I recommend this nail salon because not only is the customer service stellar, but the work is also! Take it from a happy customer of over 5 years!

Love the new shop, comfy and clean! Service is always quick. Mia is the best, always helping me find the perfect shade!

I've been coming here off and on for years. They are always busy but always make time for you. I appreciate the thorough detail and that I always leave feeling like a whole new woman. I always get in and out fast and they always do a great job. Thanks for keeping me pretty ladies!

Very expensive ($70 before tip for a set of acrylics) and honestly did not do a very good job. There's paint all over my hands and the underside of my nails are all really clumpy and uneven. They also failed to paint the sides of my nails at all. Would not recommend. It also took 90 minutes for a very simple set.

I wanted a new set! Why did she put on tips! Then cut them Too Short! And file the Hell out of them???

Got a shellac mani and they all peeled off within 2 hours. They blamed me for peeling them and denied refund. Absolutely will not be back.

I'm honestly extremely angry and disappointed with my experience here. I came in asking for acrylic…read moreFrench tips, and the first thing I noticed was that the lines weren't even on the tips. The lines weren't straight at all. At first I tried to let it go because from a distance it didn't look that bad, and I didn't want to make a big deal about it. But things only got worse after I left. Within a short amount of time my nails started popping off one by one. Then the product started peeling badly, and on some nails it peeled so much that you could literally see my skin underneath. That should NEVER happen with a proper acrylic set. Looking back, I realize the technician kept filing and drilling my nails over and over again, way more than necessary. She kept going back in with the drill and the file again and again like she was trying to take the nail down as thin as possible. At the time I didn't question it because I assumed she knew what she was doing, but now that my nails are lifting and falling off, it makes a lot more sense. My nails felt extremely thin and sensitive afterwards, like they had been drilled down way too far. It honestly felt like my natural nails were overworked and damaged during the process, which probably explains why the acrylic set didn't hold up at all. To make matters worse, when my nails popped off, it came off with part of my actual nail attached, which was painful and honestly shocking. That should never happen with a properly done acrylic set. Instead of just the acrylic lifting, it felt like my real nail had been weakened so much that it came off with it. Overall this was a really upsetting experience. I paid for acrylic French tips expecting professional work and instead left with damaged nails and a set that didn't even last.

Dip powder manicure should last at LEAST 2 weeks, most of mine last for 3. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! I came in for a dip powder manicure. The place was pretty much empty since it was the middle of the day on a weekday- I was seen right away. In my past experience with dip the top layer is sanded off then the rest is soaked off with acetone. This technician sanded off all the previous dip, which I suppose is fine. Some areas of sanding got very hot and painful. There were not any swatches in order for me to pick the color of dip powder I wanted. I was just shown a huge basket of dip powder containers. I picked what I thought was a purple, but because there was not any swatches for me to view and dip powder changes so much once applied it actually is more of a brown, which is disappointing. The technician did a fine job applying the dip and shaping/sanding. However, she did not fully dust off all the nail dust before applying the top coat. So now I have dust marks under my top coat. The positive is the technician was nice and did a good job shaping my nails. The place was mostly clean, however, the files and tools used were not single use and we're noticeably dirty from previous use (aga. Unfortunately I won't be returning.
