Went here with my Mom for lunch and we had a great time! Our server was very attentive and checked on us often. I had the bistro salad with chicken and it was delicious, very fresh and filling. The Italian margarita was also very good but very strong. I would definitely go back.

My favorite lunch spot!! The carrot soufflé is phenomenal... I can't decide if it's a dessert or side but I know I always have to order it! The Asian chicken salad salad is delicious! It is my favorite salad of all time. It is very filling and huge. There's lots of kid options here too so there's really something for everyone.

    Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Cute spot! All the windows really brighten up the rooms during lunch so it's great for brunch pics with the girls haha! It's a little cramped so something to consider for those with limited mobility. We got the spinach and artichoke dip as an appetizer and I had the shrimp and grits for my entree. Both were very flavorful.

Saturday night at 7pm. We pulled up and honestly didn't know if they were opened or not. We went in and they were. We were seated in a back room with a total of 5 tables. 2 were taken 3 opened. The whole restaurant was wide open not one table had people at it. Not sure why they crammed us all in one tiny room, But we went with it. I Ordered a French 75 and my husband had an old fashion. My French 75 was just ok. Nothing to write home about. Had to add some ice to it bc it wasn't very cold. And not sure why it had a cherry in it, That's a first. We ordered a spinach dip. It was luke warmed. My husband asked if we should send it back I told him not worth it. Our server was not very prompt even with us being her only table. The chips were very good though. Dip would have been a lot better if it was hot. My husband ordered the Salmon Grillé (Salmon filet, herb butter, roasted potatoes) $26.95. It was very good. He enjoyed it. I had the Steak Frites $19.45 (Romaine, sliced grilled steak, tomato, bleu cheese, pommes frites, pepperjelly vinaigrette) the dressing was very refreshing and light. The steak could have been seasoned more. I ordered it medium and it was more of a medium rare. The frites were crispy and good. I feel like a crispy onion string would be better with this salad but all in all it was good. I had a glass of red house wine with it and it paired well. All in all it was just ok. It won't be a top pick for us, but if the hubs wants to go back and I don't have to cook dinner I'll be on board.

    Back of the Stove Chicken
    Peyton F.

I'm obsessed with the back of the stove chicken, it's soooo flavorful and delicious. My only issue is that the portions aren't consistent, sometimes it fills the entire to go container and other times it'll only cover maybe 2/3 of it. Same with the amount of chicken it comes with, sometimes it's more veggies than chicken. If the portions were consistent, I'd easily give this 5 stars! It tastes like a home cooked meal. I've gotten to-go before and the service was okay, i wouldn't recommend doing curbside.

Cute little restaurant to meet up friends for lunch. Good portions. Debris cheese chips were pretty good.

    Tunacado sandwich...tuna salad with avocado.

I had an amazing Tunacado sandwich here when we were in Baton Rouge. The food her was unique and tasty. The couple who waited on us were very friendly. I will go back next time we are in Louisiana.

Solid choice for dinner with friends with a diverse menu to satisfy most interests. The restaurant is Attractive and well lit and the environment makes it easy to converse I had the drum, nice portion and well cooked over a bed of rice but unfortunately no vegetable . My wife had the ahi tuna with maple glaze served asparagus - nicely presented and tasty Overall a solid choice but would have appreciated as veggie served with the drum

    Chicken Avocado BLT wrap

My chicken avocado BLT was pretty good. I did have one small chicken bone that I almost broke a tooth on but other then that it was yummy. I always love the fries and their ranch is very good! Our service was fast and accurate. We were sitting straight under an air vent which made our food very cold very fast but the atmosphere with the modern decor and pop music was great!

Salmon Grille with potato and a side of Cream Spinach

Where has this little gem been all my life? :) My family and I went to eat here last night for my dad's birthday. I've read about this restaurant and wanted to give it a try. We came at 5pm and we were one of the only few customers that was inside dining. Let me first start off by saying, the exterior and interior is such a beautiful and modern built establishment, decorated with the cutest Christmas decor. We sat down and immediately were greeted by our waitress with a smile (I hate to admit this, but she was blonde with medium to long hair and I forgot her name but she was amazing) We ordered the Hummus for an appetizer which was very creamy and delicious served with pita bread, cucumbers and carrots. The entrees we ordered were the Salmon Grillé with cream spinach and the Byronz Sandwich with the chips. My daughter had the Salmon and she said it was delicious but kinda on the salty side and the spinach was very good! My Byronz sandwich was delicious. The bread was toasted just right, piled high with meat and just enough of the sauce. The chips were nice and crispy as well. I even had leftovers for lunch the next day! I see they serve brunch which I am sure is a huge hit. We will definitely be back to try other menu items...thank you!

    Happy hour frozen cocktail

Cute, nicer casual spot. The decor is lots of tile, so I could see it getting loud if the tables are full. Fantastic happy hour options! Shareable chips and hummus options for $4 each. It includes well drinks, house wine and the house frozen cocktail. The house made chips are tasty and good consistency for the cheese toppings. The hummus was great too. The avocado wrap was nice and light and delicious. It's a great vegetarian option. I really liked the carrot soufflé because it was like a delightful dessert.

We had 2 $15 shrimp salads which tasted very good but the size was simply too small. They were not much bigger than a typical side salad.

I came here with high hopes for an Italian hoagie ("The Italian"). A good Italian hoagie is hard to find in the heart of po-boy country. The meat and cheese on this version is good, but the sandwich is kind of small and a bit dry. The menu says it includes roasted red peppers, but that was missing from my sandwich. It does appear they have a nice variety of bagels. Overall not bad, but I'm still in search of a good Italian hoagie.

The fruit could be made right there, so they gave me the fruit cup and then gave me a number for my sandwich. It took a minute for the sandwich to come out, but they have free bread slices by the fountain machine that I got while I waited. When my sandwich came out, I devoured it. That's where the surprise came from - it is really, really good! The baguette was toasted to perfection and balanced the amount of cheese very well. The pasta was refreshing and also surprisingly good. I thought it would be a very "tomatoey" salad, but it wasn't. All flavors are well balanced, mostly. Personally, I'm not a fan of green onions, so to me this pasta was a little heavy on those, but easy enough to pick them out. The Turkey Bistro also very delicious! The sun dried tomato mayo goes so well with the turkey. The toasted bread is a little hard so be cautious of that if it can be an issue. Tomato basil soup was very good, a little too chunky for my taste but still taste good. Loved the free dipping bread for soaking up all the delicious soups and sauces. Extremely friendly and helpful staff! I loved the quaint cafe vibes. The bathroom was very clean and easy access. Lots of parking as it's next to Barnes and Nobles. 5/5 Will return soon!

We specifically found this restaurant because we searched online for gluten free restaurants, so we were excited to see that you offered a separate gluten free menu. However, there are some serious issues with the accuracy of that menu that need to be addressed. When we asked about the pork rinds brought to the table, we were told they are fried in the same oil as everything else. That in itself is your choice as a restaurant, and we understand cross contamination can happen. We were also told the french fries are cooked in beef tallow in a separate fryer, but they are not considered gluten free, which is why they are not listed on the gluten free menu. Again, that is completely understandable. What is not acceptable is having items listed on the gluten free menu that are not actually gluten free due to cross contamination. The pork rinds and cheddar filled tater tots were both listed on the gluten free menu despite being fried in shared oil with gluten containing foods. For someone with celiac disease, this is not a small mistake or a dietary preference issue. My husband has celiac disease, and if he had eaten the pork rinds based on trusting the gluten free menu, he could have become extremely ill and potentially needed hospital care. Our daughter has gluten sensitivity, and she would have been sick for the rest of the night as well. Many people still treat gluten free as if it is just a fad diet, but for people with celiac disease, it is a serious autoimmune condition that causes real physical harm. To the OWNER: please educate your staff and kitchen on what gluten free truly means, and update the menu so customers can trust it. People with celiac disease should not have to risk getting sick because menu items are mislabeled.
