So happy to have an ATL Wings in the area! Their wings are always fresh when we order them and I love the different flavors that are available. Our favorite right now is 'Lady Killer' - ooowee! I love that the dry rub wings have slightly crispy skin but tender meat. Wish they didn't charge so much for flats only but everyone is adding a charge nowadays and the fries are skinny and tend to be overcooked (deducted a star because of these two things). However, you gotta love the different Kool-aid flavors...red, blue, purple; iykyk :-) Reminds me of my childhood days...Hey Kool-Aid! Small inside area for dining in but friendly service. Gal at front is friendly. Inside could use some more AC. Slightly warm for eating inside. We ordered two separate 12 boneless wings. Neither order came with 12 wings. The flavor was good and I'm a "sauce" guy but the excessive amount of sauce was interesting. Also, if you read the previous reviews, when taking your order "to go" be careful because the excessive sauce in these containers will spill in your bag. Food was fantastic! We did two "split" orders of wings (ATL/Mango Habanero and Honey BBQ/Honey Habanero). The flavors were on point and the heat levels were just right. The ATL seasoning on the fries was zesty and complimented the wings nicely, and the onion rings were fresh and crispy. As much as we enjoyed the food, the service was the topper. We normally love ATL wings. They are our go-to spot, even though it's 25 minutes away. But today the ATL style wings were so, so salty that our hungry group of four couldn't finish more than one. I LOVE ATL wings. They are great. However, the service at this location has made it so I will not return. The website does not work when trying to order takeout. The phone does not answer to try to order pick up. My last order that I did pick up was incorrect and the young lady at the front register did not seem to care. Sadly, I will not return. I hate to give this a 1 star review but it was over customer service. I came in at 7pm wanting to sit down and eat but was immediately told that this will have to be a to go order we are cleaning up early so they can get out on time. Im sorry but the store hours are 11am-9pm. Now clearly 2 hours to clean a small dining room which nobody was there isn't enough time but ok. So as i haven't eaten here in a while i wasn't to sure what they had so the lady insisted on rushing me, asking questions all fast where i had to ask again what she said while she acted all put out. After i finally placed the order she opened the door to the kitchen and was yelling at the poor kid in the back cooking saying something rude to him and right in front of me the customer.... This was my first experience with ATL wings. I placed an order inside the store for carry out. I was literally the only customer in there. Maybe this should've been my first clue. I ordered wings and french fries. When I arrived home, the wings were drenched in some sort of oil that leaked out of the container into the bag and then had seeped out of the bag. What a greasy mess! The wings had very little flavor and were very greasy as expected after seeing the excessive oil. I cannot speak regarding the fries, because I didn't get them! I paid a very expensive price for six wings! If I am not wowed on my first visit to a restaurant, I won't be back. So that's the case here. Very disappointed, but now I know. (It's normal to get one maybe two but my batch of 12 had five broken wings) and the broken ones have splintery bone pieces. Shudder. Great customer service, this was my first time at an ATL wings restaurant, the woman at the counter was very nice and helpful when I asked about wing flavors and spice levels she was very knowledgeable. I ended up ordering a 10 piece traditional meal with ATL seasoned fries, a koolaid and my wings were half chefs special and the other half honey habanero. Both were really great! The honey habanero was not hot at all just perfectly sauced and had a sweet and spicy taste. The fries were a 10/10, crispy but not burnt, nice shoes string type fries and not oily at all so that was great. The ranch was good too, a little thicker than I'm used to but it was good. Overall a great experience, the price was around $20 for the meal which is a little pricey but the quality was there so it was 100% worth the price. The chicken wings were a perfect size and meaty!! My gf and I seen ATL Wings on yelp and knew we had to give it a try! This place was worth a try but the wings definitely didn't come off as ATL wings! They were more so jumbo wings. Which I think played a big part into the wings not being cooked well done and crispy.. Although the wings weren't cooked to my liking they did have great taste and so did the cajun fries. Our order was a 10 pc wing combo, Cajun fries, and a Blue Raspberry Lemonade drink, the drink was delicious! and mainly my favorite part of the meal here lol. The customer service was pretty decent although there is one minor thing I would mention. This was my first time coming in this restaurant as well as being in that area so I had no idea what all they had to offer, I asked the lady at the front a question regarding the total of my order and she told me "Girl, get a calculator!". I'm a repeat regular customer that usually dines in, but had a disappointing pick up order today. They forgot to include my fries in the order. Upon discovering the missing item (at home), I had to drive back and they immediately knew who I was. Since I brought my entire order back, I asked them to reheat the wings. They did, and the wings were still hot and tasty so apart from a couple gallons of gas and the entire 3rd quarter of the NFL playoffs, no real harm or foul. Kudos to the staff for owning their mistake and doing their best to make it right. I was planning to just give 3 stars, but upped it to 4 when they did their best to make it right. After getting through trying to communicate with the ventriloquist behind the cash register for my pickup, I was a whole drink short, a mixed bag of rock hard fries mixed with greasy old fries, (garbage toss) and pasty pickled chicken sandwich with- check picture-a lettuce addition attempt. I tried calling back about my missing drink and to have it credited to my card, Deveere assured me after a long empty pause on the phone that my request was not possible and had no remedy for it, which lead to a longer empty phone pause. We ordered crispy well done wings, but after paying I noticed cooked chicken sitting in the back above a fryer where the cook literally took wings out and re-fried them. Came in on game day to take advantage of the get 12 wings get 6 free. When I ordered online there was nothing that said I was getting them. I get to store and she was like no we can't do that. Now I had ordered a large amount and was looking at getting 2 dozen free wings. No manager no body was able to get it done. Finally the chef in the back GOT IT and made it happen. With that said,the reason the food comes out hot is usually due to the fact that they are normally backed up and running behind on their orders.
