We ordered the hot honey pepperoni pizza, the meat lovers pizza, and the meatballs. It was very good! Especially the hot honey one. We are new in town from Denver, and as an out of town-er it was nice to know there is a great pizza spot nearby. We had this delivered and it was pretty fast. I feel that with any pizza delivery it is worth it to crisp the crust in the oven on very high heat briefly, which we did. It was wonderful. For the meatballs they were super simple little units that were a great addition to our meal. read more

We called in an order and were quoted a 25 minute wait time. We were picking up, so we headed over after about 20 minutes and went inside. There were only 2 people waiting in front of us at the time. Fast forward an hour later, the girl behind the counter asked what our names were at least ten times, and at least eight other customers came in and received their food and left. Finally we had to repeat our order to the cook again because they lost our ticket, but then they realized they had our pizza the entire time, but had misplaced it. They refunded our money at least, which really helped with the bitterness of the inconvenience. Once we were able to eat though, we realized the entire time we waited, our wings and breadsticks had sat on the shelf. The wings had a sour taste to them so we threw them out. The rest of the food seemed fine, but we won't be returning to this Donatos. read more

I honestly love Donatos. It's my favorite pizza. I no longer live in the Columbus area yet I somehow always make time for it when I'm in town. I'm honestly not a huge pizza person, but I can eat this stuff all the time. The sauce isn't too thick, it's thin and tasty. The crust is thin. It's a lighter slice than huge traditional pizza slices. Standard pepperoni is the way to go. I've had delivery many times and never experienced any problems. They are friendly and usually very good with communication. It's a guilty pleasure but hey, it's good. read more

Update-called to get a refund for at least the Mariachi Beef and she acted like I was LYING about the pizza being burnt because she said she made it herself, and said she could only do a store credit. I don't want a store credit because I most definitely will not be returning. So she offered another pizza. Ordered delivery to hotel. We asked for a large pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and green peppers. Also asked for plates and napkins. The pizza arrived in a short time but no napkins, plates, mushrooms or pepperoni. Called the restaurant to complain that we paid for items that we did not receive and was told to call Door Dash and complain to them. Would not recommend this restaurant! The location is super convenient for anyone in the downtown Dublin area. This location is pretty small, so it's definitely best for pick-up/delivery. The staff are very friendly. They deliver pretty quickly too, even during normally busy hours. If you're across the river at any of the businesses on Riverside Dr., pickup is obviously an option, but if you're at Pins Mech, for example, Donato's delivers there frequently too. The prices are super reasonable. The margherita pizza is probably the favorite in our household. Definitely recommended for late nights. They usually have things ready for pick up/delivered either early or on time. read more
