I love Macros pizza, the inconsistency of each pizza ordered at the East Dublin-Granville location has a lot to be desired. I ordered medium with pep, sausage and onion. What I received is a gulp of pep and sausage in the middle of the pizza, nothing along or near the crust, the best was 4 little pieces of onion. You can view pictures below. I ordered the cinni bread it was crispy. I did not take a picture of it. At this point I am pissed that I keep giving them the opportunity to try and make a consistent product. This review is for the location at 2760 E. Dublin Granville Rd - Columbus OH. This is the best pizza on this side of town with Grandad's 2nd and Masseys coming in 3rd. I order from this location at least once a month. The toppings are plentiful and fresh. The old world pepperoni is my go to choice because of the crispy edges. And the coupons for online ordering are the best. See picture of the deluxe pizza and receipt for this pizza I purchased on 4/12/25. The employees are always friendly and accommodating if I make any special requests. The service is quick and the pizza is always hot when I pick it up!! Well pretty much done with this place at this point. Things used to be really great here. The pizza was ready on time, the staff was great. But something changed recently and now this place is awful. The guy at the front is wearing slides and mumbles. The guys making the pizza in the back are singing loudly. And this would all be fine if my pizza wasn't 10m late. I'm not used to this awful customer service and the only reason I came here instead of going anywhere else is because it's close. I won't make that decision again. I wasn't greeted when I walked in, I stood for 5 min waiting to be helped and a driver and the manager were cashing out while the lobby was full of unhelped people. Ordered online for Mom, since it was handy. Decent selection of pizzas, subs, wings. She got a build your own with meats and veggies, and there were plenty of toppings on a decent crust (she got their regular.) By the time you add stuff to a small it can get fairly expensive, but it worked for her in terms of size and price. I had a couple of slices: tasty, solid pizza. I usually get Romeo's Pizza, but a friend of mine said that this was way better. So I tried it. As per usual I ordered a side of pizza sauce to dip the crust in. Oh...my...goodness. The sauce must have been sitting there since 1990! It was nearly black in color and tasted HORRIBLE! It literally made me wretch. (I'd add a picture but Yelp is having issues at the moment) I paid the same I would have paid at Romeo's Pizza, but I got canned ingredients on the Marco's pizza, such as the mushrooms, and no black olives like I would normally have had on a similar pizza from Romeo's. Ugh! The ingredients are fresh and abundant at Romeo's. Furthermore, the pizza was also quite soggy. Total Bummer! Total waste of $25 bucks! I spoke to the a "manager" named Jessie shortly after trying the pizza. I informed him of the sauce and he asked if I still had the sauce. I told him yes. But that was all he asked about it. He merely stated that he'd put a credit in the system for me in the event I wanted to try making myself throw up again. (My words, not Jessie's.) I think I'll NOT take advantage of that. Once I've wretched, I can't stomach the thought of eating that co's food again. Sorry. I tried to originally order the pizza strictly online but it would only bring up 2 soda features, neither of which was root beer. We all know Root Beer is a must with pizza. :-) So I called and the gal who answered said she'd see my order when it came in and she'd take care of it. She did! And that's the ONLY reason why there are 2 stars instead of one. Also I couldn't find any specials online. I had to call to get those and then go back online to order. The new online ordering does not recognize coupon codes for coupons that I was just emailed as part of having a Marco's account. Also to add extras is not an option. The choices are either "regular" or "sub". Another thing that is a pain is having to login each time I have tried to order. Gave it 3 tries over the last week or so and gave up and called Donato's each time. App redirects to the online ordering site which is terrible. Ordered and paid for a small 5 topping pizza and a side of pizza sauce. I didn't receive the sauce so I called the store, eventually I decided to have them remake the order and give back the pizza that was already delivered. Well Becca, the manager, failed to make sure the call was disconnected before she started talking s@&÷ about me and how I was an ass for needing the sauce..that I paid for, for my meal to be complete. If I wanted to eat a dry pizza, I would not have ordered extra sauce. She was actually angry she had to remake my order. After about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes of listening to manager Becca and employees from the Marco store #3519 ridicule and bash me for wanting what I paid for, I hung up so I could call back to cancel my order. I suggested that she make sure the line is in fact disconnected prior to a b!#@h session about the customer whose order you are currently preparing. She said " so you don't want me to remake the pizza?" I asked her "really!? Do you really think I'd eat food that you prepare after hearing what you and your employees said about me?" This is when I asked her name. After hanging up I realized I needed a refund for the pizza sauce (it's the principle). Since I paid cash she gave me the options of going to pick up the 79 cents or receive a credit of $5. I opted for the credit but only wanted the 79 cents I paid, since she seemed to be in disbelief that I wanted a refund even though it was only .79 cents. $21 down the drain, could not eat dry pizza. This would have been a three star review however, the very coupon they post on their yelp page they won't even honor! Don't waste your time with it. The owner says they do not except yelp coupons. About the pizza, I've had better much better. We ordered the extra large pepperoni. It was decent, but I would much rather have had a pizza from Costco. They tried to give the crust flavor with seasoning so I give them credit for that. But overall, the sauce was just OK, and the pepperoni were mostly burnt. Maybe they were just having a bad night, but if you're looking for a good pizza definitely try the mellow mushroom. read more

No doubt the best chain in the neighborhood. They have great food and even better customer service. I've been in the industry a long time and honestly can say the GM of this location should be thankful to have a crew like this one. They are polite and funny, and you can tell they are being themselves instead of corporate robots. I have picked up and had my food delivered and both options garner you a hot pie. Flavor crust is not as extensive as the short - lived Hungry Howies in this area, but still delicious. The toppings on the pizzas are FRESH which means they know how to order their product to ensure it's freshness. Store is always clean and stocked. My 8 year old loves their boneless wings and I especially love their salads because they don't act weird when I ask to add pineapples and jalapenos to them. It's seriously good chain pizza. I give the blasted 4 star for two reasons. I wish they had their own house made Italian dressing and if only their sauce had that mom and pop old school oregano and sweet basil punch. I love me some pizza! Especially when I have the option of old world pepperoni! Ordered our pizza on a whim, as we had gone in to rent movies from the Family Video. This Marco's location shares space with a movie rental store. You can call ahead and pick up, choose delivery, or you can order at the window from inside the Family Video. They also have their own store front with a separate entrance. The pizza was YUM for a standard, run-of-the-mill delivery pizza chain. As I mentioned earlier, the old world pepperoni made the pizza for me. We ordered one of the local specialty pizzas--don't remember the name, but it's feature was a combination of old world and traditional pepperoni. Wedge cut slices, garlicky, buttery crust, perfect amount of cheese. We'll be back. There are other pizzas I want to try! read more

Tonight we ordered from Marco's and requested contact free delivery. When the driver arrived she told us we had to sign for it using her pen. How does that constitute contact free delivery? If you value your health and the health of your family don't order from Marco's. Plus the health of the delivery drivers is also being compromised. Instead try Donatos, Dominos, or Papa Johns. Like another reviewer here, I am a fan of their Italian sub. I also found it to have a greater amount of meat and cheese and thinner bun (less bready) than many comparable subs in town. Overall the food was good and the prices are what I'd expect for a pizza place but when I ordered wings I paid for the 15 and only got 10,and they also forgot my dressing for salads and ranch for the wings and there have been several occasions where they forgot garlic cups and little things like that which I ordered and paid for. The delivery driver was extremely impatient when I was giving him the money and seemed in a rush and basically handed/ threw me my food and ran back to his car. Next time I probably will just pick up the food and maybe I'll have the correct order and not waste my money. read more

I always dismissed Marcos, thinking it was like a Little Caesars or Pizza Hut (a big chain with greasy flavorless pies) but I had a coupon and thought I would give it a try. Boy was I mistaken. Great flavors. I got a thin crust and it was perfectly crispy and browned. There wasn't that layer of uncooked dough some pies can have. The toppings were fresh and flavorful. The sauce wasn't overbearing or acidic. It was in the background and added to the flavor profile rather than dominate it. The bread sticks were fresh but dry. They provided ranch and pizza sauce for dipping but they didn't take away the need for a sip of water after each bite. They needed butter. Instead it was just bread with cheese on top. If that's what their normal pizza crust is like (most places use the same dough for both) then I would stick to the thin crust. That being said I didn't deduct a star for it. I don't normally order breadsticks, they were part of the coupon I used. All I cared about was the pizza. The reason a star was taken is because the delivery time was over an hour. It was a Wednesday night so I can't imagine they were that busy. I ordered online and it promised a 40 minute time. Regardless, I will anticipate the delay in the future and will definitely order again. read more

This location of Marco's is absolutely amazing. Not only is the food awesome, but there service is the best you will ever find. We ordered pizza tonight and they were so quick in delivering it that we didn't get the note on the front door in time while we were in the backyard. They called us 2x on our home phone, but we forgot the phone in the house. When I realized it was getting late, I checked the machine and saw they left 2 messages. We called them back and they sent someone out right away...no questions asked...completely our fault. My husband ordered pizza on March 28,2019 from here. When he went to pic up the pizza the pizza was made wrong. He voiced that the pizza was made wrong. The staff and management was very rude to him. They told him that he would have to pay for another pizza along with the pizzas that were made wrong. He explained that he would not do that. He's only going to pay for the pizzas that were correct. The manager told him that they were not re making any pizza, and would not give him his money back and to get out of the store. The employees and management were very rude and the customer service was terrible. My husband then called the police. The police arrived to handle the dispute between my husband and the pizza staff. The cops advised us to call corporate. The staff said they would remake our pizzas. We'd decide not to do that because we didn't trust that they would not spit in the food or so somethimg to it. So we were out of about $30 and no pizza. We will never come back again! read more
