Husband ordered a sandwich online. He used the points his earned points. When I went to pick up the sandwich, I was told by an employee that the owner Voided the purchase. The employee did not know why. He showed me the receipt that said Void. I asked the employee if it was because the owner did not want to honor the points. He was very polite but did not have an answer. My humble opinion: I cannot imagine any other reason the order would not go through other than the use of points and the store owner not wanting to honor sub club points. Any other reason could have been resolved as I was in the store. I watch the employee make a sandwich for another customer. I did ask the employee there was a small charge on the receipt and he said it should go back to the card the next day. I asked the owners name and apparently Mr. B.S, (initials) also took over the subway near Quail Lake. If you are not going to honor the points that are advertised as sub club then you should note it on your website and in store, In my humble opinion, this seems to borders on fraud. Stopped by here on a weekday evening, and got a footlong sandwich combo as well as a footlong cookie. I have to say that the dining area is very spacious and clean, and all chip racks were seriously, unbelievably fully stocked with multiple options. Beverage area with fountain drinks and bottle options is a nice touch too! Service was friendly, and my sandwich request of having the meat and cheese separate was no problem. All veggies were fresh. Two reasons for not getting the final star to reach that 5-star rating. 1) The bread is ok, it does the job, but not as soft and fresh tasting as it once was- and I can say that after 3 visits here recently. 2) The footlong cookie is not as appetizing as expected, resembled like if you microwave raw cookie dough, consistency wise- I recommend the regular cookies at the counter instead, much tastier. I know for next time, stick with the classics. This Subway deserves no stars. One star is too kind. My husband and I recently had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. My husband had reward points to use, so we placed an online order through the Subway app for a free footlong using points and upgraded it to a combo. The app accepted the order and confirmed pickup at 3:15 PM at this location. We arrived around 3:00 PM and there was no line. By 3:10 PM, my husband checked in with the employee behind the counter (who unfortunately was not wearing a name tag) and asked if they could start making the order early. The employee responded by saying, "My grandpa voided the order." When my husband asked why, the employee explained that they don't accept discounts at their store. My husband explained that the Subway app allowed the order to go through for that location and that we had driven about 10 minutes to pick it up. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the employee told us that if we had complaints we could email his grandfather at 4VIKSINGH@GMAIL.COM. This was extremely frustrating because the order was accepted through the official Subway app, yet the store refused to honor it after we had already driven there. If this location does not accept rewards or discounts, it should not appear as an eligible location in the app. We ended up leaving and going to The Habit for lunch instead. We will also be contacting Subway corporate regarding the situation. Young employee from India was rude and disrespectful, unsafe and dirty. He accused me of disrespecting after making an observation that their serving now (I'm 80 yrs old, 20-yr retired military) compare to in the past is skimpy. He accused me of disrespecting him and refused to serve me after he had started my sandwich already. I saw him returned the tuna salad back to the serving tray and who knows what he would do with the bread. I had a problem with the app, and I went into the store and tried to explain it to the 2 workers, The registered person said he had nothing and was trying to ignore me. First off, I placed my order while driving to Clovis IOT, I was at the intersection of Herndon and Willow. On the app I selected the closest to me Subway (thinking it was the one on Herndon and Willow, as I was across the street) I placed my order and drove over. COVID-19 phase: The worker was masked and masks are required. I ordered a spinach wrap with chicken, all veggies, pepper jack and avocado. Everything looked fresh and tasty! The store is very clean. The chicken spinach wrap was really delicious! Just how it looked! Fresh and tasty! The pepper jack and jalapeños added a nice spicy kick too! Plus, half is plenty. I am baffled!!!! Me and two friends of mine walked into this store around 8:40. They were two girls who were helping one of my friends while me and the other waited by the cashier. Mind you we were in mid conversation and already laughing while walking in.
