The Manager was soooooo very kind, professional at the utmost and very very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help me. I have a Heart Condition called Ventricular Tachycardia plus My legs are Crippled. I also have Multiple Sclerosis. How did he show mercy on me as a DISABLED WOMAN CUSTOMER? He gave me free Transmission Fluid since it was low. I'm unable to keep up my maintenance lately due to increased pain and declining weakness which comes on naturally from my conditions. This was very kind and merciful of him. He also did a very thorough Computer Diagnosis on my Vehicle which he didn't have too at all everyone. I have a bad Transmission Slippage problem diagnosis. My gears 3 to 5 need replacement plus the electric connectors are failing in my vehicle. He was kind enough to say, the costs to fix it , I was better off getting a new car in two months time. I can't afford a newer car right now at all. Do I'm praying everyone for better Car Days for me. PLEASE ALWAYS RECOMMEND THIS JIFFY LUBE ON COUNTRY CLUB AND BASELINE. The worst oil change experience I've had. We got there and was greeted by a nice guy, ended up waiting about 15 min for a stall to open up (only 2 were open), which was fine. Then a different guy walks over and just awkwardly stands by the driver side door and doesn't say anything for a few seconds. It was a small enough place that I wasn't expecting to get out of the car, like 90% of my oil change experiences so we weren't aware that we needed to get out. Then he tells us we have to get out, takes the keys and pulls it forward and we're left standing there. The tiny little lobby wasn't super obvious. The nice guy who greeted us ended up taking us into the lobby. It took an hour once the car was actually pulled into the spot for a simple oil change. Nobody said anything to us until 30 min in where they got the normal information. It was just so weird, the slowest oil change I've ever seen, and felt wholly unprofessional. I've had pleasant oil change experiences, I'm not expecting the red carpet, but it was just weird, lol. Will not be going back. read more

After having my oil changed , my window sticker oil changed mileage recommendations next service due came off. So I went back to my neighbor Jiffy Lube to get a next service recommendation due and Randy the manager incorrectly added 5000 to my current mileage instead of from the last oil change mileage which put my vehicle oil changed services over 3,000.00 miles. When I showed Randy the simple task to write a sticker recommendation with such simple math incorrectly done. What bothers me the most is that when I complain to Randy he did not even apologize. He comments where running my vehicle with a quart oil low and way over time to service my vehicle for best results would not impact my vehicle. Basically saying his fault on this matter is not important and nothing will happen. read more

A week after This Jiffy Lube changed the oil on my CRV I checked level and it was low. I found the drain plug was barely finger right and oil was leaking out. I have been going here for years but this time around I am so shocked at the service that I will not be going back and will advise others not to to as well. I came in with my change oil light on and the low tire light on as well thinking that both would be addressed when I had the service done. In visits pass my air filter has been shown to me since I almost have to have this changed every time (live in a dusty area) and it was never mention in the conversation. The service seemed to quick to what I am use to that I am not even sure they changed the oil. I say this because after service I looked at my dashboard and the low tire light was ON!!! Here as part of the check list on my invoice shows that Tire pressure F35 R35 was done AND Oil level prior to service "FULL". So disappointed **SMH** NOTE: Tried to make the complaint to corporate via website and couldn't even do that. read more

They knew what kind of oil my new car required, were honest with me about additional services not really being needed, and even rotated my tired by hand because their pneumatic gun had been stolen. We recently had one of our work trucks serviced by Jiffy Lube. After the service we took our vehicle to the Dodge dealership because it was running roughly. The truck was under warranty but Tempe Dodge said that it was running roughly because of the oil change. I call Jiffy Lube because Tempe Dodge said that it was due to the oil being overfilled. Jiffy Lube immediately took action and drove over to the Dodge dealership to verify the claim. After noticing that Tempe Dodge had not even started working on the truck and that the truck had not been over filled with oil, they picked the truck up for me, took it to their own shop and checked the amount of oil that was in the truck. As suspected, Jiffy Lube had put the exact amount of oil that was required by Chrysler and the reason for the truck running rough was because of an improper air filter that was installed. They save me $1300 that Tempe Dodge was going to charge me for a problem that didn't exist. JD and John and all the guys over at Jiffy Lube did an awesome job and really stepped up on an issue that wasn't theirs to begin with. We will be taking all of our work trucks to them. read more

I have been here once before with no issues. I came back because I was satisfied with my first service. This time I thought they went way too fast. They finished my oil change and changed my air filter. I left there and drove on the highway, the engine sounded louder than before when I gave it gas. I get to my friends and check my engine. Oil level is ok, then I see my airfilter box is not closed on one side. I get it clipped back in and I found one of their multi tools left under my hood. I kept that for next time I would give it back. On the way home my car started to want to die at stop lights. I stop at autozone and find the emission hose to be cracked, it hooks up to the air box. I replaced that hose and no issues. Well my car runs good through my vacation to Colorado and almost back, about 1000 miles, and check engine light comes on 150 miles from my destination. Head there and have the code checked. It said that engine has wrong engine oil viscosity. I have a 2006 Chrysler 300c with 149,000 miles and only 15,000 on the engine. So a brand new engine. I call them up and say they put right synthetic oil and right weight. Well they didn't want to do anything for me, I told them they lost a customer, which they have. I go to change my own oil this time, one bolt was missing on my plastic cover on the bottom and they used the wrong size of filter. The fittings fit up but the diameter of the filter is half the size it is supposed to have. I bet the one they put on their was for a 4 cylinder. I put in my trusty Castrol and have had no issues. Never had an issue with Castrol. I'm not sure if they used the right kind of oil or that the penzoil was not the best. Either way, just not closing the air box right lost my business. After all of this I will never be back. Be careful with this location. Don't trust it. read more

Shocked by the price of an oil change $65.00 for synthetic (barrel of oil is $40) they did give me $10.00 off the total which was nice BUT when I got into my car to drive away...my hands were covered in oil from my interior door handle and armrest to the gear shift, steering wheel. Don't forget the outside left front fender and the front of my car was covered in dirty oil....including the exterior door handle and a nice smug on my door. What a greasy mess....I have never had this happen at this location. VERY upset and will NOT go back there again. read more
