Both the way it was beautifully plated and how flavorful every bite was. The place itself is a very beautiful space. We arrived at 5 pm in a Thursday. The place was hopping! The bar area was busy, music was playing and everyone I saw was having a great time. We were seated in a side room away from the rest of the restaurant which was fine, as it provided a quieter atmosphere for our party of 6 to converse. Our server, sadly I forgot her name was the best! One big note, the manager/owner whoever touched our table and every table in our area to check if everything was fine, that always impresses me & shows the restaurant takes customer care seriously. The wedge salads were good per two who ordered them, nothing really different but everything was crisp & fresh. For apps ( HH price 4-6pm) we had two plates of Absolutely flavor dripping Brussels sprouts for the table. Chicken wings & pot roast completed our tables selections, both were outstanding! As we left, a guitar player was setting up, live music is always a fun accompaniment to dinner or drinks. We will return to Stone & Barrel again soon. Well done!

One person in our group had already had this pizza a few times and claimed it was amazing and raved about the ranch. The other person and I had never had it so we were excited to see what all the hype was about. We ordered a four corner pizza, half pepperoni and half chicken bacon ranch with turbo crust (which is garlic butter, parmesan and Romano cheeses). We also got garlic cheese bread that was 12 smallish pieces. And of course, ranch for dipping. With a couple of sodas, the total was $37. We ate it right there in the restaurant so we were trying it as fresh as it could possibly be. The two of us that hadn't had Jets before didn't get what all the hype was about. It was mediocre at best. Sure the buttery, crispy crust was great but I honestly I couldn't taste the turbo crust. I was hoping there would be a decent garlic flavor to the crust and I missed it. The amount of cheese on both the pepperoni and chicken bacon ranch was lacking big time. As were the toppings. Here you have this super thick pizza dough/crust and then a splash of cheese and toppings. There was more cheese on the garlic cheese bread than the pizzas. Actually, the favorite of the meal was the garlic cheese bread. Super cheesy and garlicy. And the famous ranch... not sure what everyone is talking about. There was nothing special what-so-ever about this ranch. I know a famous wing place who's ranch is far better than Jet's ranch. The person in our group that had Jet's prior to this visit had it at another location and said it was much better at that location. Would I eat here again? Sure, if I wanted Detroit style pizza but would I crave this pizza, not really. There is better pizza around that I would get before I ordered here again.

He makes me want to eat-in rather than take-out. Management should formally recognize the quality of his performance. As far as food quality and pricing, I love their Lunch Menu. The pricing is reasonable and both the pizza (I always get the Hawaiian) and salad are excellent and is far better than going to someplace like Costco. I dont know if all the Barro's Pizza locations are the same, but this location is now my new go to lunch stop.

The pizza did not taste like it normally does. The dough was initially not cooked at all. The first pizza was pretty raw. Then they brought another one that was like over cooked. They told us it was because it was chedder chese, but that had nothing to do with the raw dough on both pizzas. Made my wife and my stomachs upset. The pizzookies were so-so but they did not even have spoons to eat it. Ever try eating icecream with a fork? Usually really good, We were not happy with this visit at all.

This most recent visit we ate outside as we had our dog with with us. There was one other party and even though it was late June, the patio was covered and the misters were nice, so it was very comfortable. Our server was friendly and although it seemed like she was new, if she didn't know the answer to our questions she happily asked her peers for the answer. We had a few hiccups but she was very apologetic and nice about it. We ordered the meatball Ferris wheel, kids cheese pizza, and hot Sicilian pizza. I thought it was really cool how the Ferris wheel actually spun. I did think the polenta would be a bigger portion and served on the side. (They put the polenta in each meatball cup) The meatballs were a good size and tasted pretty good. One of them was topped with Calabrian chili and it was really good. It may have been their monthly special. The kids pizza was a good size for our toddler and you could tell it wasn't frozen cheese pizza. The cheese was good and I like that it comes with a drink. I think it also comes with a dessert but our server didn't offer it and we didn't think we needed it. They did bring the pizza out piping hot and considering it's for a kid I would have appreciated if they let it cool a bit instead of bringing it fresh out the oven. The pizza was amazing and had such good flavor. I loved the ricotta and hot honey. I just wish it was a little bigger, but with the meatballs it was more than enough for two people. We don't eat Italian often but would definitely be back when we do.
