I rarely go to Burger King and the only time that I go here is when I want to try something new. I originally wanted the Boo-ndle but they ran out of everything! They had a few drive thru orders that are pretty heavy and there's no sign of the manager. BOO-NDLE (DIGITAL EXCLUSSIVE ONLY!!!) $12.99 :: JACK-O-LANTERN WHOPPER BURGER : They ran out of the Jack0Lantern buns. So they sub it into the regular one. This is the first time they made a good burger. The burger was perfectly toasted. I can taste the light crunchy bun. The bun is not the best quality. It's on the dryer side. But i was amazed how the fresh meat, sauce, tomato, and lettuce kept the burger juicy. The fresh meat was perfectly cooked and still juicy. When it comes to bacon in a burger, i want my bacon to be still soft and lightly crispy on the side. Yes, the bacon is a bit cold but I'm glad that the bacon was not supper chip crispy. I think they did great on this burger today. RATE : 4/5 4 PC MUMMY MOZZARELLA FRIES : I did not recieve my mozzerella sticks. It's such a hassal to go back for just the sticks. I would totally go back if only they replace the whole order with all the stuff that i wanted. RATE : 0/5 LARGE - DR. The breading on this was not that great. I can still taste the sugar crystals in it and it's not pleasant. The pie/whipped cream part is ok. It just taste like oily chocolate fudge. RATE : 1/5 APP OFFERS : FREE ANY SIZE FRIES w/ MINIMUM PURCHASE OF $3 : I got my free fries from the app. The fries where a mixure of old and fresh fries. It's a bit salty. I haven't come across with a crispy fry at all. The hot one is soft and mushy only. I suggest getting their fries fresh bc their stale fries in not that great. They nice places the fries in the box up right so it was supper full and packed. RATE : 3/5 SERVICE : I honestly think that they need better management here. The team member up in the front helped explain it to me in details. There's lots of things that they have to replace. I can see that the workers were working really hard to get these order done. I ordered my order through the app and when i got there they haven't done my order yet. So i had to wait for a good 15 minutes for my order. Im not sure if they ran out of large bags but i got multiple of small bags for my order. RATE : 2/5 AMBIANCE : I was originally going to go through the drive thru but the line barely move up. Their's only 3 cars before me and i was waiting for a good 3 to 5 minutes there and decided to do a walk-in instead. Inside was nice and clean. Very quiet. Not guest in there. This will be another great review from me for this location. I ordered a breakfast meal, including biscuit sandwiches, on the app. When I got there, a young man shared that they were out of biscuits. No big deal. Stuff happens. And he was apologetic, which means a lot. He offered to give me croissant sandwiches instead, and he would save a couple biscuits for me if I wanted to return the next morning. The croissan'wiches were good, but I had a craving for biscuits. I returned the next morning, and the same young man was there, he remembered me, smiled, and promptly got me another meal, including a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. I tried to pay, but he would not let me. The biscuits were light, buttery, and tender. The eggs were fluffy and not overcooked. Both the sausage and bacon were just right. The hash brown nuggets were hot and crispy, better than a patty. The coffee was good, too. Working in fast food is hard. It's nice to see some people doing it right. read more

Let me preface this with the fact that we don't eat fast food much at all. But at half a dozen times a year, we have a good idea of what a fast food restaurant should provide. Saturated food made quickly, relatively inexpensive (supposed to), and a level of regret for making the decision to eat fast food. This was one of the worst fast food experiences I've had. We ordered 2 Whopper Juniors as quick snacks before soccer practice. While waiting, our number was called up. As I approached, the manager said, "we don't have mayo. Is that okay?" I asked, "do you have ketchup packets?" (As in we've actually been to a burger joint that DOES NOT have ketchup or packs.) They said yes. So we made do. Good news was there was a lot of lettuce, which some places charge extra for. The next guest was called up because they ran out of milk for their milkshake. After learning from other reviewers of this specific franchise location's history, it's sad to say this is a time when a family took over the business... for worse. Yelp reviewers will not look at reviews for fast food because there is supposed to be an innate discipline to reproducing the same product consistently. This place just doesn't have it. Not sure if it's the owners or manager or the owners that have hired family to manager but they absolutely suck at knowing what their store needs because they're always out, of what? Everything. You want a lemonade? Out. Enough wasn't ordered to keep up with supply? Your kid wants a toy with their happy meal, too bad, ran out because not enough ordered. I feel bad for the staff that work there. This is the third time this has happened and the lady at the window looked so embarrassed. She seemed so sweet and tried to give alternative options to what we wanted and okay. I agreed but it's like come on. Keep your store stocked. Tiniest. Whopper. Ever. They were apparently out of full-size Whopper buns, but DID NOT MENTION THIS WHEN I ORDERED. The amount of condiments was suitable for the smaller bun, and the burger was about the size of the smaller bun anyway, so basically they gave me a Whopper Jr for the price of a full Whopper. When I came back inside, unwrapped the burger, and asked about this, the manager didn't just tell me that. No, he picked up the sandwich and handled it, bouncing it around in his hands and spending quite a bit of time touching it, explaining the lack of the buns but explaining that it was otherwise the same thing as a regular one. Then he wrapped it up again and kept it. And stared at me. When I looked at him and asked what I was supposed to do now, he retorted something about what I wanted to do now. He started asking about what I wanted instead, but I just left. The burger-handling and staring match was too weird for me, and the whole thing wasn't in any way good customer service. My wife insisted on going in to get my money back, but I left hungry and disappointed from the sight (and not even the taste) of the tiniest whopper ever. Did I mention that garbage cans were overflowing outside the restaurant and the soda machine was out of order on the inside? A pretty awful experience and possibly the worst experience I've ever had at a Burger King. This location is always a disappointment. Every time I visit I swear it will be the last. Then one of my kids wants to go here. My latest experience - drive thru - Placed my order 2 meals and an added burger. When the total seems way too cheap and the screen doesn't look right I ask to go over the order again. The clerk argues with me that they have the whole order down. Get up to the window to pay again another argument for the clerk to realize they were wrong and missed one of the meals. Now having to wait longer we are finally handed a bag and told, "you can leave now" by the clerk. When I asked where are my drinks? Went through their drive thru and they told me they were cash only, I was not allowed to use more than 1 coupon, I was not allowed to make more than 1 transaction, and I was not allowed to place an mobile order because their internet just happened to be down. Burger King spends millions on their commercials and yet some of their foods tasted like gas station food at best. They should invest more money on their foods, quality and ingredient's than their cheesy commercials. Also when I ordered fries, onion rings you would at least expect some ketchup packages but nope. I honestly don't have a single good thing to say about this restaurant. My first time coming here, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and barely got a glance before someone said to wait. I waited 10 more minutes and was still never helped. Two years later, I decided to give them another try. I stood at the counter behind another family for 5 minutes and then asked them how long they'd been standing at the counter. They'd been there for 10 minutes and still hadn't been allowed to order. I left and walked to another nearby restaurant. I got my food there in 5 minutes, and as I was leaving I noticed that in the 10 minutes I'd been in the area, only one car had been processed through the drive-thru. Basically, this Burger King employs useless people and the management has no intention of changing things. If they are this careless about customer service, I can't imagine how many corners they cut with food safety and quality. At best, I'd imagine week-old fries and stale buns are the norm. man.. if I could give this place zero stars I would. Only have been to this place twice and refuse to go back. First time they give me a normal whopper instead of the impossible and I only noticed after I had already taken a bite. Let me tell you I had stopped going to Burger King years back mainly because of the quality of their burgers preparation, cleanliness (lack of) of most locations and customer service was basically zilch. Loved their fries though but still avoided Burger Kings as much as I could. The young lady at the drive thru asked all the questions, Classic or Deluxe, Spicy or Regular, Combo or single, cheese or bacon. Clearly annunciated every word so that this hard of hearing old man could understand everything that she was asking without me once saying "What?" The sandwich is a robust chicken cutlet with great crispy crunchy breading. The bun was soft and fresh and complimented the crunchy cutlet. I purchased the "spicy" which wasn't too spicy but for a burger place I'm thinking it's giving the chicken places a run for their money in the chicken sandwich category. My purchase was plain but extremely tasty. The crunch of the few pickles that were on the sandwich offset the heat from the "spicy" sauce. Would I come back again................yes I would. Went here the other day and it was partially ridiculous. I went through the drive thru for a simple hamburger. There were 2 cars ahead of me and it still took like 17 minutes. The only good part was that my hamburger was made right. Not as warm as I'd like but it was right. The girl in the drive thru was not very friendly at all either. It's to bad that they are so slow. It's right by my new job and now I know not to go there on my break. Glad there is a taco place next door that's much quicker and appreciative of customers time.
