It's a good Whataburger just like many other locations. The food is just as good as every other location and it has the same items as every other location. Best part of it all is it's open 24 hours so that is even better. The inside overall is clean with plenty of seating and some decent decorations as well. There are no complaints there at all and the prices overall are reasonable as well as it's still cheaper than going to somewhere else like Five Guys. If you want to stop at this Whataburger go ahead as it's worth it. The service is really the only thing that could be better. There are few employees who can tell aren't always entirely in a good mood which isn't their fault. Especially when going so late at night which of course could contribute to it too. read more

For a fast-food burger spot, it was pretty good. The fries reminded me of McDonald's fries but a little crispier. The burger itself was huge. I love Whataburger! Their burgers taste like the kind I have found in Mexico. I absolutely love the freshness, and the customization in their sandwiches. Picked up the hatch chili cheese burger which came with 2 beef patties, American cheese, swiss cheese, chopped hatch chili bits, and a sauce. Not sure what the sauce was but it was delicious. Fried were average. I got a couple of wimpy fries that weren't crispy at all but I think that's a given at fast food joints. Just the burger and small fries ran about $12. A little bit expensive but I think this is the going rate at any fast food restaurant. I will say though, that burger was bigger than a whopper so that's probably why it was up there. Stopped by this location last night because my friend loves Whataburger. I am not a fan so I was just going to accompany her. Our original plan was to go through the drive thru but when we pulled up, the drive thru was closed for cleaning so we parked and went inside. We arrived right after a large group of 12 and we waited in line behind them. The line moved pretty quickly as both registers were open. One of the cashiers was the manager - he was very friendly. Once inside the smell of food made me hungry and I decided on getting something basic. We ordered one chicken tender meal and one cheeseburger - plain. (the cheeseburger was for me) We sat down and waited for our food. It took about 10 minutes and a friendly girl dropped it off. She also brought us sauces and napkins. The food was actually pretty good. The burger was big, the meat was flavorful, it was well cooked, and it was not dry. The chicken tenders were hot, crispy, juicy, and nicely sized. Just your typical fast food joint, when you don't know when what to eat, you come here. At least I do! It was somewhat late, & most places were closed but I had the munchies & was craving a big burger. Growing up, my grandparents would always bring me here as they were big fans. I ordered the jalapeño cheeseburger & fries with spicy ketchup for dipping. Everything tasted really good, the fries were hot, crispy & fresh out the fryer! When I arrived there were two people in the dining room and a few cars in the drive through. They had 8 people working in the kitchen. I thought things would go relatively quickly being that I ordered their Whataburger with cheese and fries. Wrong. After 20 minutes waiting in the dining room I went up and asked. They told me I would have to ask the manager. I asked to speak to them and the 22 yr old said 'just be patient. It's coming.' There were a few other people by now who were also waiting. This a very, very clean and professionally run Whataburger location. There were several employees sweeping, cleaning, and generally keeping the place looking nice during my recent visit. There is CLEARLY a staffing issue going on here or something. We came here during our 30 min lunch period and spent most of it in line!!! I'm NOT kidding when I say they had 2 lines of parked cars just waiting for food. We waited 7 min total from start to finish, and there were other cars before us still waiting. Food quality and service suck Axx! Order of medium onion rings literally had 5 rings and was cold and stale, like they had been sitting for 2 hours. Also ordered a medium fries and large fries, both came in same size container and both were about half full, and of course cold. Used the phone app and waited, took forever to get food, even though there were at least 3 people standing around doing nothing. Food was thrown in bags​, burgers barely wrapped. I called to speak to manager and Pablo told me he was the shift leader and only manager there. Well Pablo needs a new job because you certainly are no leader! We will never go to this location again. I actually turned around and went out of my way to eat here because of the grand opening a few days ago. The place looked wonderful but the service was terrible. I got a Whataburger meal and it took forever. The young lady at the counter is having such a hard time, I requested some help for her numerous times while waiting behind people and finally someone came to her rescue, but then they left. I was waiting for my order for at least 25 minutes not including the 15 to 20 minutes in line.People were getting very irritated and no employees seemed to know what they were doing. Definitely needed some help from other seasoned employees from other Whataburger's Jesus Lopez Pinto is the operating partner and I believe this situation should fall on his shoulders. This place is a new location and I believe they are trying to get the ball rolling, so it's understandable that the service is slow. I think there needs to be a better way to address pickup mobile orders. No one is paying attention to the mobile order line. If you do a mobile order you have to get someone's attention. The estimated pickup time is not accurate especially during lunch rush. I ordered 30 minutes in advanced, got there and had to wait another 15 minutes for my food. I think your better off going through the drive through since it seems like they prioritize it. The drive through was backed up 5-6 cars from the ordering machine. I took notice of a white Chevy SUV at the end of the line and by the time I left after waiting for my food, the car was gone. Basically don't do mobile pickup or dine in. My aunt and cousin went to this Whataburger location to order some food to eat on their way home. Within minutes after leaving the drive-thru my aunt and my cousin checked their order and my aunt discovered that the lettuce in her burger wasn't shredded and she had to complain to the manager about her experience and what the manager told my aunt was that she had ask for the shredded lettuce on request because of a new rule Whataburger has started. Sat in the line for 20 minutes before even paying. Once we paid for our order, they handed us our drinks and then asked us to pull forward as they were waiting on one item to finish. Three other cars had passed us in a total of ten minutes before we received our food. And it was still incorrect. I understand busy times but over 30 minutes just to get a couple burgers is quit frustrating. Staff were unapologetic about the wait time or the incorrect order not did they offer to fix the issue.
