Highlight: Bun Rieu ($15), Sugarcane Juice The bun rieu had a mix of meats but the rieu/crab meat balls themselves didn't have a strong crabby taste. The bowl size was fairly large, and the tofu was thinner than how I usually like to enjoy it. The sugarcane juice was not freshly pressed and tasted sweet with a hint of sourness in a citrusy way. Overall, I couldn't taste much of the cane. Hospitality: Our waitress was super friendly and kind. Honorable Mention: Decent seating inside with a black and grey aesthetic.

The service was good, the person taking our order was very nice and friendly. There were a few potholes in the parking lot so be careful when driving in.

The next day I heated up my leftovers and ate the meat from the beef rib in a tortilla. It was the combination I never knew I needed. I loved the pho but I must admit I prefer the Bun Rieu, which may be because I prefer seafood more than meat. The Vietnamese eggrolls were delicious. They were so crunchy and piping hot. We devoured them! The salmon rolls were also really good. I normally do NOT like spring rolls because of the temperature they're normally served but these were really good. The salmon was freshly grilled and made them warm and delicious. The sauce was also really good!!! My sister prefered the salmon rolls and I prefered the eggrolls so it worked out perfectly. As usual, it not only looked clean, but it also smelled clean. The soups cooking in the back and the people who work their also made it feel like I was visiting someone's home. They have a good rapport and you can taste their comfort in the food. I love this place. You should really go visit and see for yourself. My scores for everything are: Spring Rolls 9/10 Salmon Rolls 8.9/10 Pho 9/10 Bun Rieu 10/10

It was STORMING when we came (perfect weather for pho!) there was no one in there which was surprising to me. If you haven't tried them, go! I just moved to the area and this was my first pho here. It was delicious! The broth was flavorful the meat was great and the noodles were fantastic! Great people!
Y'all- do yourself a favor and go to this place!!!! We have been several times and always had great service and amazing food. I am Vietnamese and I can say that this place is the BEST place to get Vietnamese food in this area. Hands down. It's 20 mins from our house so we don't go often. The 20 mins drive is worth it to us. Always good. The taste is authentic. We had pho there before. It's delicious. But if you want to take it up a notch, order the spicy beef noodles bun Bo hue. So good there. Not many places can make this correctly. The owner (I assumed) who is also the cook is super nice. He made this traditional Vietnamese dessert that's not on the menu when we were there...Che choi and gave us some. It's so good. He needs to put it on the menu. Reminded me when my mom used to make it. If you looking for a light "salad", try the loaded noodle bowl. It's so fresh and light. So yummy. The ambiance is nice and clean. Nothing fancy but definitely clean and inviting. Seriously.... GEAUX!!!! We definitely will be back soon.
Perfect first experience. OMG.. the best Grilled Pork Bahn Mi I have had since my first ever at a tiny family owned restaurant, in a run down shot gun strip mall , North of Florida Blvd, but west of Dangs/Vhin Phat u-shaped strip mall. What was the name of it? It closed in the mid 2000's? There where some kind of games going on with young men walking through the restaurant through a door that seemed private or invite only. We never asked. We went to eat and if the kids weren't there to take orders, their mom, the amazing home cook, nervously called them on the phone & usually they'd show up quickly to take our order or we'd point at the menu as we knew what we wanted and didn't speak the same language. I have recently found a similar version of the mom-cook's magnificently rich beef stew (Bo Kho) at another local restaurant (it's an updated place we used to go back then, in a different L-shaped strip mall in the north-west block of Florida & Sherwood.) The food at that long forgotten Vietnamese restaurant , set the bar so high, that nothing since has come even close.. just a shell of the taste experience.. and I've tried all I could try in BR, until I struck tastebud-gold today. I'm excited about trying the rest of the menu here. Good food is always worth the drive but I'm extra excited because since last year , I live so close.. wish it hadn't taken me so long.. I was missing out & you are too if you don't try this place.
After viewing a story on Instagram about the place I decided to give them a try. I came here specifically for the chicken wings. They were pretty tasty, well seasoned and crispy. The chicken wings were also a nice size. I will be back I'd love to try pho for the first time. The dining area is really cute and inviting

What a treat this place was. We sat down and immediately had service. The staff were ultra friendly and very helpful describing the different items. Ambiance was to be expected. Very on par with the culture. 1 negative but not that serious is the tv above my head was just buzzing the whole time. Now the food.. the chicken wings were amazing. Sweet, salty, crispy. Perfect. Then the pho came out. Lord have mercy. The serving was massive. The price was average. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. But the flavor was excellent. Then Vietnamese coffee is maybe my favorite thing ever. Be prepared to stay awake for 2 days lol read more

I've never had a bad experience here before but after the pho ga tonight I doubt I'll be going back, considering how steep the prices are already. This chicken breast was so stringy and dry and chewy that after great effort i still ended up having to spit it out. I'm very disappointed that I won't have anything to eat tonight besides broth. read more

I was craving a rice dish and this didn't disappoint. I had their cafe sua da as well. I like the ambience and our waiter was very sweet. I didn't get to try the pho this time, but the bun bo hue broth was pretty good! Would come again for the Korean beef short ribs if I'm craving again! read more

Little hidden gem- the cute tiger caught my attention rawr From the start greeted as I walked in and felt like I was walking into my aunties house. I have been here a handful of times and every time it's great service. I always like to start with an appetizer usually it's the chicken wings because they are so delicious but this time I ordered the grilled tofu spring rolls. Let me tell you it was so good that I hated to share them. Another thing that they are doing is happy hour but the food version from 2-5pm. I will say follow them on Insta because they usually advise you about any specials. That's how I found out about the happy hour specials. read more

I just wanted to say that Tiger Pho is the hidden gem of Baton Rouge. Growing up Vietnamese, I am very picky when it comes to Vietnamese food. I want to co-sign the Xoi Manh (Sticky salty rice), bun rieu, and basically everything else! They are the real deal. The owners, Thao and Logan are so kind, nice and caring. The food is just so damn good at some points when I eat it, it brings me back to childhood nostalgia. I could easily go in everyday to get a Grilled pork banh mi and a pint of pho broth or the sticky rice. I can't praise them enough for bringing some great viet food to BR, thank y'all for growing the community and teaching them that theirs more to viet food than Pho, banh mi or rice plates! If you're ever in the Jonescreek area or in Baton Rouge, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking them out! read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVE pho and I came across this spot on my lunch break and they did not disappoint. The broth was so flavorful and I was given a good amount of veggies. The staff was nice & attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. I also got the wings for a appetizer, they weren't the best but hey that was made it when I got my bowl of pho. Wow oh wow, is how we felt after eating here, the food was fantastic. We ordered pho dac biet along with bun Bo hue which were what we usually order from most Vietnamese places. The broth for both was very flavorful and robust along with a good portion of meat. We also go the chicken wings for appetizer along with grilled pork spring rolls which both were really great as well. The chicken wings came out hot and had a addictive sauce on it that made it that much better. Overall I highly recommend this pho place and I will most certainly be back ! read more
HANDS DOWN THE WORST PHO IN BATON ROUGE. (That says a lot because there are a LOT of terrible places.) I ordered through Door Dash and the food was delivered pretty timely given how far this place is from my house. So five stars to my driver. The broth for my pho was practically see through (see photo). It legit looked like chicken broth. I am not Vietnamese but pho is my favorite food and I eat it often. The broth takes at least 24 hours to develop and well developed broth is not almost translucent. It tasted just as lackluster. Zero depth. But thanks for the hoisin packets! That added some flavor and color. The spring rolls were a hot mess. These should be tightly wrapped and easy to eat. Legit rolls also have Thai basil in it. Not cilantro. I also don't know about charging $8 for two (that might be door dash prices only. I have no idea.) One was so wet that the outer skin was breaking apart. Boring, watery and undeveloped peanut sauce to boot. What a waste of $26. If you're looking for a decent and close to authentic Viet food experience, go to Dang's, Pho Cafe or even Bao. If you're looking for watered down, no flavor garbage... listen to these five star reviews and come here. read more
Just ordered a big take out order. Our first time trying Tiger Pho. Everything was packaged nicely and they gave huge portions! The flavor of everything was so good! The person who took our order was polite and very concise! I was very impressed by how well all the food was put together! Added bonus: they have a military discount!! Walked in and was greeted instantly, very welcoming. Restaurant was very well kept and clean. The food came out almost instantly after ordering and tasted amazing. For appetizers we got the wings and the nuoc mam sauce wasn't too overpowering. It had a very good sweet and savory taste to it. The pho broth was really good and savory and not too fatty. The suon bo that came with the pho was massive and tasted amazing. Service 10/10 Food 10/10 Would definitely recommend, tastes amazing, price was fair and service was good and quick. read more

So excited this place popped up in the Jones Creek area. I eat pho pretty often but always had to drive 20 minutes out to pick some up, which is why I was so excited this place popped up nearby. Pho is clean tasting and the portions are huge. Interior is very clean and great for dine in. I got the Pho Dac Biet which came with TONS of meat including a fall off the bone beef rib! $16 is pretty pricy for pho, but this amount of food is basically good enough for 2 portions. I would only suggest this place to possibly include 2 sizes for pho for those who can't eat as much. Otherwise super excited to have this place as my go-to pho spot nearby! read more
