The staff was nice. The pizza is by far one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. I tried Pizza Primo because it is next door to my nail salon. You basically taste nothing but dough. There was barely any sauce, any cheese, any pepperonis and literally only had 15 sausage on the whole pizza. Some slices had zero sausage. read more

For starters, the guys who run this store located at the corner of a small strip mall near 161 and North High Street are so friendly and welcoming. We ordered a large supreme and it was very tasty. Pizza Primo has mastered the signature cracker crust we Columbus natives grew up with and love so well. The sweet, slightly spicy sauce, small cut vegetable toppings (could have added more green peppers and onions :-)) with edge-to-edge placement make eating their square cut pieces especially enjoyable for children. Looking for something quick near our hotel we went to Primos. We got a 12" meat pizza and individual spaghetti. The crust is thin, sauce is decent and service was quick. We enjoyed it. Will definitely be back if we are in the area. read more

If i could give this dump of a restaurant 0 stars i would. Paid $23 (including delivery) for a chicken parm calzone. Literally no chicken in it what so wver and had a very small amount of dried up & flavorless pepperoni. Then they go on to give me a big alluminum pan of just pizza or tomato sauce for dipping. The cheese was decent in the calzon but very little of that as well. Payed essentially $23 for a big piece of bread and a copius amount of canned marinara saice. Utter trash and sickened i spent $23. As a first time customer, I really liked the pizza . They didn't overdo it on the tomato sauce. Could've had a little bit more pepperoni but they did put in enough pineapple. It did take a while for them to get to us but our pizza and dessert was hot and pop was cold. I am all for trying to support our local small businesses if it all possible. The person on the phone was very cordial and personable and my delivery guy was as well. To me, if you're ordering something the people are half the experience and the food is the other half. Picked up their large Pepperoni and I just wasn't feeling it. Lots of pepperoni but it didn't have much taste. The sauce was also blah and the crust was just too thin and crunchy--it was like eating cardboard, no thanks. Staff were friendly, that's about the only good thing I can say. read more

Paid extra for blue cheese and as you can see in photo its slightly sprinkled. Not enough regular cheese and it's just not great. Delivery from yelp on a Sunday at 9 and it took exactly an hour. All food was cold but even if hot it's just not good. Will not order here again. read more

My stomach was satisfied but my hopes weren't for this pizza. I don't eat cheese. I know you don't get it but I hate it and have since age 4. I ordered a thin pizza with sausage, tomato, and basil. I received a sauce pit with a sprinkling of sausage (despite I'm already paying for a topping I'm not getting) and huge tomato slices cut party style. Once receiving i noticed that it was merely a tomato sausage pizza with no presence of basil. (Charged for basil) This pizza was tasty once I improved it with ingredients around the kitchen. The best way to describe the pizza here is very average but not in a bad way. If you're looking for a traditional, greasy, cheese and pepperoni pizza this is the place for you. Nothing is overly special about it from an ingredient perspective. The calzones are huge and are the best thing on the menu. The appetizers likely come from a frozen bag and are not worth the money. Lived in the area for 5 years and just tried this. New favorite carry out place. We ordered a pepperoni pizza (Monday/Tuesday night special 1 topping), 5 traditional wings, and a small side salad. The pizza was great, thin crust and the sauce was amazing. Wings I was nervous about because they were a bit small but the flavor of the chicken was great. The salad could have used some work, was a tab old with some browning, I asked for no peppers but they forgot to remove the banana peppers and only took off the green bell peppers. Only con with the experience was the ordering, internet price is not updated so ordering on the phone was difficult and employee could have known the menu better. I also had my infant with me for pick up and an employee helped me to the car and was patient when I needed to strap him in first. Very grateful, we will definitely be back. read more

Although the pizza I had ordered was on time, it contained plenty of additional toppings I did not ask for, such as several long hairs and, what appears to be, carpet fuzz. This place is awesome, my husband and I recently moved to the area and it has become our favorite. The crust is perfect, thin and crispy at the ends and perfectly chewy yet crisp in the middle. They also have thick crust if you prefer it but haven't tried that yet. They have specials throughout the week, check online. The Thursday one is great, buy one get one for free and the prices for singles are good to begin with! This does end at 6pm though, but since the place is on my way home from work it is perfect. People are very nice over the phone and in person too, do yourself a favor and check them out! read more

I have given this place many chances and have never been impressed. My biggest issue is the amount of toppings. I always have to order extra just to have a decent amount. I told the guy with the Bandana or whatever on his head and he shrugged and said it's "standard". Very disappointed. I just end up spending too much having to get extra cheese extra sausage.
