My husband loves a good Philly cheesestake, but let's be honest, it's hard to find one in Utah. However, the "Big Kahuna" #56 at Jersey Mike's is about as good as it gets! Warm, melty cheese, and jalapenos (plus the usual peppers, onions, and mushrooms) makes this a favorite. And it's a big amount too! We generally order online for take out, which makes everything even faster. Our subs are always ready on time, and ready to go. We recently tried the chocolate chip cookie (thanks to a coupon) and it was also delicious. The cold subs are pretty good as well, but not nearly as tasty as the warm subs. The girl helping us was very unfriendly and acted annoyed with us. She asked if I wanted us Mike's Way, it was my first time here so I asked what that meant and she rattled off what it was in a fast and monotone voice like I was stupid. She rang up our order of 2 sandwiches, we paid but we only had one sandwich. We were looking wondering where the other one was and no one addressed us. We asked where the other one was and the same unfriendly girl said "ugh he's making it." We felt like a complete imposition to this girl when we were the only ones in the store. I would love to know who is the franchise owner of this location, we just had a terrible experience in this store and am beyond frustrated. The manager on shift made snide remarks, they weren't properly stocked with ingredients and they said they were too busy to prep; there was one person in front of us in line, that's it.... There else one other employee on duty emptying a trash can that didn't need to be emptied, maybe her time could have been better spent helping paying customers?? It is Wednesday 12/28 at 3:40 pm. I was actually pleasantly surprised by this place! For some reason I didn't have high expectations, but I really enjoyed it. I highly recommend getting their cheesestake sandwiches! I got the Famous Philly and it was delicious! They have a good variety of sizes to choose from, but I do wish they had a variety of breads like many other sandwich places. This was the first time I've been to a Jersey Mike's. I was very disappointed. I ordered online and because I was in a hurry to get to work. I didn't realize they forgot my chips. I also ordered 2 drinks. When I went up to get my order the guy who handed me my bag said you can grab the drink on your way out and walked away before I could say anything. I knew I ordered 2 drinks and paid for them but I only grabbed the one because I didn't want them to think I was stealing the second one. When my husband and I looked at our sandwich's there looked horrible. They were super sloppy and soggy. My Avocado wasn't fresh it was all brown and gross. We both took a bite and they weren't good at all. We had to throw them away. I could get over them forgetting my chips and drink but we throw away 25.00 worth of food away. Love this place. Come here often. The food is consistently good. Friendly employees. Once had an issue with some advertising in the window that they wouldn't honor due to a change in policy that morning (double points Wednesday had changed to another day). They apologized and removed the window ads while I was eating. Shows they really care to respond that quickly, which was nice to see. read more

Wanted to check out the new sandwich shop in town. Overall quite pleased! Very clean, friendly environment. Staff was friendly and quick to greet and help out. Menu is a little confusing with all sorts of numbers in random orders. Kind of confused me and distracted me from really looking at the items on the menu. Had a good recommendation, tried the classic italian. Loved seeing the fresh deli meats and cheeses sliced right there in front of me. Good move on that. Love the fresh deli taste. Got a little confused again when they asked me if I wanted it "Mike's way." Didn't know how to answer and felt dumb asking. Weird for a new guy coming in. Then felt strange again when asked about some secret club when I went to pay. Maybe a little more organization and explanation for new people would have made me more comfortable. Then I ate it! Wow. Super fresh, good flavors, did enjoy Mike's way -onions. Nice touch on the vinaigrette dressing. New bold taste. Better than mustard and mayo. Will have to come back and try another flavor. Prices are a little high and portions are a little small UNLESS you get the "managers special" which is a 15" sub of your choice plus 2 drinks and 2 chips for $17.99. Go with a buddy and split it and you get a full, tasty meal for under $9. It's all about The Juice at Mike's! (Their special oil and vinegar) read more

We love having a Jersey Mike's in town. The fresh made sandwiches are so good. The rolls they use for the sandwiches are perfect. The rolls have a crusty outside and tender inside. The meats and cheeses are fresh sliced for each sandwich. I even like the salads. The hot sandwiches take a bit of time to make so you usually end up waiting a bit for a hot sandwich. read more

I got the Big Kahuna Philly cheesesteak sandwich. It comes with grilled onions, peppers (red), jalapenos and mushrooms. I was expecting fresh jalapeños and fresh mushrooms, however, it was all canned :(. I also didn't like the taste of the red sweet peppers on the sandwich, so I took those off. It would have really tasted better with fresh jalapenos, mushrooms and green peppers. If I go back, I won't order this sandwich again. I'll try something else. The restaurant was sort of loud and it was hard to hear my co-worker during our visit. The employees are very nice and the restaurant was clean. I liked their drink options, they have Diet Dr. Pepper, most restaurants don't offer that. read more

Came here on a Friday afternoon around 3:15pm. Subs looked great in the photos, or maybe I just ordered the wrong one (Jersey Mike's Famous Philly). Thought I couldn't go wrong with this one, but it was very "meh". I ordered both this, and the Grilled Pastrami Reuben in giant sizes, for $12-something each. The value and quality were not there. Honestly, I would've been happier with a $6 Subway footlong. The staff taking my order and making my food were very friendly and because of them, I left a pretty nice tip. The cashier, however, was not welcoming at all. He didn't even say thank you or anything after I paid. read more

I've been here a few times. Usually get the Club Sub. They cut the meats and cheeses to order right in front of you. Sandwich bread is good and doesn't have a strange taste like some other places. Only complaint, I really don't like the taste of vinegar. They have the offer of "Mike's Way" which includes this. Even if you don't order it, sometimes there's some residual vinegar from other sandwiches that gets on yours. read more

Jersey Mike's is the best and this is the best Jersey Mike's. Excellent and fast service. Very nice, new and clean. The bread is fantastic. It doesn't have the weird smell like Subway. The meat is sliced while your sandwich is being made and it is fluffy and they put a lot on the sandwich. Both Subway and Jimmy John's puts the meat on pre-stacked and too thick which I don't like. We didn't even realize that they had forgotten to put extra meat but one of the employees came out and said "sir we charged you but forgot to give you double meat" he then made us another sandwich and gave us 2 cards for free subs.
