If I'm partaking in more meat in my diet, a classic cheeseburger is always my go to! Gotta have a chocolate shake to top it off as well. The service at this location is friendly, though be prepared to wait quite a while. They do try to get it to move, but only so much you can do when you are 15+ cars deep. They did mess up my order at first, which was a little frustrating, but the staff handled it quickly and were really polite about fixing it. Even with the mix-up, the food was still fresh and tasted great. The burgers were made well, and you can't really beat how consistent their quality usually is. Got the fries that everyone complains about and made sure I got them chilis in a mini cup. Service was excellent, friendly and smiling. Great staff. The vegetables are fresh. It's just a damn good burger. Fries remind me of potato sticks in a can, but thicker. They're not bad, but McDonald's is king of fast food fries in that style. We are often here in the middle of the week, craving a really good burger. The lines are long at this location and confusing because of the parking lot structure. Service is really great here and really efficient. We will occasionally not be given utensils for the animal style fries, and our ketchup packets will be missing, but the actual food is always accurate. We always get a double cheeseburger and one that is protein style, fries (animal fries if we feel fancy) and just a large pink lemonade. Terrible drive through coordination. Put a sign out there to organize direction flow when it gets overly long. Don't have your dweeb outside worker taking orders while the line splits in two different directions. Have him coordinate the flow first so you don't have people waiting 10-15 minutes for no reason. There's a reason I go to In-N-Out; quality, freshness, and service. Despite the crowded dining area and lengthy lines in the drive thru, I still jump in the mix to get my fix. Plus In-N-Out has yet to screw up my order unlike some other notorious BIG fast food chains. Mc drop. (See what I did there, and there?) Although the lines are long, the food comes out quick, relative to the massive hoards they serve, as they have the queueing system down to an art. There's nothing flashy about In-N-Out, but what I like most is that the menu is simplistic and I can always expect first class service from the staff. The double double animal style and root beer float are my go to items here. Their burgers are always cooked fresh, and pairing that with a root beer float is simply divine. This is my go to location! Employees are always friendly and the food is always great. This location is always pretty busy. Tables are hard to come by during their peak hours. The drive thru can also get a little cray cray during those peak times so beware of the craziness that is the parking lot. There is plenty of seating inside and outside! IS IT JUST ME??!! Or have the burgers gotten smaller? I have been enjoying this iconic establishment pretty much since it's inception in So. California as I lived in West Covina in the 60's and Baldwin Park is right next door! I love the unique freshness of their food and the simplicity of their menu. I'm over the moon happy that they're still around and growing their businesses. Soon a distribution center is being built in Colorado Springs and then the individual restaurants will follow!! I've scored this particular restaurant only 3 stars because I asked for crispier fries and they over fried them to almost being burnt. I was in a hurry to catch a flight home, so couldn't have them replaced. Then the burger meat was lacking!! I swear they reduced the amount of meat and were sloppy putting my burger together too.
