What a terrible experience!! Loooong wait on an empty drive-thu @ 8 pm, on SUnday, Nov/29/2020. My order consisted of 4 tacos, + a fancy-expensive bacon burger $6.95, + 2 whoppers, + 2 fish sandwiches. So after a 20+ minute wait on the drive-thru, I finally got my order and found that, both of my fish sandwiches were cold and overcooked, and very dry. Perhaps they had been 2 day old fish patties. -- My 2 whoppers were also a big dry-overcooked-not so fresh mess.... To make matters worse, I only got 2 tacos instead of 4. After driving around the drive-thru once more to alert the cashier about my missing 2 tacos, she was quite indifferent and unapologetic. I was forced to wait an extra 5 minutes to get my 2 extra tacos. I never even got a receipt to start with. I'll consider my $24 order mostly a waste of my money. This place was recently remodeled inside and out. It did improve the look dramatically however the food is still the same old crap unfortunately. Also the service really leaves something to be desired. Speak slowly and clearly if you want to get understood here as most employees don't make eye contact or acknowledge your orders. Its definitely not a make it your way place. The bathrooms are "all gender" because that's a thing now apparently. However there's no hooks inside either bathroom for a purse and only a baby changing station on one and one of the "all gender" bathrooms has a urinal???? Not both just one. So if your gender has a stand up action you have a 50/50 chance of picking the right bathroom. For being in Clovis this Burger King must have been the worst I've been to. The smell of burgers "over cooked" (including the visionary evidence of something burning) Ordered our food. Grabbed our cups to only be greeted at the soda machine with NO ICE, and majority of the sodas unavailable. With only one person working the front counter AND drive thru, you could only imagine the trouble it was to ask if she could get us some ice from the back machine. Then came the attempt to find a clean table seemed like a tougher task. The floors were completely dirty and sticky. I went in to this location and ordered two FRESH crispy chicken sandwiches. I don't mind the 8 min wait, as I prefer hot chicken. After my meals had finally showed up, I drove home only to find out that 1 of my chicken sandwiches was fresh, and the other one 6 months old. Disgusting. We haven't eaten from here in years, but thought we'd give it a shot since dinner was late and last minute last night. Nice exterior remodel but the windows are filthy and the drive thru windows having peeling stickers and you can see inside, the equipment looks dirty. We live within 5-8 minutes depending on traffic, but we got home and our burgers were cold/burnt on the edges and the bread was stale. The fries were hot, but super super crunchy with an awful taste like they were fried multiple times. GROSS. We paid over $18 dollars for two whopper meals! I was there this morning at 10:30 am, I ordered a small coffee and 2 Sausage egg Croissant sandwiches. The sandwiches were warm not hot. I'm not complaining about that, but my coffee was so cold it didn't even have steam coming out my cup. The Drive through is horrendous. 8/10 times it's either shut down with a sign, or the speakers broken or someone automatically will put you on hold (mind you, this place rarely has more than 2-3 cars at most sometimes none). After walking in to pick up the order, it was not ready even though there were no customersinside and only 1 car at the drive thru. After waiting 20 she brings out the meal. We ordered Sprite but they are out. The fries were cold and salty. There were 2 small onion rings and a dried up piece of what looked like zucchini in the box, which confirms that the fries were sitting at the bottom of the pan for awhile. The burgers were also cold. I asked for no onions but they had onions in it. They did not include catsup for the fries.
