I had never heard of Crenos until I ordered from here about a year ago (solely because they delivered to us), and we've been loyal customers ever since! Their pizza has a sweetness about it that I love. I personally do not typically like pizza sauce, but theirs is good! We also love their Italian subs. They are a good size for the price, good toppings, but most importantly it's not super greasy and soggy like some toasted subs tend to be, and these subs still taste good even the next day. The buffalo chips with ranch are great, and we usually split an order of those when we order subs. But my all time favorite item from here is the calzone. WHY IS IT SO GOOD? Its 8am as I write this and I'm currently salivating thinking of it, lol! Another great thing I wanted to mention about Crenos is that they have a little "junior" pizza that's like $4.50. It's so so nice having a small pizza option for the kids, or for my mom who doesn't typically have any other people that she's sharing a pizza with. The prices are very fair for the price, and all of the food is delicious. I definitely recommend trying it out! It's way better than the typical big name pizza places around here, and the employees are all nice and fast and hardworking. We love Crenos! read more

They put so much cheese on this pizza that the dough couldn't even cook. It was so raw I would pick up a slice and every bit of the toppings fell off. What a joke the amount of grease that's in my box. My pizza was sitting in puddles of it. read more

If I could give less than a one star review I would. However, I digress. Tonight my mom ordered a large build your own pizza from Crenos... Which is something she often does due to the restaurant being so close to our house. The pizza my mom ordered online was $17.89 but the employee argued that the prices online had been updated and the true price was $21.99. When my mom showed her on her phone the price was listed as $17.89 the lady took my mom's phone and started pressing a bunch of buttons to show my mom the $21.99 price. She then agreed to give my mom a $2 discount and in order not to argue any further my mom took it. As my mom pulled her debit card out to pay the lady said "I don't have to give you $2 off." We have spent $1000s of dollars at Crenos in the time we have lived in Reynoldsburg even the night before my wedding we spent $300 on pizza for the guests who came in early. This is the last time we will patronize Crenos in Reynoldsburg. In my opinion the pizza is subpar and the fact that they hire rude staff makes the short distance from our house to the store not worth it. read more

I called and ordered over the phone and asked for a ham and cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza, I only got half of what I ordered and when I called in to say what had happened the manager fought with me on making the order right saying "well the person who took your order said you got what was delivered" I never in my life have been treated that way or would speak to someone like that and the fact I had to fight and argue just to get the right pizza after being a loyal customer for years! Wowzers is all I can say. This is the closest you will get to New York pizza in the local area. The pizza is very reasonably priced and they have a ton of variety with toppings and combinations. The pizza is thicker than the cracker type crust you get from all of the local pizza shops. The sauce was nice and flavorful and a bit sweet. Cheese rations were appropriate for the size and thickness of the pizza. The crust was crispy and provided perfect handles for consumption! The wings were pretty good, standard boneless with a bit too much breading for my taste. The sauce was a bit lacking on the wings as well with a few that didn't get hit with anything. Variety of choices toppings and crust is just right not to thick or to thin. This is family owned place we were told so we appreciate the consistency and quality of the pizza . Since I work just a mile or so down the road, I order from them often for lunch. The food is great and they manager (Taylor Road) is great to talk to. Very horrible service! My order was totally messed up and I contacted store to complain and a manager got smart with me and basically told me too bad. The owner called and actually refunded me for my order and applied a credit to my account to try the pizza again (on 05-26-2020 @ 5:05pm). When redeeming the credit the same thing happened. I am hoping the owner reads this and contacts me so that I can explain how his managers talk to customers. Growing up in a small town, as I did, I was lucky to have many small and locally owned shops and restaurants. The apex of these small shops, for me, were the pizza joints!! I never thought I would find a pizza to compare with my hometown, but Creno's set me straight!! They have plenty more than pizza to offer, as well, including delicious sub sandwiches, calzones, spaghetti, salads, wings, and more!! If you dream up something that isn't on the menu (buffalo chicken pizza, for example), and ask them to cook it, they will.
