The service at this location is friendly, though be prepared to wait quite a while. They do try to get it to move, but only so much you can do when you are 15+ cars deep. The parking lot is a bit chaotic, so it dampers the atmosphere of relaxing in your car while you wait. Though, this seems to be a theme at every location I've been to as they are very popular. Such a warm & welcoming experience from start to finish. Was greeted by staff and who I'm assuming was the team leader/manager, Alex. Even though I was ordering on the self serve kiosk, he still went out of his way to ask if I needed anything and what he recommended. He even asked if I wanted my chowder ahead time as I waited. Food was brought out by Noah who asked if he could get me anything (lemons, sauce, etc.). I roderd the Atlantic Salmon with white rice, everything about it was perfect. But the best part of my experience was just hearing all the other customers in the restaurant compliment Alex and his team constantly. And I'm not exaggerating. Every single person seemed satisfied and happy. It was very refreshing to see & hear. Of course I had to pay my respects to Alex and his team for providing such simple, yet effective service that seems missing today at other restaurants.
