There were four of us so we ordered two pizzas, two orders of wings and some meatballs. The chef brought out our pizzas timely and couldn't have been a nicer dude, making sure we had everything we needed. The pizza was incredible, the wings were perfection and the meatballs were juicy (and better than any meatballs I tried on my journey through Columbus' "best meatballs" list). There were ZERO leftovers. Incredibly, afterwards we were able to move our stuffed bellies over to the basketball arcade game and end our evening with some friendly competition. Sometimes pizzas of this size are too floppy, but the crust was sturdy without being rigid. The Deluxe has sausage, pepperoni and banana peppers, and that's all that it needed. Well, except for a little more sauce in my opinion. The Italian sub, on the other hand came packed with ingredients. Almost too many (I'm looking at you, lettuce!) It was nice to try something other than pizza for my first time there, but any return trips will focus on the 'za for sure.

We started with the Parmesan breadsticks and got both the garlic butter and pizza sauce for dipping. I took one bite with the pizza sauce and immediately thought, "Yep. THAT'S IT." Something about their red sauce just does not work for me. It's incredibly thick -- almost like drywall mud -- and while it definitely has flavor, it's just not a flavor my taste buds enjoy. HOWEVER...the breadsticks with the garlic butter?! Some of the best I've had. Seriously delicious. So this time I decided to avoid the red sauce altogether and ordered the chicken pesto pizza. And THAT was the move! It was fantastic. The crust was perfect, the toppings were delicious and plentiful, and the pesto worked so much better for me. My daughter devoured her BBQ chicken pizza, my sister thoroughly enjoyed her six cheese, and those breadsticks were so good that I ordered another batch to take home. Our server was super friendly and efficient and the vibe inside was chill. So after all these years, I can finally say it: I DO like Adriatico's! ...I just have to stay far, far away from that red sauce.

We came to Grandview Theater to try Fibonacci's pizza while seeing the new Michael Jackson movie…read more We ordered a pizza and one of their sandwiches, which is made using the pizza dough. The sandwich was honestly the highlight of the meal. It was delicious, and the pizza dough as the bread was such a unique touch that you really don't find at many Italian sandwich spots around Columbus. The pizza itself was just okay. As you can see from the picture, the toppings weren't distributed very evenly, so some slices had mostly sauce with barely any cheese while others had way more toppings and cheese but less sauce. I also wish the pizza had been cooked a little longer overall because it was pretty floppy and doughy. One thing that makes it tough is that once the movie starts, it's hard to go back and ask for changes or anything since the theater is packed and getting in and out of the seats feels disruptive. We'll definitely be back to Grandview Theater because we love the experience overall, but next time I'll probably stick to the sandwiches and popcorn and skip the pizza.

The best part about the pizza in my opinion was the right amount of sauce. Red sauce can be overpowering and on this pizza it was not.
