Holy shits is how I describe this family owned franchise business..... Start's out with me as a contractor who missed breakfast and hungry as hell, needing quick food..... 11:30..... Arrive. Order two jr. whoppers and fries with water. Two customers in there btw. Ordered heavy onions so mine would be fresh... "We don't have any onions in the whole store" he said. Fine.... I will take a discount... Sure, he said. $8.00 later, I got no receipt, and no water cup..........................Wait for it....... 14 minutes later I got my food. My order number was #03..... Food was wrist-warm at best.. But, being hungry as I was, I went for it.. As I polished off the first burger in two bites and started on the second,,, I noticed a dull flavor... Dishsoap... This is when I stopped eating, and kindly headed for the door.. Mind you, when I arrived, I went to wash my hands in their gender neutral head.... only to discover there was no running water and a head that was backed up to the rim by what appeared to be a porcelain voodoo doll dressed like Tailor Swift..... As I went to discard the rest of my meal at the, "Thank You" bin, I discovered it was piled up more than a foot past capacity. Might I tell you that I was battled by some sort of species of fly's that grow to be bigger than VW bugs per portions... Now I was concerned.... As I left this establishment, I tripped over a white plastic box with two holes....... These are traps that help feed the rats with left over burgers... As I looked around, I found four......... Scared as I was, I walked calmly to my truck, as to not cause a scene.... Wow- it's been a long time since I got food from a fast food restaurant that I was this bothered. Ordered through Doordash, got 2 Whoppers, 1 double cheeseburger, 1 large fry, 1 10 piece nuggets. Everything was cold- and it was not my Doordasher's fault (much), as she was fast. I wish she'd have realized the food was not hot and had them fix it, but. The buns were dried out as were the burger patties. The fries were, again, cold, and had no salt. They were limp, not crispy. The nuggets- cold- were the most passable but still were not good. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I waited in the drive through for 25 mins. The drive through associate was a girl who was completely incompetent. She didn't give me a receipt and I saw her get our food through the window and she kept putting the food in the bag then taking it out of the bag twice. She finally shoved the bags through the window and close the window. I finally had to yell at her for our drink! I get home and half the order is missing! Totally incompetent! Went in on lunch break to try the new Impossible burger since there are not many vegetarian choices for a quick lunch. It was on the TMobile Tuesday special so I thought I would try it. It took for ever to get waited on...then the lady ignored me at first, then was super slow and had no idea how to run the code. She screamed at the line person to come help. Very unprofessional. Terrible every single time I come here. Employees can barely do their job right at all and have no customer service skills to speak of. No thinking outside of the box when their equipment malfunctions. Currently here in drive through for 25 mins and haven't even taken my order because the intercom was down. Would've been proactive to send someone out and take orders but fuck it - it's just my time. Went in to ask for a manager - wouldn't even talk to me. Asked for franchise info, cashier "didn't have it." This place flat out sucks Went in to speak to manager. Manager would not come and speak to me. Was given the area reps phone number instead. Was told by the cashier I had no reason to be dissatisfied as the person in front of me ordered 5 combo meals therefore it was her fault. My husband and I were very disappointed with BK! We waited in the drive-thru for about 40 minutes at noon. We were patient, but starving. Now remind you, this is during the covid19 pandemic where you don't go inside! Anyway, we're finally up at the window to pay, and my husband hands them a $50 bill, only to find out they can't take anything larger than a $20! The girls weren't nice. They were both just trying to talk over each other and kept telling us to call corporate!! My husband even to told them we've been waiting in line for 40 min. But all we got was...CALL CORPORATE! Worst fast food experience ever!! After waiting for over ten minutes to place my order at the window, because no one would answer or say a word, I drove up to the pick up window and was just asked how can I help you. I was super confused and asked her should I order here since I've been waiting forever and finally pulled around? She just said yes. Not sorry or I apologize for the wait. So trying to remember the menu I had to remember what the whole family wanted (6 meals in total). Then she comes back sorry we ran out of sprite. If I could give this restaurant -0 stars I would!! My friend and I went in to try there tacos they have been advertising on TV..OMG the place was filthy! The tables all were dirty, the floors, the employees were also very dirty looking!! They had no ice, and when we ordered our tacos, we had to wait forever til they came!! It was not even busy, and when they came they were the most disgusting looking things I have ever seen, the meat looked old, and burnt, we immediately threw them out and left!! Also the kitchen was filthy, all the waste baskets were overflowing, plus my friend went in bathroom and that was so bad we left!! No paper towels or toilet paper!! We just went through this drive thru and the customer service is HORRIBLE! I will never go again. Would not give a receipt. Mask wasn't on correctly. I wanted to add something to my order and the cashier refused to. We tried both at the ordering screen and the window. No one had gloves on that we could see. The cashier and another person in the back were talking and had us waiting for several minutes. Cashier was extremely rude.....no wonder she wouldn't give us a receipt. Haven't been to a burger king in years and decided to get a breakfast sandwich. They had the 2 for 4 deal so I got 2. First off the staff seemed like they didn't care and were goofing around. I get my sandwiches and they are cold. I was on my way to work so didn't have time to go back or else I would've. The bread was so stale and old that it started to break apart and crumble. The eggs and bacon inside were not hot at all. It was very frustrating. But it reminded me why I don't like to eat there. I know its fast food and not expensive but at least be hot! read more

I would start by saying that your product was my favorite for a very long time. But recently your service is so bad that I will not ever go back. it is unfortunate because your sandwich is so much better than the one across the street from you but the service is so superior that they have a constant flow of traffic when you only get the people that are not willing to be in the long line. I won't be going back to any Burger King ever. I commute and go thru Los Banos to work. They are very very slow there. It is riduculous. 15 Minutes in line with only 3 cars in front of me at 1 AM. The one in Clovis at Herndon and Clovis Ave. is bad too. I waited in line for 18 min. with only 3 cars in front of me. I ordered an original chicken sandwich combo. The fries were warm not hot and when I got home I saw my chicken sandwich had absolutely no lettuce and barely any mayonnaise. Pretty much dry. I tried calling them but no one answered. I let it ring until it cut me off. 5 times. No customer service at all. This makes me sad because I have been going to them since I was a child and I am now 56. I ordered my food through the drive-thru. Parking lot was empty and there was no line. I ordered a whopper combo, stacker king combo, and the new steakhouse king burger. After I order, I was inform that they only take cash for now. I'm like okay I got cash. Drove up to the window and the supervisor took my cash and than walk away from the window and not even giving me a receipt and she went hiding for like 10 plus minutes. I wasn't sure what she was doing but she walk away from the window and counter. I waited and saw a girl came from the back and started cleaning and picking up trash from the floor and she wasn't even wearing glove and washing her hand. She saw that the trash was full so she use her barehand to push the trash down. After that she started to bag food and fries, she then saw me by the window. She came and told me "I just saw you now and I was wondering what were you doing here by the window." I told I am still waiting for my food. She than apologize. She handed me my food. I told her I never got my drinks. She then started to make them. After I got all my food, I check I got 3 burger and two fries and two drinks. I should be good, right? That's not all. When I got home, all my burgers were just two pieces of bread and one patty with a small amount of lettuce and half a slice of cheese and some A1 sauce. I was like "this is nothing like I what I order". Bad customer service and bad wait time when there are no line and bad food control. I am not coming to this spot anymore even if it's in a decent area. No wonder the Yelp review here is bad. read more

Approximately 1:30pm 3-24-21 I stopped by burger king at 820 herndon ave in clovis, ca. for lunch. I had to use the bathroom really bad. I am a senior, disabled with bad back problems & mobility issues. I don't get a notice that I need to use the bathroom until it's practically too late. I was rushing to the bathroom, I was already inside the door when I was confronted by a young, tall hispanic employee yelling at me. Due to loud background noises & the yelling I could not understand what he was yelling about I could not read his lips due to him wearing a mask. I had to use the bathroom so urgently I was going to urinate in my pants to my embarassment & horror. I had my pants down & 2 male employees one who was the manager repeatedly opened the door & held door open & stood in doorway of bathroom yelling at me. There was so much background noise I wasn't sure at 1st what they were yelling about. I kept telling them I'm in the bathroom, I have my pants down!! They did not care. They walked in on me & held door open at least 3 times. There is no stall door & no privacy. The door would not lock. Door was not blocked, locked or roped off. But when I walked out of the bathroom I saw that I was blocked in. They pushed 2 very big trash receptacles in front of the entry way. I could not get out & they would not move them for me. So I pushed with app my might to move one of the trash receptacles. Those things are large & heavy. I was so upset & embarrased & horrified at the treatment I received. And to my astonishment I was followed out of the store by the manager who was taking pictures of me & my car. He was threatening to call the police on me & telling me he had my license plate. I was just floored that burger king was going to call the police on me because I had a medical emergency and had to use the bathroom. I asked the manager to identify the male emplyee who opened the bathroom door and he denied it & refused to identify the other male employee. So I only have a picture of the manager. I have also contacted corporate head quarters to report this incident! I will never frequent a burger king restaurant. read more
