This is for their catering- I had a business meeting and for lunch, they ordered Jason's Deli. We had to pick what we wanted a couple days before the meeting, so we could get what we wanted. For catering, I was surprised at how many options there were! There was salads, sandwiches, vegetarian options and lots of sides and dessert options. Because I didn't know if the sandwiches would come with sauce on them, which I don't like, I opted for a Cesar salad with a brownie. During our meeting before lunch, Jason's Deli delivered our boxes and put our names on the boxes so you knew which one was yours. I really liked this inside of just categorizing by lunch type: sandwich, salad, soup. When I opened my box, my Cesar salad was there with a big cup of dressing on the side. There was also two slices of bread and my delicious brownie. The salad was delicious and so was the bread and brownie. If I'm ever needing to cater for something, I am definitely doing Jason's Deli! read more

11:45am the place wasn't crazy, but 12:11 they had a line out the door with 3 registers open of ppl wanting to order food. The staff worked quickly to get ppl through the line. The muffalata sandwich was average, you only get to choose from ham & salami or turkey. When ordering we got the quarter muffalata special, the guy made it sound like you had to choose between ham, salami or turkey. It tasted decent, but not the real deal. Currently they have French onion soup, delicious! It was full of onions. Would def get it again. The salad bar was constantly being refreshed with new food. $7.79 and you can get a "side salad". I was so filled from the salad I didn't even need the sandwich. For $20 you have 2 full meals. Can't beat that. read more

One of the few healthy options in the area. I came here to get something to eat before day 1 of USBC Nationals. I didn't want pizza or greasy stuff. This place is pretty good. The bread was fresh and everything was made well. The fruit was fresh and they have plenty of drink and salad options. A great place if you need something fast and somewhat healthy. read more

Jason's Deli is one of my favorite places. The grilled chicken panini is my favorite! The pesto aïoli is so good. It pairs perfectly with the sandwich. My mom and I went and the service was amazing we walked right in and the room our order and answered any questions we had. After we ordered we got drinks and decided to sit outside today and it was very nice! I love how they bring the food out to you and make sure that everything is perfect before they walk off to go get another order. The grilled chicken panini was very moist and the chicken was seasoned very well. The chips were just plain ruffles and they definitely hit the spot. The fruit was very, very good The grapes are my favorite and the pineapples, but the strawberry was a little tart, but it was still a good fruit cup because they gave me some fruit dip to go with the fruit . Over this was a 10/10 experience and I will be back! I haven't been to Jason's deli in a while but I will definitely be coming more often! read more

The wife and I are here atleast twice a month as it's a quick, delicious, satisfying dinner that offers a wide variety of options that help us when we're stuck in the "No, no, you pick" dinner mode. Their salad bar, the ice cream, the variety of brewed teas, and entrees combined with quick service help alleviate our last minute dinner date night needs. Baked potato mood, or sandwich mood, or soup mood? - they cover all those bases. I often fall for their pastrami sandwich, while the wife often enjoys a manager's special soup and sandwich combo. We both enjoy the soft serve ice cream, where I always sneak a little nut mix from the salad bar as an ice cream topping. The price is always right for what you get, and we're thankful for that. The only downside is the parking lot. It's cramped and often full of poorly parked vehicles. Nothing Jason's can do about that, but that's Baton Rouge for ya. read more

I love this place. It has delicious food and plenty to choose from ! It has everything from breakfast to dinner items, And from salads to sandwiches to pastas ! I've tried a few things here including Amy's Turkey-O and the wild rice chicken soup, both very delicious! I can't wait to try more things on their menu! Love the Clue Royale from way back. The salad bar is pretty good also. Hard to find a descent salad bar these days. I visited yesterday 8/6/24. It had been several years since the last time I went. I was a bit taken back by the price changes. The club had went from $7.49 to $11.99! The sandwich was good but not worth $12! Probably my last visit because the value just isn't there. It was an early lunch. I had a minute so i thought I'd stop for one of my favorites: the Meataballa sandwich. It was very, very good with its overload of meatballs, yummy melted mozzarella and crispy bread. The place was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities (napkins, utensils, cones or cups for ice cream) But Jason's Deli in Citiplace? Im so sorry to have bothered your staff today. The order taker was definitely put out by having to take my order. I HATE these ruffle chips!! I wish they would always offer the baked alternative to the greasy, ruffles. Wasn't offered here. It's basically a Potato with Chicken Chili, onions, etc. it's not on the menu any more but they usually make it for the old school customers who know about it and still order it. That is until my last visit. They guy at the register was nice enough but refused to veer from the items actually on the menu and talked me into some Mexican potato instead. Wasted calories! My wife had a turkey/avocado/Swiss on GF bread with a fruit side and I had the Mesa Chicken salad, essentially a southwestern chicken salad. Both were quite good. However, the person who brought our food was so uninvolved, almost rude: he put our food down without a word and then when my wife realized all she was given was a knife to eat her fruit, we flagged him down and asked for a fork. We slipped in here because we love Jason's deli on Seagan Road. Honestly the food is just the same between the two locations, always fresh and served quickly. The people working here are having fun and smiling can't beat that. Salad bar was well stocked and busy. The ice cream machine was putting out perfectly mixed soft serve!! I had a grilled cheese on rye and a cup of chili and Julie had their vegetarian vegetable soup. For some reason this location isn't as well lit as the one on Seagan, I can't say exactly why. I visited Jason's Deli for the first time today and I really enjoyed myself. The first thing I like about Jason's Deli is the fact that they have paper menus. My mom was with me and she has eye sight issues. She has trouble seeing menus that are on walls. So the paper menu helped out my mom a lot. Another thing I liked was the friendly staff. They answered any questions we had, offered to help..etc. When the waitress brought us our food, she actually brought me the wrong sandwhich. I didn't notice. By the time she noticed the error I already ate half of the sandwhich. She pointed out the error and apologized. I told her it was ok and continued to eat my meal. She came back with a bag with the sandwhich I ordered. She told me to take it home with me and then she told me which sandwhich I was eating and what was on it. Went here for dinner the other night for the first time in forever. The boyfriend and I both ordered the Beefeater, but they only brought one to the table. I brought my receipt to the counter, the manager happened to see that I was waiting, and asked me what I needed. I showed him on the receipt that we ordered two sandwiches but only received one. He apologized about half a dozen times and offered me a side salad while I waited. He ordered his staff to promptly make my sandwich and deliver it to my table ASAP. It barely took 5 mins for them to deliver the sandwich, and they apologized again a few more times. I have had the sandwich before and it was just as I remembered it. I haven't eaten at a Jason's Deli since I lived in Alabama. It was amazing! From the customer service of the cashier named Flo to the food! I ordered The Papa Joe sandwich which was the best sandwich I've tasted, hands down! Everything paired so well together. The roasted turkey breast with asiago cheese, basil pesto, roasted tomatoes on a herb focaccia bread was heaven in my mouth! My wife ordered a turkey and cheese croissant! From the way she gobbled it up, I can only assume it was delish as well. Lol. Along with our meals, we just wanted to try the J.D. Nuggets to see if the cornmeal breading was good. Let's just say, we will not be ordering them again and out of 4 nuggets, we still have 3 1/2 as we speak now in the fridge. I ordered a cup of the spicy seafood gumbo. It was okay. I love spicy and this was spicy. I will be ordering here again in the near future but I think I'll keep the same sandwich but change my soup of choice! I'm a first timer but the cashier Liza made me feel at home, I knew nothing about the menu items prior to walking in but she helped me place my order and also offered me some soup samples that tasted pretty good. I ordered the unlimited salad bar as well as a build your own turkey sandwich. The toppings were plentiful for your sandwich to choose from fresh cheese, meats, and veggies what more can you ask for. The salad bar also had a great selection of choices to choose from, To top off your meal they have free frozen yogurt cones in vanilla, chocolate or swirl flavors, they tasted like yogurt you would go out and purchase from an ice cream shop and not that yucky cheap tasting stuff most buffets give you. Upon arriving we noticed several employees sitting outside on the porch area and as we got closer the overwhelming smell of Marijuana struck us. We then entered and there were dirty tables everywhere full of plates and trays. We ordered and sat down and literally watched several other employees go outside and hit the puff puff give operation taking place outside. Food was great as usual but the place is clearly lacking management. One employee was wearing a hoodie the entire time with it pulled tight and another employee was walking around with his underwear showing due to his pants being at his knees. Will be the last time I ever go to Jason's Deli. Not really good when I have to explain to my teenager that smoking pot is not a great idea and especially while working.
