It came out piping hot, fresh and fantastic. The crust was amazing. Light & crispy and held up to those ingredients perfectly. The way that the pizza is presented and cut into those grids gives it a stylish dimension & easier to share amongst others. A genius creation to make it effortless to handle. Atmosphere was fun. Even had time for a karaoke tune! Our server was polite and always on top of things to make sure we were being well taken care of throughout our experience. Superb customer service! This location is a family operated business. You can feel the presence of that right when you walk thru the doors. They have a wrap around bar, a lot of low level tables and high top tables. They also have seating outside. They had freezing cold AC blasting but also offered heaters for the outdoor seating in cooler days or nights. We were seated right away and the waitstaff were all very friendly and attentive. We ordered a small Caesar salad, 6 buffalo wings and a 10 in Sears Tower pizza. Everything was good no complaints.

I ordered two orders of meatballs (4 total) and only received 2. They did offer to remake the missing order, but I would've had to go back and pick it up, which wasn't convenient. When the mistake is on their end, there should be a better effort to make it right. They also didn't offer anything extra for the inconvenience. no complimentary order next time, just a credit for the two meatballs I never received, which is the bare minimum since I already paid for them. Between the repeated mistakes and the lack of real customer service, I won't be ordering from here again. There are plenty of great Italian restaurants nearby that get it right the first time, I'd recommend going somewhere else.

Garlic and buttery, but not too strong. Crunchy on the outside amd soft on thr inside. Overall, this was a very strong showing. It's gonna be a problem for me that this place is 5 mins from my home. I will likely eat in or just do the by the slice to keep that strong crunch. I may ask for some jalapeño on the Hawaiian or barbecue chicken to get a little heat. They cooked it to perfection, crispy and with some chard ends. The pizza was pretty good, not the best we have had, however it was pretty good. We really liked the pepperoni and the cheese. Both looked fantastic, but we agreed that the meatball version had more flavor and was much heartier. The Italian stromboli was a little light on meat, making it feel a bit too bread-heavy for my taste. We also ordered the garlic cheese knots, and those were pretty darn good--soft, cheesy, and full of flavor. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere. We ordered a deep dish pepperoni and sausage pizza, a Caesar salad, fries, and water. The salad and fries came out quickly and were good, but we waited until 7:52 for the pizza. During that time, several staff members including what seemed to be a manager, were loudly yelling back and forth across the restaurant about staffing and schedules. With no music or TV volume, it was impossible not to hear, and it felt very unprofessional. Meanwhile, our water glasses sat empty. I had to ask three separate times for refills, and the third time I actually had to get up and find our server at the bar, where she was sitting, still discussing the schedule. When the pizza finally arrived, it was delicious. But basic things like Parmesan and pepper weren't offered. I had to flag someone down to ask. And even though we'd just received our food, the lights on the patio were turned off while we were eating, and we were brought a box very quickly, which felt like a not-so-subtle hint to leave. Overall, the food was good, but the customer service and atmosphere really took away from what should have been a nice birthday dinner for my daughter. Very disappointing experience.

He apologized sincerely and did his best to make the experience a good one, even though it was clear that he was let down by things beyond his control. It's rare to see someone stay so composed and customer-focused under pressure. He truly went above and beyond! Pieology, I hope management sees what a gem they have in Christian. He deserves recognition and support--because employees like him make all the difference! Management failed him!

There were a couple of irate customers in front of me who had trouble with their online orders. Both were given refunds. The speed at which orders were processed and food prepared was much slower than competitor Mod Pizza. My wife was disappointed by the puny container used for the custom salad as well as the limited options for greens. My veggie pizza looked amazing and they added ricotta cheese per my request. (Mod Pizza doesn't carry ricotta anymore.) Flavor wise, I was disappointed with how bland my pizza tasted. Fortunately, the bites with fresh basil were flavorful. After two pieces, I concluded it was their red sauce which lacked flavor. They have limited indoor seating (three tables and a bar) but do offer outdoor seating too. The background music of pop hits was nice. One of the servers checked in to make sure we were enjoying our meal which was nice. She also brought me a box. I will probably try them again in a few months.
