In-n-Out Burger is instant nostalgia for me, and something I indulge a couple of times a year. When I'm avoiding meat, they have a great grilled cheese (hidden menu). If I'm partaking in more meat in my diet, a classic cheeseburger is always my go to! Gotta have a chocolate shake to top it off as well. The service at this location is friendly, though be prepared to wait quite a while. They do try to get it to move, but only so much you can do when you are 15+ cars deep. The parking lot is a bit chaotic, so it dampers the atmosphere of relaxing in your car while you wait. Though, this seems to be a theme at every location I've been to as they are very popular. All in all, always a great meal and I'd visit this location again. read more

I went to In-N-Out recently and overall still had a good experience. They did mess up my order at first, which was a little frustrating, but the staff handled it quickly and were really polite about fixing it. Even with the mix-up, the food was still fresh and tasted great. The burgers were made well, and you can't really beat how consistent their quality usually is. The employees stayed friendly the whole time, which made a big difference. Mistakes happen, but it's how they're handled that matters--and they made it right. I'd still come back again. read more

I love In-N-Out! We were craving a Double-Double, so we decided to stop by. The drive-thru line was pretty busy, but dining inside was much quicker, so that's what we did. Seen all the videos, heard all the hype. I'm in Arizona and I'm definitely trying this!! I had the classic double-double and wife had the single. Got the fries that everyone complains about and made sure I got them chilis in a mini cup. Service was excellent, friendly and smiling. Great staff. The vegetables are fresh. It's just a damn good burger. Fries remind me of potato sticks in a can, but thicker. They're not bad, but McDonald's is king of fast food fries in that style. The whole burger is just a great component and compilation. A must place to visit and try. Warning!! Very busy, but such a well oiled machine that it's goes fast. read more

We are often here in the middle of the week, craving a really good burger. The lines are long at this location and confusing because of the parking lot structure. Service is really great here and really efficient. We will occasionally not be given utensils for the animal style fries, and our ketchup packets will be missing, but the actual food is always accurate. We always get a double cheeseburger and one that is protein style, fries (animal fries if we feel fancy) and just a large pink lemonade. This location is awfullll, the line is always soo long and by time you get your food and leave after waiting an hour they forgot half your order. I've always loved In-n-out! Still do but they kept the price down but the little hamburger that was placed on to of a big bun w/a huge slice of tomato and pickles really sadden me, no more nice burger to be found here. Terrible drive through coordination. Put a sign out there to organize direction flow when it gets overly long. Don't have your dweeb outside worker taking orders while the line splits in two different directions. Have him coordinate the flow first so you don't have people waiting 10-15 minutes for no reason. Also embarrassing that after all that I go inside and get my order quicker than the person who was in front of me in the drive through. Poorly managed, poor efficiency, poor food quality. (soggy fries) No reason the line should be wrapping around the building in two different directions at 11:00 PM either. Absurd. Would not recommend this In-N-Out. Getting hard to find a good one these days. read more

There's a reason I go to In-N-Out; quality, freshness, and service. Despite the crowded dining area and lengthy lines in the drive thru, I still jump in the mix to get my fix. Plus In-N-Out has yet to screw up my order unlike some other notorious BIG fast food chains. Mc drop. (See what I did there, and there?) Although the lines are long, the food comes out quick, relative to the massive hoards they serve, as they have the queueing system down to an art. I may be wrong but I think they are the first restaurant to implement the person taking orders on a tablet in the drive thru, at least in AZ anyways. At first I didn't like their fries because they were not what I was used to eating. Then I realized I wasn't used to eating fresh cut cooked fries. This is the only chain that asks 'will you be eating in your car?' which seemed fitting for the American lifestyle. read more

Being someone from the East coast, anytime I'm visiting family in Arizona, going to an In-N-Out is a must each time. There's nothing flashy about In-N-Out, but what I like most is that the menu is simplistic and I can always expect first class service from the staff. The double double animal style and root beer float are my go to items here. Their burgers are always cooked fresh, and pairing that with a root beer float is simply divine. My annual pilgrimage to In-N-Out makes the 5.5 hour flight from the East Coast a little less painful. read more

This is my go to location! Employees are always friendly and the food is always great. This location is always pretty busy. Tables are hard to come by during their peak hours. The drive thru can also get a little cray cray during those peak times so beware of the craziness that is the parking lot. There is plenty of seating inside and outside! IS IT JUST ME??!! Or have the burgers gotten smaller? I have been enjoying this iconic establishment pretty much since it's inception in So. California as I lived in West Covina in the 60's and Baldwin Park is right next door! I love the unique freshness of their food and the simplicity of their menu. I'm over the moon happy that they're still around and growing their businesses. Soon a distribution center is being built in Colorado Springs and then the individual restaurants will follow!! I've scored this particular restaurant only 3 stars because I asked for crispier fries and they over fried them to almost being burnt. I was in a hurry to catch a flight home, so couldn't have them replaced. Then the burger meat was lacking!! I swear they reduced the amount of meat and were sloppy putting my burger together too. Fantastic and friendly service. Even with a huge lineup outside, the inside wait time was great, meaning NOT a long wait! My daughter's order was not right, and they graciously corrected it and got a replacement sandwich to her within a couple of minutes. It's a good Whataburger just like many other locations. The food is just as good as every other…read morelocation and it has the same items as every other location. Best part of it all is it's open 24 hours so that is even better. The inside overall is clean with plenty of seating and some decent decorations as well. There are no complaints there at all and the prices overall are reasonable as well as it's still cheaper than going to somewhere else like Five Guys. If you want to stop at this Whataburger go ahead as it's worth it. The service is really the only thing that could be better. There are few employees who can tell aren't always entirely in a good mood which isn't their fault. Especially when going so late at night which of course could contribute to it too.
