Stopped in for the first time and picked up a pie. Old world pepperoni, xtra cheese and jalapenos. It was very tasty along with the garlic butter dipping sauce. A little greasy, but I will definitely be back very soon in the near future. read more

My pizza tonight was phenomenal! The value amazing! The delivery time was even before the ETA! Kudos staff!

I get that restaurants are having staffing issues and food shortages, but you could at least give us the correct pizza! We arrived when at the time our order was to complete. Was told another 15 mins. That's fine no worries. But then that's when things fell apart with this order. We went back in and the a new lady was at the register. Gave our name and she can't "find" our order in the system. Thankfully the lady we spoke to not 15 minutes earlier remembered us and just happened that our pizza was coming out just the . Apparently she "completed" our order in the system 15 mins prior when it wasn't done. No worries, there are always mix ups. So we get home only to find we have the wrong pizza. From placing our order to receiving it, it took 35 minutes and then to find out it's wrong?!? Come on!!! At least get the order right!!! read more

Marcos Pizza on E. Broad St sucks! I attempted to order a pizza for my family on 2/3 @ 9 pm. I had no food in my house. Well, my car broke down and I had no transportation to get food. I placed my order. When she ran my debit card, it declined. I explained to her that she would have to change to the address associated with my debit card which is different from the delivery address. She then had to get the Manager who was also female to help her. To add insult to injury, the Manager got on the phone to say "Sorry we can't do that" and hung up the phone. How rude and unprofessional!! Thank u so much Jeff who is the Manager at Jetts Pizza located on McNaughten Rd. He understood the English language. He changed their database to read pick-up, changed to the address associated with my debit card and it approved my debit card just fine. He then changed it back to the delivery address to make sure I received my food. This was so simple to do and only took about maybe an extra 2 minutes. My family did not go to bed hungry. If u are going to be in Public Relations good customer service is a must and sometimes u will have to go above and beyond for the customer no matter what. I do this every day on my job. Unfortunately, everyone is not cut out to do this type of work and this is the reason why companies don't yield the money they should; BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never give my business to Marcos Pizza again until they read this and make good on my negative experience with their unprofessional employee (female manager). First time ordering as I received a coupon by mail. My order was a "Chichen Hawaiin Pizza". The pizza had ham which was unexpected since I ordered chicken. I guess it comes with it. Otherwise, I would have rated a "5". Although I prefer a thin and crispy pizza, it was good. Next time, I will request a thin pizza, less tomato sauce and only chicken for the meat. I've gotten delivery from here twice in the last month and each time my pizza has been delivered earlier than anticipated which is always a plus! Drivers have been friendly and the pizza is always hot and fresh! I also love that you can order garlic and ranch sauces (despite popular belief, you can't at all pizza joints). Downside is I like getting a small pizza between two people and delivery order is $10 minimum, so good thing I like my sauces. Their cinnamon squares are also great. Will definitely order here again in the future. read more

I'd honestly never heard of this place before I started at my current job. Pizza is pretty good with delicious toppings (and that's a plus). I also like the wings, the one time I ordered them. Everything I have ever ordered here has exceeded my expectations. Today I got the Meatball Sub. It had plenty of meat. I prefer a larger meatball, but you could tell this was made from a special recipe, not a frozen bag from a wholesaler. The Provolone cheese was plentiful and it had flavor and bite. I have had Marco's this week for the first time and oh my oh my... mamma mia!. Holy Cannoli! It literally felt like that comics lady strega nonna (who makes the magic mast pot cook) came to life and showered me with her legendary marinara sauce. San Marco himself took a break from his sainthood and joined me for a tasty slice. Every slice was more enjoyable than the other. It was like the whole venetian island of San Marco came together to orchestrate this delicious painting. I only wish I had a 2nd stomach. I tell you what though... I do have leftovers. read more

I was excited when Marco's arrived in the Columbus Pizza Market. They have some very stiff competition and if tonight was an example of their customer service, they will not last long. To begin with they charge $2.49 delivery charge to deliver a pizza. I have absolutely no problem paying a delivery charge. What I have a problem with is they have a $10.00 limit before they deliver. Tonight I ordered a medium 2 topping for $7.99 and was told they can't deliver unless I spend $10.00 I asked the manager for the rationalization of charging a delivery charge when you spend a lot or a little, a delivery charge is a delivery charge. Her response was 'It isn't worth our while to deliver anything for less than $10.00." My response customer service isn't worth your while? Hers was the buy something else then we will deliver and charge you $2.49. I asked for the owner's name and all she knew was it was Josh. Well since Josh doesn't have a last name, by only recourse is to contact Pat Giamarco, a personal friend from Toledo and founder of Marco's, to let him know how his great company is being represented down here in Columbus Ohio. read more

Pizza is fairly good, there are better places in the area if your want a truly great pizza. We order from them just based on their location. They have the worst delivery drivers on the road, so that's a shame since they have the Marco's sign on their cars. I wouldn't want their drivers representing my brand. Employees in the location can be friendly or down right rude...depending on who's working I guess. Have ordered pizza with extra toppings and I've always feel cheated since it never looks like they put extra on but they sure charged me. Overall not bad but not good enough overall for me to recommend to others. read more

We had never heard of Marco's until we moved into an apartment nearby. We are HOOKED! Their other food is good, but their pizza is great! The crust is soft, but crispy on the bottom. The sauce is super tasty and the amount of cheese and toppings is perfect. The customer service is always super friendly and our pizza is always ready in ten minutes. We order from here about once a week and will continue to do so for a very long time. read more

Love this place. Pepperoni melt is our favorite! Thin crust is good, but prefer the hand tossed because their crust is great and the toppers add tasty layers of flavor. They regularly have coupons for decent deals. Pizza is always ready in a timely manner. We normally pick it up from the store but delivery was prompt when needed too! I am very disappointed with Marco's. They started out very strong and great with customer service. The last 3 times we have ordered from them they forget our sides, drinks and/or crust toppings. The pizza has arrived to our home sloppy and when I have to call about the sauce that was missing it was delivered COLD! I keep giving Marcos the benefit of the doubt but I get disappointed everytime. It pretty sad that my husband delivers for another pizza place and he love Marcos at the beginning and now he can't stand them and will not give them a second chance. 3 strikes and your out Marcos.
