long, or have not been sufficiently heated (or cooked) to the proper temperature. I am confident McDonalds is no exception. Thus, either the employees are skipping steps and rushing through the food prep process, or management doesn't properly train/oversee the food service team at this location. Service today was with a smile, but due to my repeated hazardous experience of eating under-cooked food at this location, I will definitely be a fool to go back. Sad. read more

I called the store and spoke to a manager (lady had an accent, sounds Asian to me) and she informs me to go back and pick it up. This McDonald's is absolutely disgusting. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a McChicken sandwich. As I'm eating the sandwich, I notice something on a piece of lettuce that had fallen into the wrapper. I was shocked and could not believe what I was seeing at first, there was a dead caterpillar on the lettuce. I went back inside and showed the employee. He then proceeded to call his manager. The manager was in disbelief and was very apologetic stating that the lettuce was bad. She then told her workers this too. I told her how could someone making the food be so careless and again she said that she was very sorry and would file a complaint with the corporate. Luckily if it weren't for the piece of lettuce falling out, I probably would have gotten sick. Come on McDonalds, you can do better!!! Every time I have come here (and believe me I wouldn't if it weren't for my kids and those darn French fries) something goes wrong either I have to wait in a stall for what seems like an eternity, and then get the wrong food or missing food or sauces. The last time I went through the "Drive Through" Lol.. (you're supposed to get your food in the drive through), when the nice young man asked me to park in a stall, I said "what if I don't want to"? he answered "well you don't have to" so I waited and waited and waited. Then he gives me the sack, which I briefly looked in as I started driving through and noticed it wasn't the food I ordered at all. Had to park and go inside where I found out they took my bag of food out to a stall, where I should have been. Now we know, they're making everyone park and wait for their food!
