I didn't like it because it's overly floral and it has the rice. Maybe I misread about the rice? But even so, the drink doesn't taste like a cloud latte. I got 50% sweetness and it tastes more like 75%. I think it's because the fermented rice is already sweetened. Service was good, I ordered ahead and picked up with no issues. The inside has some seating if you want to enjoy your drink inside. Outside, there are also some tables and benches if you prefer. Overall, the drink prices are pretty standard in today's market I'd say. The other drinks I've tried before include the osmanthus rice drink, black sesame slushy, mango pomelo, and the taro milk. Of the ones I have tried, maybe only the mango pomelo one is good. The rest are just okay. Unsure if I'd come back because there are other mango pomelo drinks out there that are better.

The coconut ice cream milk tea is a unique and delicious drink. Another standout drink is the matcha frostie with creme brulee. I have never had a bad drink from this place. The menu here is very huge, maybe even too huge. There are so many drinks you could possibly order, ranging from milk teas to fruit teas to slushies to coffees and a lot more. I think it would be better if they focused on a smaller menu with some really good specialty drinks. Nevertheless, I will miss this boba shop.

I didn't realize that the inside was so much bigger because the windows outside make it look very small. There's a bench for seating and it's largely a waiting room area. Ordering was very easy through an iPad and you had many different choices, including the free option for lactose free milk, soy milk, and almond milk. No extra charge! The staff were very nice and friendly! It's such a neat space and I have sometimes flip-flop between a milk, tea, a fruit tea, and a smoothie. Luckily this location has all three options. There's also a restroom for customers.

The sweetness and ice levels are customizable, which are always nice to have. Considering this is a boba shop chain, the quality of drinks here is solid. From my experience, service here is really fast, regardless of what time I am visiting. When my partner and I each order a drink, it feels as if our drinks are ready within the next minute. She said that was less ice and she made it correct, and wouldn't remake the drink to how all the others were made correctly. I was there in the evening when the store was empty. I was also given the incorrect bottled coffee, which I told them before I left so they exchanged it. I sent them a message and they responded with a generic they will follow up but didn't , and then an email which they haven't responded to. So if they get your order wrong you are out of luck.
