Room-mate ordered a Jets. Ours is a 2 min drive. Best pie Ive had in a very long time

Ordered online so I could just swoop in a pick up. Got to the location one minute after my promised pick up time- walked in to the front counter and was not greeted/approached/acknowledged for a good 6 minutes. And it wasn't like they were strapped for workers- I saw several people anger in and out from the back- one even walked right past me and out the front door. A simple pick up ended taking 10 minutes- even though my order was ready before I got here. I will say that once the young lady asked me my name, I was given my order quickly after that... but I spent a lot of time being ignored before that. Service is lacking at this location. read more

Had a pizza delivered by doordash from jets. So bad it was inedible. It was greasy and the sauce was bitter. I called the shop that made it. Woman who said she was manager did not want to hear about the pizza. She claimed to not have any way to verify it. She didn't want to hear this courtesy call. She couldn't get past that doordash was not her responsibility. I finally told her to shut up about doordash! Terrible pizza, terrible management. Only thing good was actually doordash. read more

I had a unusual experience in which someone showed up to claim my order, paid, and canceled the order so that when I showed up there was no order. The little manger lady was so nice and willing to rectify the situation at any cost. She ask me to pull over and wait 10 min. while she remade the order. Also, I asked her to replace one of the pizzas for a different one and she had no problem doing that The order was made around 20 minutes or so but quickly considering. We have lots of options for pizza with thin and crispy crusts on this side of town, but when my family and I want a nice thick crust and lots of sauce, Jets is our go-to! Their 8-corner pizza is delicious and cheesy bread is great. We recently got the Eugene specialty pizza and it was awesome. Delivery is always either on-time or early, and service is great in the store when we do pick up. Parking is right in front of the store, so it's easy to run in and grab your order. They also sell pizza by the slice, which we've never gotten but would be a good lunch option. read more

Customer service is very poor here. The employee named "Mia" was extremely rude to us. We are visiting from out of state for military obligations. When told our total my husband said wow that seems like a lot for the little we are getting. Come to find out we had been over charged. We had to wait for someone at the counter for a while just to let them know and to get our money back. When we got back to our hotel my husbands pizza was all wrong. Was supposed to have no onions on it and hand tossed. What he got was deep dish and onions on it. Horrible place truly wouldn't recommend to anyone. Service at the Sunbury ohio location is a joke! The manager is rude and doesn't care if they put you out one bit! Ordered pizza online at 4:50, says pizza will be ready at 5:10. get there at 5:20 and they didn't even start the pizza. They said that the printer didn't print out the order but they will get it ready now and will be ready in 20 mins! Really? We have to wait another 20 mins? Manager said they have been having problems with them printing out the orders. Well don't you think if this is a reoccurring issue you would check non stop for orders that are coming through?? Absolutely no apology from the manager, instead, he acted like he didn't care if they was putting us out! The pizza is good but the service is bad, at my last and final visit there. I am paying cash this year and reading my receipts. I was due $4.02 change. The lady gave me the $4 and when I asked for my change she looked puzzled. Long story short I informed the lady that by not giving me my change was stealing. Still no apology. Stated she was out of change. Finally the manager brought change. All she had to do was ask for change from manager. My wife and I love this pizza and have been ordering weekly for almost five years. The company in the last few months updated there computer system and it has become a pain to order online. I do however like ordering this way as you can see all costs added to the order as the order is being made. Tonight I ordered as normal and did not see any pizza in over an hour. Called the store and they did not receive an order. They had me check my order and the order was placed in their Grandview store. Called the Grandview store and they said they did delete my credit charge. So all in all, we do like their pizza, but there website sucks big time, especially since their "updates to the website!" We are now looking for new pizza shops that we can support out here near Reynoldsburg. read more

I was hanging with some friends that recently moved and we were all pretty hungry. We jumped on Yelp to find a pizza place nearby and Jet's popped up. I was a bit leery about ordering from Jet's because other reviews were reporting subpar experiences, but I gotta tell ya, we must've drawn the long stick because it was pretty awesome! The pizza arrived right on time and was hot and tasty. We spilt the pizza into two different types and it was delicious. We demolished the pizza in short order and all agreed Jet's deserved to go the reorder list. read more

If I could give less than one star I would! After waiting over an hour, I was told to hold for a manager because my order to NOT showing in their system. Another 4 minutes later Manager Rick Informed me that a driver came to my address and did not get an answer...WRONG! Because we were waiting in a pizza. I hung up and checked my account....of course the cost was deducted! Called back and RICK said I don't know what to tell you except your money will appear back in your account in..... Two days or so! Only gets 3 stars because the pizza and breadsticks are absolutely amazing!! However, every time we order from there they mess it up! This happens every time without fail. They make the best deep dish pizza I ever eat, I can't say the same for the steak & cheese deli, there was only the shadow of the steak and the cheese....... I love Jets pizza. I'm a fan of east coast pizza and their hand tossed pie really get me going. There aren't many pizza places in Columbus with bubbles in the crust and I love that. Delivery was also right on time a little early from the expected 45 minutes in fact. Super tasty. I'm so happy. read more

Overall, it was a flavorful pizza. I like a sauce that does more than wet the crust and Jet's sauce does than. The cheese is a bit chewy and the crust is a bit dry. The pepperoni also curled, this point toward a long bake time. I would suggest a higher bake temp and a shorter bake time. Try to pull some heat off the top to avoid breaking that cheese. I give 4 stars, because i believe the ingredients are right and there is potential here. read more

The 8-corner Jets pizza with turbo crust is the best pizza in Columbus! I usually get it once a week because it is so addicting and the quality is perfect every single time. What impresses me most about this place, though, is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Generally you don't think of "professionalism" when you're talking about a chain pizza restaurant, but this location really is. When I call to place my order they are happy and efficient, not sounding like miserable drones at other restaurants. When I go to pick it up I'm greeted with smiling faces, and I really enjoy looking through the glass at the pizza-making area where everybody is working hard. It's great to see such positive attitudes and work ethic. They are why my pizza is perfect every time. read more

Pleasantly surprised at how good this place is. Ordered delivery and it arrived in 25 mintues (thumbs up). Got a large, one topping, deep dish and some honey bbq boneless wings. Everything tasted great. Had the perfect amount of sauce (imo) and you could taste the herbs in it.
