I have to say, this was hands down the best experience I've ever had at ATL Wings. The location on Stapley Dr and the 60 is by far the best one I've been to. Everything was absolutely on point from start to finish. The wings came out perfectly crispy and piping hot, exactly how they should be. You can tell they take pride in their food because the quality really stands out. And the fries? Honestly some of the best I've had, fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. What really made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable. Worst location to go to ... I ordered the chicken wrap the whole meal cost $15 and some change. The "wrap" had one small piece of crusty chicken and like one piece of wilted letter for each piece...it looks like they used one whole tortilla for this small piece. We came across this ATL location and got excited. I haven't had ATL wings in a hot minute. We decided to try two dry rubs, parmesan and ATL. When the wings came out they looked underwhelming, parmesan wings looked flavorless with no parmesan cheese really. Then the ATL side looked herbless (we were told there were a blend of herbs and spices). My assumption for the parmesan wings were right, it was underwhelming to say the least. But the ATL ones came in clutch, the little pool of oil at the bottom of the container had enough flavor to resuscitate these wings. All in all, staff could have been friendlier (no hi, bye or thank you), wings could have been better. But they were cooked perfectly. Probably won't be visiting this location again though. read more

We were able to split our order of 18 into three different flavors, which I greatly appreciated! We opted for: Medium, Garlic Parmesan and Honey Garlic with a large order of fries. I utilized their online platform, which was easy enough and the order was ready in about 20 minutes. upon pick up, they had it all ready! The inside seemed clean enough, but I did explore too much. On to the food - The garlic parm was a dry rub. The honey BBQ was saucy and the buffalo was somewhere in the middle, not really a sauce, but also not dry. The were not as hearty as I would have hoped and felt me wanting at the end on flavor and overall delivery. The fries were cajun seasoned and absolutely delicious,, crispy and perfect and 10/10 would get again. The wings were crispy and that's how I like to eat my wings. The Honey BBQ sauce tasted amazing. The Garlic Parmesan wings could've used a little more seasoning because some bites were a bit bland. The fries were good. Service: I came in 20 minutes before closing, and they still allowed me to place an order. That was very nice. Their wings are great and larger than most however the service leaves a lot to be desired. 2 times ago I ordered takeout and paid for an extra ranch - it wasn't in my order when I got home. Last week I ordered ahead and paid online. Got there and had to wait 20 minutes and saw others counter order and leave with theirs before me. It was simple order of 10 wings and 6 boneless wings. The boneless were supposed to be honey bbq for my wife. It was clearly printed on my receipt in the bag. But alas both orders were tossed in mild sauce. Wife was not feeling well and was not happy at having to find something else for dinner. It makes it even worse when you "tip" at the time of your order and the order is messed up. It will be a while before I go back and if I do I probably will not tip u til I can verify everything. Hopefully they figure out how to do better QA on orders. horrible, i was accidently given a drink a i filled it without thinking, so the cashier came up to me asking me to dump it out so i did, then when she dropped off the food she told me i have to pay for the drink that i just dumped out, i payed for it anyway but i didn't understand why the manager was telling her to tell me to do all the stuff with the drink when he could've easily came out and told me what the issue since he had such the issue. I hardly write review's, for example this place of you were to go get your nails done. You would get an infection. Not because of the customer service but because of the handle of the foot. Customer service wasn't horrible from the front but it was not stellar. Nothing is perfect in this world, but at some point as a business you have to at least look at yourself. I hope don't take they don't take this the wrong way but as for customers- stay clear. For 10 wings it took me 35 minutes. The sauce was on the side. The bathroom while my husband and I waited smelled like PEE. 7 phone calls came on while I was waiting- the other customer on the line had a complaint( I don't know what about) but the lady taking orders was complaining had no professional support. I think her boss yelled and said "well come on, let's fight". It was honestly just disappointing. Despicable. I'm sure others had a great experience but I had not. I haven't ordered at ATL wings in a while because the last two locations didn't fry the wings enough and they were under-seasoned. This location knows how to cook and season wings! My favorite wings are the ATL spicy and it was cooked to perfection. It was brought to our table, hot, fresh, and extra crispy on the outside. The meat was moist and tender after you heard that crunch , it had the right amount of dry rub. It was so good, I was sucking and biting on the bone lol . Forget about being proper , if you love traditional wings then you all know that you have to eat everything off the bone and not mind getting your fingers a little dirty. My little one had ATL and he was enjoying the crunchy goodness, it's that special ATL rub! It is so good! I've never used the touchscreen to order at other locations but we were greeted by a charming gentleman, he was so hospitable and helpful. I was in such disbelief I called again the second time and had someone else record it and they forwarded the call. Some good friends invited us for a night of wings. We were greeted by the friendliest staff ever, they had us all engaged and laughing and were super attentive. The smell of cleaning fluid overwhelmed all the good smells of fried chicken you hope to smell at a place like this. I appreciate their attention to cleanliness as I saw an employee walking around with a spray bottle cleaning tables and counters, no doubt sticky for sure. But the chemical smell was absolutely overwhelming and off putting for sure. Back to the food. We were not smart and ordered boneless. Which were weird and chicken nugget like ansi would NEVER order them again. Our friends ordered regular wings and they were so so so much better. The sauces are awesome. The fries subpar. And I'm sad they don't serve any veggies. I would seriously consider bringing my own next time. Actually here is what I would do.
